We had daily challenges with the WiFi and Panache and the manager repeatedly asked us to stay in the apartment to wait for someone to come fix it. Not how I wanted to spend my time in Paris. It was such a disappointment that I sent Panache pictures of all the deferred maintenance in the apartment. I got the text equivalent of a shoulder shrug in response. Don't rent from them. This experience will have me gladly going back to hotel stays.

Also I swear I'm hearing a louder whistling noise when I'm on the highway like the door isn't fully sealed but rain doesn't come in so I guess that's okay too. They fully cleaned and detailed my car which I thought was a very nice gesture after taking longer than the initial quote to get the work done. However when I looked in my bag of tote bags I saw evidence of mice/some small animal who went after a couple bags and my orange hand sanitizer. I don't eat in my car and have never had this problem ever, so I know it occurred while at the collision center. Take everything out of your car if you go!!
