I had one problem with the billing I did not understand. I was charged for a driving and delivery but the mileage was free. I called to get clarification but didn't get any. The person I spoke to said she was an assistant manager but I could hear someone in the background coaching her on what to say. When I asked to talk to them she said they were talking on the phone not to her. I didn't appreciate being patronized like that. Because she could not explain and we were not getting anywhere she took the price off. I still never understood why that charge was on there. I liked the rep that went over the details of the car with me. He was very friendly, nice and polite. He said he had just started. He had a good disposition. I hope he keeps it.

Everything went smoothly, from pick up to drop off, in fact it took even less time to drop it off…read morethan it did to pick it up. Spotted chips in the windshield which the employee observed when we picked it up, so when it spread shortly after we picked it up, it was not an issue when we dropped it off. Anyone else would've tried to put the blame on it's patrons but they did not. Would definitely recommend this place!
