The guy behind the counter was rude to the male customer in front of me who asked him for a phone numbet so when I asked a question about the deposit and questioned the amount he said I was rude to him and cancelled my reservation leaving me stranded. The customer in front of me was extremely rude but because I was female he took it out on me. He didn't even respond to the guy who was very rude to him. The customer service at this location is exceptional!!!! Dylan, Nate, and Donald were ALL extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. I would suggest this location in Duluth, GA as your first choice for a rent-a-car. Dylan is willing to go the extra mile and does! He listens and understands exactly what you need at the exact moment. Nate smiles as soon as you come in the door and goes above and beyond your expectations. Donald was the last staff member to assist and mirrored the same customer service as the other staff members. He walks with you to your rental vehicle, opens your door, and makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave the establishment. This was an amazing experience! I had originally booked a rental through Hopper in which it gave me a rental through Thrifty at the airport! After waiting in line for over an hour and driving almost an hour to grab the rental.'x they said that I was unable to pick it up with a debit card without a flight. I had not known about this, and Hopper did not make me aware of this. We ended up leaving without a rental and I needed to leave by 4am. It was 1:30am. We had. I choice but to wait until early morning. 8am came and I'm calling around and looking for every avenue to get a rental and everyone was either already sold out, or they couldn't do a rental with a debit without additional deposits, credit checks, and utility forms. I had no time for any of that. I ended up giving it my last shot before cancelling our trip (my car had died ), and called Enterprise. The one in Winder wasn't helpful, and and so I went to this one and walked out with a rental in under 15 minutes! They were able to confirm everything before wasting my time with a drive over. No rigorous process, I was in the system from prior use of Enterprise. I did have to pay a $200 deposit but that was nothing compared to all the hassle I had gone through since midnight earlier. I can't thank this branch enough for the smooth process of renting a vehicle. From the phone call to the wall in. I wasn't got with an additional charge of information that was not given previously. Literally walked in and out with the rental. We were about 5 hours late to our event but I was so glad we didn't need to cancel. Thank you guys SO MUCH!! read more

I'm a contractor so I'm in and out of rentals every week like clock work. This location of enterprise is my first choice always over all other surrounding locations and over Avis in general. They always take care of me quickly! In and out... They speak to me by name since like the first time I visited lol you know everyone likes to be called by their name... Got there 10 mins early to pick up our rental but ended up waiting at least 30 minutes anyways. Slow service, we had a reservation ahead of time so why not make the car ready for the arranged pick up time. Also they gave us our rental with only less than 1/4 tank of gas so we obviously had to fill it only a short while after picking it up. Thinking that's a way for them to get more gas out of the customers since you'll probably return it with more than what you got in it if they give you hardly any to start. Also, bathrooms were disgusting and the floor soaking wet and no soap because the dispenser was laying on the counter unattached from the road. I just had a horrible experience. I booked through Priceline.com and got insurance. I arrived at the location to pick up my vehicle. I was greeted by Carissa. She took me to my vehicle. It had to be like a 1999 Corolla. It was so so dingy and dated. I couldn't believe they were requiring a $300 deposit for such an old vehicle. Carissa also had me out in the rain getting wet while she moved super slow checking me out. She also mentioned the insurance I got through Priceline wasn't worth anything and I would have to rebuy insurance through enterprise. Overall I did not enjoy my experience to this location. When you want to rent a car, they do not have cars to show you. They just go with what's online and the day you pick up, will be the day you see the car. They take down your bank info without you being able to see the car. They are friendly, but they do be on their phones when customers are walking in and don't notice them until their co-worker says something. read more

This location is right next to Bank Of america and Banh mi cafe. The location is larger than your typical neighborhood enterprise location with healthy selection of midsize and full size and mini vans. Most of the business they draw are from nearby bodyshops and service customers from dealerships in the area. I happend to rent from this location three times . The staff was very helpfull and very Professional. They did not push for the expensive insurance or upgrades like other rental companies do. They called me ahead of time to confirm my reservation and made sure they have the same class vehicle in stock. The vehicle was clean low mileage and same year milage. Also keep in mind this location does accept debit cards and credit with a small deposit. They can pick you up in a three to five mile radius and will drop you off at another enterprise's location or in the area. Deals can be found on there website . The only con is the long wait when the staff is short handed during lunch. read more

My car was in the shop for a week (see my AAMCO review) and I needed a rental that I could use in the meantime. I called Enterprise a few days before and was given all of the information I needed to make the reservation by a guy named Mike. Phil picked me up from AAMCO and drove me back to Enterprise-really funny and helpful guy. I rented a Kia Rio at $31.00 and change per day (very clean, BTW). They knew that my car was in the shop and I was told that if I needed to make any changes to the rental contract afterwards, to just give them a call to adjust pricing. Due to lack of communication from AAMCO, I was not aware that I wouldn't be getting my car back on time until that same day. I called Enterprise and explained to a guy named John what was going on, but he said that I would have to pay an additional $56.00/day until I brought the Kia back. Even after explaining what Phil had told me, he said that he was just going by policy. When I showed up to return the car the next day, I dealt with a guy named AJ - very friendly. I explained what the situation had been with my car and without a word, he honored my rate of $31.00 for the additional day. This pleased me, but I had already been so stressed between AAMCO and John, that it left a sour note on the experience. Last word of advice: There are about 3 different Enterprise locations in the same 5-minute stretch, but this one is the most visible since it's almost at the corner of Satellite and Pleasant Hill. They get a lot of customers that make reservations elsewhere, but end up coming here because the other locations are kind of hidden. Just be sure of the location of your rental beforehand. read more

Cons: they tried pushing me really hard to get their insurance, they charged me a ton extra since I'm under 25 years old, when i walked in they claimed they had no cars and then i went outside and made a reservation online and went right back in and suddenly they had the car i needed, they raise the price if you don't have a reservation, the car seemed to have mechanical issues although it did take me to and from my destination. Over all i would go back but I'd make sure i have a reservation and I'd be prepared to pay extra since I'm under 25. read more

So two weeks ago I rented a vehicle from this location and had no issues ... I wasn't asked for 2 bills or credit score or anything ... last week I scheduled to pick up the vehicle from the same location ... this time the branch manager would not allow me to rent the vehicle ... when I first arrived around 10 am I was told it was too early ... the second trip I was told I needed a bill in my name ... and since I have two houses and reside one more than the other I had to verify that address ... so I pulled up my cable bill which had been paid and he tells me it has a past due balance ... i said why does it matter to enterprise who I have cable with or when they got paid ... he couldn't answer it ... so I asked him to speak with the GM ... this guy gave me his card with his number on it when I called he tells me that number on the back of the card is the number to call ... so I called it and it was the wrong number ... so I called the corporate line and spoke with a representative who stated she didn't no why this branch manager was asking for the documentation ... so I decided to put the car in my girls name and she walked right in and rented the vehicle without 2 bills or giving credit info ... read more

As she showed me to my rental, she explained everything I needed to know in a simple and professional way. We had an amazing experience at this location. We had a previous reservation at the location in Snellville and our reservation was cancelled without notice when we were on our way to pickup the vehicle. We made another reservation for this location for the next day through Expedia. I called the next day to confirm the reservation. I was notified that they didn't have a van available but would upgrade us for no additional cost. Once we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. We realized that the upgrade would not hold our luggage. They gave us another upgrade. The Snellville location has lost any future business. I'm a loyal customer at the Duluth location even though it's 45 minutes from my home. read more

Absolutely unethical business that tries to scam customers. Avoid at all costs, they will try to scam you if you don't buy their insurance and buy a third party insurance instead. The rep tried to give me a smaller car than I paid for, then the right sized car didn't have much fuel in it (and he basically told me I should have called you myself instead of booking through an online site), then aggressively tried to sell me your insurance instead of the one I had bought on the site. He also changed the return time of the car as I had specified in my booking, forcing me to cut my trip early to make it back by the time he had entered. I brought the car back on time the next day, and left it at their premises, since there was noone at the time. I did the usual walkaround the car, saw nothing unusual, and dropped off the keys. Two days later, upon realizing that my $250 deposit had not been returned, I called, only to learn that "there was damage to the front fender and the car was at your damage recovery unit" from a robotically repetitive person on the phone who had no interest in understanding that as far as I knew, the car had no damage on it when I returned it. Would they even have called if I hadn't called? The next communications was a letter from their damage recovery unit, asking me for insurance information to bill them, as if I was ever properly informed of damage, as if I had agreed on the solution, as if it was all said and done! How convenient for them that I had noone to look at the car with me when I returned it, only for them to "discover damage" on the car the next morning! How on earth do I know what happened to that car after I left? No dignity, ethics, or conscience, they just assume that they can screw people over like this, with minimal fuss! I have asked for evidence of the so-called damage three times, and received no response until today, when I was told on the phone that I was "responsible for damage to the car after I dropped it off" and that it was "in the contract"! Isn't that nice? Good thing I didn't sign my life savings over to them, or an organ or two in that contract. Having an unethical practice in a contract does not make it ok! I got into a wreck and wasn't sure if my car was driveable. I used the link from USAA to make a reservation at this location. I only chose Enterprise because they pick you up and I had a good experience with a location in Kennesaw when I got T-boned a few years ago. I made the reservation and immediately called around 4.30pm so they could pick me up. The guy said they were short staffed but they would send someone out. They close at 6pm so at 5.45pm I called to find out what's going on. I had to be at work at 8.30am the next day which is why I wanted to secure a rental the day before!! This guy says unfortunately, i still can't find anyone. Me: Don't you guys close at 6? Him: Yes we do im so sorry I'm thinking to myself: So you couldn't call to let me know a little earlier?!!! Him: We open at 7.30 tomorrow I can send someone then. So sorry Me: that's okay. yeah please send someone tomorrow as soon as you open. I was ready by 7.15am and was waiting until 7.45am. I called wondering if they remembered me from the previous night. It was the same guy. Me: Hi I was wondering if you were sending someone like you said you would last night Him: Yes ma'am they should be there shortly 8.15, there's nobody yet so i call Him: yeah we sent a guy but he got the wrong address so he's on the way back to our office. We will send him out again once he gets here. Me: You know what, nevermind. Ill have someone bring me to your office. YOU HAVE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER. HOW HARD IS IT TO CALL TO GET THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS TO MY HOUSE? That's how I know he's full of horse shit. If you had gone to the wrong house, wouldn't you call me and say, "hey im at your house" and I inform you that you're not in my driveway??? I'm fuming and frustrated at this point. This people just CANNOT get it right! This Enterprise sucks balls and im going to be late as hell for work!! I get to their office, give them all the info and my card then after he swipes my card, he says: "we're just going to take a $250 deposit for now" Me: "huh"? Him: we're going to take a $250 deposit and we refund it after you return the car I didnt have to do this 2 yrs ago at a different location and I was a student I definitely didnt have $250 then so I would have remembered that shit. Me: Well I don't have that on the card I gave you. Here's another card I don't understand how hard it was to inform me about this before swiping my card. This guy obviously needs to take a communication class. Now this guy steps away and a young lady called Courtney drove me in a van to a Honda dealership where I picked up the Toyota I was renting. I made it to work but 2 hours late. I have since returned the car with no issues and just waiting on the difference from my deposit and rental charge. If I ever need to rent a car in the future with Enterprise, I will definitely avoid this clusterfuck of a location. Not renting a car for a great reason, but glad I ended up renting it here. The first car I was in was a Nissan Versa that still had the temp tags on it at the time. Great little car, and obviously in excellent condition! When I returned that one and given an upgrade, I got a Toyota Corolla. Great car, but after having it for a day I realized it wasn't really clean on the inside and it was out of windshield wiper fluid. Came back in and they took the car around back to get cleaned and filled up the fluid. They ran out on site with fluid so they took the time to go buy some instead of giving me a soap and water mix that some places do. While I hope to not have to rent again anytime soon, if I do I will definitely consider this place. read more

I had to rent a car through this location because my car was undergoing repair at a nearby body shop. I have had lots of problems. 1. They told me they would pick me up from the body shop. The body shop had to keep calling. An hour later, I was picked up and taken to the location and then that took forever because there were not rentals ready. 2. I am needing to end my rental because my insurance is stopping payment on the rental today. I have been on hold for 25 minutes. It went straight to hold. I have yet to speak to anyone. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! It is funny what the on hold message says. Always nearby, Always standing by. We keep things pretty simple. We love going the extra mile. The riverside location even agreed with me in saying that this location is the worst of enterprise locations based on several other previous costumers negative experiences. I also did not have a great experience at the riverside location, but at least I got a car. I only have gone through enterprise because of my insurance company. I had a reservation and they told me that they had no cars to give me until the next day, which is unacceptable because I 1, had a reservation & 2. They're a RENTAL CAR COMPANY. They were also so rude to me on the phone that I literally was in shock. So the next day after I had got stuck with a large body rental car from the riverside location, I went to exchange it at the satellite location and 1. I waited like 10 mins while everyone just kinda stood there and looked and me and then 2. Once I got help they told me again that they don't have any cars, not even one. I'm just so confused on how that's even possible. Terrible costumer service! They did not try and help me at all. I pretty much got a well there's nothing we can do. And before even going to the satellite location I went back to the riverside location to see if I could exchange it there but he told me that they only had one car to give me in exchange but due to my own personal preference on cars I declined in hopes of getting a more acceptable car at another location. But of course not. At the satellite location after telling me they had ZERO cars they had the audacity to tel me to go the the riverside location because they have " an abundance of cars" in which I responded that I was just there and they said they only had one. In which he told me that I was wrong and there was no way because on the computer it said that they had so much. Everything resulted in pretty much " oh well, sorry, there's nothing we can do, you're gonna have to stick with the car you were already having to be stuck with". When I called be picked up they said no you need $280.I have to pay for everything up front and they not going to pick me up until I pay for it on the phone all the money up front. I have rented before with Enterprise. in Detroit and other states, they pick you up and pay there at the office. Now I'm in another state on a Sunday and don't have transportation. read more
