Another horrible experience. The day before my pickup I went up there to the Norcross location to make sure my rental was confirmed as I never received a call. There I was told the young man called at 7:45am...lies...no one called... and why would you call that early...they just laughed. I went back rental day at 1pm...my pick up time was 12pm...I was told the car for me had a crack in the windshield...I only needed to wait 20 or 30 minutes more... Again no call... They are not busy and refuse to answer the phone. I had to go back up there...I did not get a car until 4pm...and with a Crack in the windshield. 1/4 tank of gas...I was asked if I wanted it like that or to have it filled up...unreal... They give you the cheapest cars for full price points or payment... No apologies or concession for this and no concern for the lateness. read more

And getting a car at this location (albeit a little odd) the experience was A1. The dealership called over and arranged a car pickup from Enterprise. This was the first place I ever rented a car from in February of this year, and I received excellent, professional service. As I compare three other car rental experiences from recent times, this establishment seems to stand out. All of the workers that I encountered were very good at customer service, and dressed way more professionally than workers at other car rental places I've seen. They looked more like salesmen. I'll come back to correct this review, if I find out I'm wrong, but I believe the representative who helped me was Ashton. On the phone the day before I picked up my car, Ashton was super friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The day of was no different - excellent service. He didn't make me feel rushed at any point, took the time to give me a thorough walk around of the vehicle, and was genuinely kind and respectful when I told him I don't have insurance (since I'm not a car owner yet). He made me feel comfortable with my first rental experience and explained everything in detail. I ended up with a newer Hyundai Elantra which I really liked, cuz the lane assist was new to me and very helpful on the busy expressways. I was in a car accident and State Farm set up my rental but I didn't realize I was going to be asked to pay extra for accident protection on my rental. Never assisted whenever I go. The woman on the phone knew my circumstances about faulty rental cars being provided to me, but insisted to batter me with policies and regulations that other branches have never informed me on. This car is smoking and you are telling me that I have switched out my car too many times? Am I supposed to drive a poorly conditioned car? Who would be liable if I or someone else got hurt because of the condition of the cars provided to me. I will never be interacting or investing time, money, or energy into this branch. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. I would not recommend going here. The Duluth and Snellville locations are excellent and provide great service. read more

We had rented a car for our trip to New Orleans. The wait was fine - it wasn't too busy. Our agent, I believe, was Jamal. He was amazing! He gave us a few options to check out in NOLA and made sure we were set. They do have this new procedure where you would have to present utility bills with your name if you're using a debit card. Bring a credit card to avoid the hassle. The car we received was thoroughly cleaned and we had no issues overall. Returning the car was easy. Gates are left open after hours for you to return your car. Have it parked and drop the key off in the box at the building. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went last Thursday to get a rental to go to MS. We was quoted 125.00 ok GREAT!....the car wasn't ready and they said it would be 30mins ok COOL....30 mins went by and later turned into 2.5 hours and still no car. So about this time another car came and she said it would be the same price we could get this one....ok FINE....so started doing paperwork the black lady in the front desk was so RUDE! and not to mention she was one of the not so bright stars in the sky. So after all that waiting she made it an issue cause we didn't have a declaration page from our insurance....WTH?!.... .I proceeded to tell her that we never had to have that before and if thats what we needed why not say that 2hrs ago and then she said. So then she proceeded to call a insurance agent that wasn't ours after I told her they would not be able to her her anything about out policy so after I was proven to be right she cont. after we told her no...and her answer to y she proceeded was because the lady answered the phone.... I asked over and over whats the total price will signing the paperwork and she refuse to say....she just kept saying I gave you a discount....so in my mind im thinking less the 125...ok WONDERFUL.....but no it was $280 w/o deposit WTH?!...how this happened ? It's bad enough that they want you to bring copies if utility bills to verify your address but this location reads your bills and then wants to verify if your balances have been paid! All the employees are professional and prompt. If you have any issues on the cleanliness of the car is, please let them now. Know, I got my car through insurance so my transaction went nice and smooth. The establishment is clean too. Their lot, in my opinion has many options of cars. I believe my only issue with them is when I got the DART SXT I realized it definitely needed its brakes changed. I still kept the car, I didn't want to go through another process but when I did return the DART I informed the employees promptly. My only issue with this establishment, is to please make sure to check the mechanics of the cars before you all just pass it to the next customer. I don't know Enterprise's process on mechanic work and such. But those brakes were pretty bad. I dealt with the young lady Yinka, very patient. I also dealt with another male employee, sadly I don't remember his name. But the employees are very patient and if you have any probs let them know and they will handle it promptly, God bless. read more

Rented a Town & Country minivan for a trip to NYC. The van was a 2014 model with 25k miles. It was in good shape and clean. I was very impressed with the performance, comfort and reliability. One of the tires had a nail and we had to get it repaired. But when I returned the car they reimbursed me for it. The customer service was excellent. read more

They added in many such ares without informing me in advance which cost me at least $48/day with basic coverage; of course it was painful to pay for when I had to rent for long term. Initial wait was a little longer than I anticipated, but once I was assisted the process moved rather quickly. The agent was really nice and explained things well during the process. I reserved an economy, but since it wasn't available I received a complimentary premium sedan. However, the car I received had not been washed- exterior was filthy and the interior wreaked of smoke, dirt, and kiddie fingerprints in the windows. I was told the washing bay was inoperable and was scheduled for repair that same day. The vehicle had higher miles than rentals I usually get (over 35k). The car was in need of maintenance (brakes) because the car would shake a little when coming to a stop. My overall experience wasn't pleasant, so I may be hesitant to rent from this location in the future. I've used Enterprise several times for my corporate rentals without any complaints, but this was my first rental at this location. It also took me 4 days to get my receipt after multiple phone calls. This was annoying because it's imperative for getting government reimbursements. I'm only giving a 3 because the agent was apologetic when I returned the vehicle and offered me a complimentary future rental. read more

I will never rent from this place again. My fiancee and I were looking to rent a car 2 days so we checked the website for enterprise. Once we went through the initial process of info etc the total came up to 45 dollars. There was nothing on the website that stated they required a $200.00 hold on the card if its a debit instead of a credit card. On top of that I was pissed to find out upon my arrival that because I used a debit card that I had to present utility bills. They over book and give you reservation confirmations for cars they dont have. Then, they are umbothered that your plans are ruined and they don't try to find another option. They charged me an additional $120 than what was on my quote for "insurance" when my quote included insurance. They waited until I was in the car to leave have me sign and discuss more options I could pay for, not when I was in the office leaving my deposit. When I contacted customer service to recommend they adjust their check in process the manager did not understand what I was talking about. He could not understand why I was charged more but would not refund me either. I have rented from Enterprise multiple times but not this location. Wrecked my vehicle and chose to rent with this location with Aaron. Aaron was beyond fantastic and still is until now. I have had the rental for about a month now, and the repair shop keeps extending out my completion date. I call Aaron every few days to extend my reservation and to pre-pay for a few more days. I have an 80/20 auto ins plan, so I have to pay 20% of the rental with a $50 deposit. My personal auto policy covers the rental, so I didn't need the insurance portion. Aaron is definitely an asset to Enterprise and should receive a "Most Valuable Employee" award. He knows how to take care of clients. And the day I got the rental, the car wasn't supposed to be rented out until the day after it was returned, but it was returned by the prior customer while I was there, and he made sure I had something I could leave with that day! He even went out, vacuumed, and washed the car himself in his nice wool blend pea coat and dress clothes. I was very impressed and think he deserves to be recognized for his efforts. read more

I would like to say that I am surprised by the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff at this location but I am not! I have been dealing with this location since moving to GA and I only do so for the convenience. For some reason there's a high turnover of staff at this location and as of 05.11.17 the staff there is hands down the worse crew yet. From the manager Kiana to the staff Josh..... absolutely horrible! I called to say that I would arrive 2, yes 2 minutes late (@ 5:50pm) and was on hold for roughly 12:08 minutes (6:02pm) at which time Josh picks up. I give him my name and advised that I had a reservation; however, I was on hold for 12 minutes and were they now closed.?Josh stated "We are very busy and have a lot of customers." Perplexed by his statement as I had just talked to Kiana less than 5 minutes prior. I also was riding by and ummm the lot was clear! When asked what time did they closed, Josh asked me "What time was it?" Needless to say, I had to reschedule my reservation until 7:30am the next morning and needed to on the road by 5:00am. Their reservation manager Joe (664MQ) was worse than the actual branch. I was appalled by his disrespectful tone and demeanor. Hello I'm back. So this place might just have the worst works out there like let me give you a hand . So a week ago my mother and I went to this place to rent a car. Now the 1st time we went everything went smoothly. Except for one little thing. The worker that help us did not tell us that in order to get a bigger car we had to pay $9 more per day. Instead she asked us "what kind of car would you like?" Now we didn't know that the insurance would only cover us a regular car. She should of said something about that. That same day we went back to change the car and another female worker was assisting us till she just left without telling us a word. We ended up wait a good hour for her till I got tried of waiting and talked to a male worker who go us the new car and even cleaned it for us. However, he also did not tell us anything about the $9 per day thing. So today I call and tell them that the insurance covered the car that they need to return the money, and today I find out that this who time they were changing us $9 per day. Now I tried talking to the girl and telling her that at any moment no one told us this. She kept saying to talk to the insurance to see if they can help my mom. Now don't get me wrong I am a Hispanic female so I know how hard it can be to find a good job. But this place needs to get better female works because clearly they don't know what they are doing. I have also emailed the head of the company and have gotten no response. My mother and I are going down there today. This place is the worst do not rent a car from this place. I use to be a loyal customer with Enterprise up until yesterday (8/23/16). In less than a year I have had to pay to replace 3 windshields on 3 of their cars. The first car I had no problem with paying for the damage to the windshield because I heard the rock hit it while I was driving it. The second vehicle that had a chip in the windshield was missed during the inspection because I was rushed through it because of how busy they were and upon returning it, I got billed for that as well. The third vehicle that I just rented over this past weekend was the same way, it was just turned in while I was waiting my turn and they rushed the cleaning and did not inspect it properly and I was again rushed through the inspection because of how busy they were. This time the chip was on the very top at the very edge of the windshield and was hard to see because it was in the black part. The very next day after sitting in the sun, the chip turned into a 6 inch crack right before my eyes and upon closer inspection is when I noticed the small chip and they charged me for that as well. WTH?? I am no longer renting from this company again as they put it all on the customer to find everything wrong with the car before leaving the lot and they half ass inspect it themselves and rush through the entire process when they are busy. Do not take a vehicle that was returned the same day you are picking one up because I guarantee they did not go over it thoroughly. I rented a car starting rate was 200 ended in 470 great job on additional charges after I have left mind you they were late on Monday opening so I left the car there and ending up with additional charges of insurance I never agreed to I must admit William asked me do I want insurance there's two rates my boyfriend said no we don't need that so I said no the insurance that comes with it so he said ok the basic I signed it and that was 255 dollars if this is how the assistant manger operates I won't be ever using this location might not use the company they also gave me a car that wasn't clean which didn't care at the time since I was on my way to Florida great work William on keep residual customers never again he told me there is nothing he could do.
