I received an automated response, so I decided to leave a review here. I have no received any kind of feedback from enterprise after leaving the email or this yelp review. Do not be fooled by Enterprise "following up" to negative reviews on here. Aaron, the manager (which he made very clear) was exceptionally rude to me. He called me this morning around 11:40 to confirm my reservation which was set up through Liberty Mutual since I was rear ended. I told him I'd need the car brought to Toyota Atkinson location. He said no problem, since there's an Enterprise right around the corner. He said everything would be ready when I needed it at 4:30. Around 5pm, I'm still waiting around at Toyota. I called the Enterprise that is around the corner and they explained that the reservation was set up through a different location and that I'd need to call the other one. They nicely explained that they'd help if they had a car available but there were none. I called Aaron and greeted him with "Hello, this is Alison Knox. We spoke earlier this morning about my reservation." He responded rudely with "umm I speak to like 50 people every day. What do you need?" I explained that I needed a car to come to me since my car is under repair. Aaron told me that they do not pick up people or drop off cars. I explained that I was confused by that since Enterprise is known for doing that and the other location offered to do that if they had a car available. He said "well I'm the branch manager so I would know what we can and can't do". I responded that my car is getting service and I don't know how I'm supposed to get to his location for a car and he said "I don't know either ma'am you need to figure that out". I'm shocked by how incredibly rude that man was. I called three other enterprise locations after that, however after waiting on hold for each location for 15+ minutes, I had to hang up and move on. I ended up getting my damaged car and returning home. Complete waste of my time working with Enterprise today.

    This was, by far, the worst rental car experience I have ever had…read more Upon pickup, the vehicle reeked of smoke and cigars to the point it transferred to my clothing and belongings. I had back-to-back client meetings and no option to return immediately. After my meetings, I attempted to exchange the vehicle--making 32 calls to reach the Duncanville location--only to be told there was "nothing" they could do and that I was "lucky" to have the vehicle at all. Even when I was told another car was available, I was refused the exchange because it "needed servicing" and they would not make it available, despite me being only five minutes away before closing. The odor was so overwhelming that my husband paid for a professional detailing, which didn't fix it. On the final day, I returned the vehicle to the same location I picked it up from, only to be told it was the "wrong" location. I was then told to hope it wouldn't be stolen and to retrieve it and return it elsewhere--causing me to delay my flight just to comply. Throughout this process, I made repeated calls to multiple Avis locations, tried to resolve the issue professionally, and was met with dismissive, unhelpful, and at times condescending responses. For a company of Avis's size, this level of service is unacceptable. The lack of customer care, accountability, and urgency was shocking. I will never rent from Avis again and cannot recommend them to anyone who expects even basic professionalism or respect.

    Hustlers..They don't have a hrs of operation..They will lie and say bring the car back at a certain…read moretime then are closed when you arrive so they can charge you for an extra day..The owner is an asshole.He hustled my mom and then had the ordacity to tell me it's only 55 bucks..lol..broke vibes..I don't recommend them ever..gonna call cooperate and file a small claim

I was told there was no cars available that my insurance would pay for- even though it was reserved the day before- and then all the sudden he dug through a drawer and found a random set of keys for car that would work. The printer didn't work so I was told the contract/receipt would be mailed to me. It wasn't. But at the time I picked up the vehicle and from numerous voice messages left from this location I was told I needed to bring my vehicle back on a Sunday. Well they are closed on Sunday. No big deal- I have never seen a rental place without a key box where you can drop your vehicle off after hours. Not this place. Nothing. I walked the whole building. Call corporate and find out my insurance was actually paying for the vehicle through the next Tuesday. So I had a friend take time out of their day to go with me to take this back and couldn't even return it without paying massive fees to take it to a better location. So now I get to take off work and pay for an uber to get the car taken back. I rent cars a lot. I have never seen a place this unprofessional. It has been a nightmare. Also the car smelled really strong of horrible perfume so I had to ride with the windows down to not have an asthma attack.

The shuttle driver was nice and dropped us off right out front. Despite having Enterprise, National and Alamo on the building and what looked like 3 doors they routed us all into one building/office. The clerks made short work of the line. I was asked about my insurance company (not sure if that is new to rentals or just to Alamo or Texas) but they didn't harass me about declining coverages. They also asked my deductible. The staff assisting me was nice (I told her I wanted to go to Buc-ee's and she asked where we were staying and googled the closest one for us. I also told her I was excited Texas had Quik Trips and she told me there was one right up the street. I asked about tolls and was told "oh yeah all our cars are equipped for tolls." I didn't see the toll transponder I have seen in other major cities with lots of toll roads so I didn't think anything of it. We did not take toll roads our first day. I asked the people we knew who lived in texas what their toll tags looked like as I could not find it on the car (found out it is a T in an orange circle says toll tag or something like it). Basically told us to suck it up and take toll roads, fees be damned (because what can you do?). I was pissed and anticipated a large toll bill (and I mean it was a lot for 4 days but at least Alamo doesn't gouge you on the "fee administration" of the tolls like other places). We returned the rental car 1/2 and got the toll bill today. Tolls were $58.62 for 4 days and the service charge was $19.80. I don't understand how people afford to drive in texas if you can rack up a $60 toll bill in 4 days but my husband said they can afford it because gas is so cheap. Ok so after gas station talk we went out to pick out our car. There was a good amount of standard SUV's (our rental class) and we were told to pick. We were walking up and down the aisle trying to decide what to pick and a staff asked us several times if we needed help. We picked a black Ford Edge which was pretty new (only 4500 miles!) that was nice. It fit all our luggage and passengers. It had dual climate control, heated seats and the giant screen that paired well with my husband's android. It was a great car to tool around in the 5 days we were there. We had to gas it twice and when my husband said gas was $37 I was like "how small is the tank?" but gas was only $2.49 Gassed it before return and it was $7 We had no issues returning the car as we put in the address on our rental contract and there were signs. We got there when a shuttle was about to take off but they waited for us! Shuttle driver was super helpful loading bags and getting us to the airport safely and timely. I would rent from this Alamo again if in the area and will likely rent from Alamo in the future.

We provided Alamo with our flight information in advance, so they knew which plane we were on. However, once we arrived to the rental car lot, we got into a car and tried to exit however there was nowhere for us to exit from, all exits had cars blocking them. There was nobody anywhere, and no phone numbers answered. We ended up having to uber for $125 and now are without a rental car for our vacation.
