We reserved a car a week ago. Our pick up time was 7:30am. We came 2 hours later. Customer service representatives mumbled to us that the car is not ready. It needed to be PICKED UP from somewhere and CLEANED. So we had to wait for 40 minute. we were shocked, but agreed to wait. In 45 minutes NOBODY called us. We called in to cancel because we were running late for our appointment in another city. If you need a car on time with responsible and professional customer service DON'T GO TO THAT LOCATION. I have been waiting over a week to speak to someone over the location at 2439 Highway 41A. Why are my calls being routed to the rude individual who caused the problem? So now I have found the owner of Enterprise and will be contacting them since the upper management doesn't have time to call back .. I know this isn't the protocol for this company.. I have a family member who works in another state for enterprise .. Mason Do Not Call me again.(this is the rudest person I have ever met). One customer in the store and he feels the need to wear ear buds. Pea Bridge doing triple the business none of them wearing ear pieces or making excuses for NOT doing their job!! Worst rental car location I've ever been to, including all agencies. they told me on the phone I could use my debit card to rent a car here, as I have a couple of times before. we get there, and all of a sudden I can't use my debit card, whatever. but then I wasn't allowed to use my credit card with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. I finally got agitated with the staff and questioned their ability to properly do their job without getting too emotional. they responded by putting me on the do not rent list. No abusive or threatening language was ever used on my end. I've never returned a car late or given enterprise any problems at all, ever. the manager working there along with the staff are very, very petty and emotional. ive never seen anything quite like it. it's like asking angry hormonal middle schoolers with hot Cheeto infatuations to run a business. what an absolute clown show. read more

Customer service is non-existant in this place! My stepdads funeral is this afternoon and so we were pressed for time and we get here and they wont accept my moms paper DL and bc policy is in her name wont use my DL eventhough im on the policy as a driver. To sum it up their response was well, we are sorry but youll have to get your hard copy license which since it is friday and she cant go today they just left me without a vehicle all weekend and Allstate insurance provided just as much help as Enterprise. No help at all. The cops, the state, the insurance company all 3 took her paper license, but hell no, Enterprise offers zero help in this already tragic situation. If they were the last rental agency on earth they will never get another dime of my money! Just plain stupid and no help at all. Go somewhere else read more

After traveling from Milwaukee to Clarksville, TN, we encountered problems with our rental. We attempted to rectify the problem in Mount Prospect with no assistance and terrible customer service and had to push on. This Enterprise offered excellent customer service and seamlessly made it so easy to transfer vehicles assisting in finding one to fit our needs. Denzel and Lloyd were extremely friendly, helpful and did what I have come to know and experience from Enterprise. We were on our way in no time with a vehicle perfect for our needs. Called and tried to talk to an agent. I had a simple question. Their automated phone system will not let you talk with a real person. I called and went through the phone tree 3 times. This has by far been the best rental car experience I've had. The employees and manager make you feel like they have known you for forever. Everyone is super friendly. We picked up a vehicle from this location and had an awesome experience! I was leery to rent from Enterprise due to a horrible experience with another location, but Kristy at this location was friendly, professional and very helpful! There was another woman at this location who was also very friendly and helpful to other customers that were there at that time. The air in the tires of the vehicle we were renting were a bit low, so Kristy took the vehicle to the garage and filled them up for us! We will definitely be back to this location the next time we rent a vehicle. Good job ladies! read more

Let's see, hmmmmm, where to begin.... So let me frame the story for all the lovely readers that will hopefully come across this review. Christmas 2018, I bought tickets for my Queen, her son, and her nephew for the Grizzlies vs Warriors since the latter is his favorite team. He has never been to a professional sports game, so this was a really big deal to him. Well, I decided to rent a car on 1 February so I wouldn't have to worry about that when the time finally came around. Flash forward to the day before we leave. I leave early from work in Nashville to go pick up the car in Clarksville. Well,...they inform me that, not only do they NOT have the car I reserved 2 months ago, but that they also don't have ANY VEHICLE to rent. They literally involuntarily denied my reservation that was requested 2 months prior. The one single thing that company exists for is to rent vehicles...and they couldn't provide me that one single service. Quite possibly the biggest fail I've come across in 42 years of life...and I didn't get the feeling they cared either? I am absolutely speechless about this company. Extremely disappointed too because they are family-owned and military-friendly. Because of this lack of service, my future step son almost didn't get his Christmas gift fulfilled. Enterprise-you couldn't have done a worse job, and I mean every word of that. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service over the phone regarding an upcoming reservation. We were on hold for nearly an hour on Saturday when the system hung up on us when they closed. We called again today and the representative we not friendly nor very helpful. All our previous visits and rentals from this facility have been awesome but it seems that things or the personnel have changed. Hope the results are better in person than on the phone. read more

We will never go here again. We had to rent a car for my husband on short notice because his was being repaired. No problem renting the car, picked it up first thing in the morning when they opened. The problem was that the car was covered in snow. We'd had a quick, very wet snow shower during the night so the car was literally covered...sides and all. They had only cleared the windows & windshield. As I'm sitting in my car watching them walk around to "check for any previous damages", I'm thinking about how the car is covered in snow & they couldn't see it if there happened to be any damage. Returning the car this morning, sure enough they representative from Enterprise is claiming this minuscule "scratch" on the front bumper is new. My husband is struggling to even see it. The car has California plates so it was driven here with zero damage? My husband literally drove it to work & home 2 days(about 10 miles each way), and there's a tiny "scratch". A $500 deductible down the drain. We have no recourse, no way to prove it wasn't caused while we had the car. We rent cars all the time. First and last time we'll rent from this location. read more
