I had to pay $150 to drop off at DFW. When I arrived at DFW, I found out from the manager that they do have an early drop off at DAL from 4:30 AM to 6 AM! But at the time I picked up the vehicle and from numerous voice messages left from this location I was told I needed to bring my vehicle back on a Sunday. Well they are closed on Sunday. No big deal- I have never seen a rental place without a key box where you can drop your vehicle off after hours. Not this place. Nothing. I walked the whole building. Call corporate and find out my insurance was actually paying for the vehicle through the next Tuesday. So I had a friend take time out of their day to go with me to take this back and couldn't even return it without paying massive fees to take it to a better location. So now I get to take off work and pay for an uber to get the car taken back. I rent cars a lot. I have never seen a place this unprofessional. It has been a nightmare. Also the car smelled really strong of horrible perfume so I had to ride with the windows down to not have an asthma attack.

He suggested I call their location in Hwy 67 to see if they had a car. My annoyance grew because he didn't offer to call. Hwy 67 did have a car and I asked Dionte to have one of the two employees hanging around listening to drive me the two miles. He refused. I called Uber, waited for a ride and did indeed receive good service at Hwy 67. My anger would have completely dissipated if Dionte had offered to call to find me a car AND given me a ride over.
