I rent from here when I visit my Mother. Never again. I rented for a week last month- the first SUV I had to return the next day because the check engine light came on. The second vehicle broke down on me on my way back to the airport- had to have it towed back to their site at the airport. Cleef- their branch manager did refund my money for this nightmarish experience and promised to give me a free luxury upgrade upon my return last week. He confirmed this luxury upgrade several times in many email exchanges- telling me to book the cheapest rental and he would change the reservation to the luxury upgrade. My luxury upgrade turned out to be a Nissan Rogue. The way I view this is that Cleef lied to me and told me that he would upgrade me on my next trip just to get me to rent from him again. My impression of this branch and their commitment to making this right with me is totally shattered. If he considers a Nissan Rogue a luxury upgrade, he is in the wrong business. I will never rent from them again and I most definitely will not ever rent from Enterprise ever again. If you travel to CRW- do yourself a favor and rent from another rental car company because CRW Enterprise has trash cars that they don't take care of. read more

Booked a rental to visit someone for their birthday. Once I arrived I was told that they did not accept Chime debit or credit cards and they would not accept cash either. Nowhere in their terms of service does it state that they will not accept Chime. Chime is just like any other bank and it is FDIC-insured. There's absolutely no reason as to why I wasn't able to use either of my cards but yet I was able to BOOK A FLIGHT with zero issues. What an absolute nightmare! Thanks for basically ruining someone's birthday over nothing. read more

I've been using Enterprise at Yeager for many years and have always had great service. Two years ago my flight was delayed and they stayed open till after midnight to accommodate me. This week they went above and beyond again! I had chosen the "we pick" option, but the vehicle they intended on giving me was a huge truck. I explained that I had never driven a truck that big and that I didn't feel I could drive it safely. Enterprise employee Jonathan Phillips was super, he offered to check to see if they had any other vehicles available and he was able to get me a very nice car. Their service is indeed as good as it gets! read more

This may be one of the easiest places to rent or return a car. This airport is so small! The people here are so friendly. The cars, Amazing ! We got a larger car. Had no problems. It had lots of extras, like a back up camera and 4 wheel drive. I do recommend getting a car here if your flying into WV ! read more

We had a great experience with Enterprise on this trip. The airport in Charleston is pretty small which helps as far as waiting goes but the staff was exceptional. When we arrived the young lady was actually expecting us and had our car waiting. Checking it back in was equally easy. We couldn't have asked for better service and when we return to Charleston, we will definitely use Enterprise again. read more
