Reserved a standard SUV on-line - for $500.36. Got to the rental store and received a large SUV, a 2016 Traverse, with under 10K miles. The employee was inquisitive about where exactly we were going in Florida, and that made my wife nervous. It had no BT for my phone to connect, and the Sirius kept trying to advertise itself. Returned the SUV on Sunday morning at 10 AM, as I had indicated on the reservation on-line. The lot was FULL. I left the keys in the drop box since they were not open until 12 PM. No agent contacted me other than the email I received several days later indicating what the charge would be. Some cans of dog food and a plastic container of dry dog food were inadvertently left in the back seat. (No dogs were traveling with us on our trip.) No person bothered to call me about the dog food, so I guess the cleaners kept it for their dogs. My credit card was charged a different amount, so I contacted them via email to ascertain why the amount was more than what was on their web site. Still have not had a reply about that. In the bottom of several of the cup holders was a sticky or greasy substance, indicating they were not cleaned as thoroughly as they could have been. Inside the windshield on the driver's side were gnats that had been squashed but never cleaned off the glass. I rented a car from this branch through an arrangement made by my insurance company while my own vehicle was being repaired. The initial pickup process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. The staff got me on the road quickly, and my first impression was positive. What I expected to be a short rental eventually turned into more than a month because of delays in repairing my car. During that extended rental period, I began receiving an oil change reminder every time I started the vehicle. The constant notification became frustrating, so I brought the car back to the rental branch. I was simply told to continue driving it until it reached a certain mileage, which didn't really resolve the inconvenience. Later, I was instructed to take the rental car to Mavis for maintenance myself. While I understand that routine maintenance is necessary, I didn't feel that responsibility should have fallen on the customer. It took time out of my day, and I wasn't happy about having to handle it. After I returned the vehicle, my final balance was charged correctly, but I never received a receipt, which I needed to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. I made multiple phone calls and spent a considerable amount of time waiting on hold, simply trying to obtain a copy of the receipt. What should have been a simple request became unnecessarily difficult. Overall, my experience was disappointing. While the pickup process started off well, the customer service throughout the remainder of the rental did not meet my expectations. The staff often seemed overwhelmed and too busy to provide timely assistance. With better communication, more proactive customer support, and improved follow-up, the overall experience could have been much better. read more

Definitely would not recommend renting a car here. Came in yesterday for my reservation. The guy working the desk was dealing with a customer who didn't want to pay the $50 deposit. He checked me in, said he didn't have a car for me and would try and get one from another location. He asked me to sit and wait; this is pretty normal and not a problem at all, so I sat and waited. 20min goes by, the lady paid the $50 deposit and got her car. The customer after her paid his $50 deposit and got his car. That same employee (later says he's the manager) then comes back to me and says hey, I don't want you to have to wait, I'll just give you this car that I have, which seemed reasonable. We go to the counter and he asked me about which of the insurances add ons do I want to add, I told him none and he asks if I have my own insurance to add and i said no, that my credit card has auto rental protection. This guy is speaking to me like I have to add an insurance, so I push back and say to him, "do i have to add insurance because the website said that I do not." Even the auto insurance material on the counter says it is optional. And only then does he change his tune and say I wasn't required and would just be held personally liable and I said that is fine. We walk outside and he puts me in a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage (Vehicle 8F4KHR); we walked around and inspected it, I signed and paid. Drove a mile down the road and could immediately feel that there is an issue with the car. It's driving as if the emergency brake is engaged. It is extremely slow at accelerating and kind of shaking. I drove it 1 mile and turned around and brought it back. I would have my young nephews in the car for the weekend and it would be unsafe for me to drive with them in that car, especially getting on to the highway. I explained to him the car is not running properly and is unsafe to drive. He told me all of the cars in the low budget range I chose run like that and that it is less than a $15,000 car, that is how they are. I said I can't drive that car, what can we do and he said I can pay to upgrade to a different car. I said okay, just cancel the rental. He said ok and excuses me to leave. I said I need a receipt. Why did he have me waiting 15 more minutes for a receipt because he didn't know how to print one. He had to call someone over the phone to assist him, during the course of that conversation he had introduced himself to the person on the phone as CJ. He was the manager of that location, which really surprised me due to our interaction. He told the person on the phone he voided the transaction and usually he would have to charge me for the day (Why would I get charged for the day for a car that is unsafe to drive and I couldn't use?). Finally he was able to print a transaction history document. Once I reviewed the document I found out I was charged $300 for a deposit, which I was never informed of ( I realized then that there is probably a difference in the deposit amount if you are renting through your insurance vs not). He said he told me, but he did not. He lies a lot throughout your interactions with him, I hope that any cameras inside also record audio, because he is very dishonest. I took a lyft home and got a ride to a another car rental place. They were super helpful; I had to wait even longer but they got me into a car that actually ran properly. This whole ordeal put me 4hrs behind on my plans. I would definitely not recommend this place at all, the manager is a liar and not well trained. Do your own research before coming in so that you know beforehand what to expect because they will not give you accurate information. And if they try to give you the car I mentioned absolutely do not take it, especially if you have kids. Enterprise has now been put on notice and if someone is injured they are definitely at fault. I'm a reasonable person, I simply wanted to rent a working car and I'm still baffled on why I could not be provided another working vehicle. read more

Rented a Jeep Cherokee which had ants and an empty juice canister, and the car was loud, needed service, smelled like tobacco, and drove really rough, could barely drive up hills. I had to swap it out and got a Rav. I had a horrific experience yesterday driving from an Enterprise Toyota Rav 4 from Georgia to Florida. 2 tires went flat on me!. The car kept swaying side to side at high speed like a boat so I pulled off the highway to try to inflate the tires. But as soon as I got back on the highway it started repeating the same thing. I had to get off the highway again to call roadside assistance crying my eyes out on the middle of nowhere. They sent me to a couple of tire places in Lake City FL but they were closed since it was Sunday. They then sent me 40 miles away (driving in that hazardous condition on the highway at 50mph because I was scared to get a flat and the steering kept losing control at higher speeds) to the nearest open Tires Plus in Gainesville FL. They confirmed that both tires were bald, leaking air and replaced them. I didn't get to Florida till almost 10pm. A trip that should've taken me 6 hours turned into 14 hours. I've called Enterprise customer care and asked for compensation for my time. I wanted them to put me up in a hotel in Gainesville because I didn't want to drive to Orlando in the dark but was told that an Area Mgr would call me but no one did. This is infuriating and uncalled for. 3 years ago the same thing happened with an Enterprise rental. I had to service YOUR vehicle at a Pepboys after stopping every 20 miles from Myrtle Beach to inflate the tires. I want compensation for this risk to my life and spending hours of my time servicing YOUR vehicle. How do I file a complaint to corporate. You people don't check your cars nor service them properly. I could've died yesterday! I couldn't control the car and almost had 2 accidents on 75 south. And Corey Mullins, the branch manager at Satellite Blvd is a jerk who doesn't give a damn about the car conditions, all he has are excuses for why he never maintains the cars, and then points the finger when the tires deflate while you are driving on highways, saying maybe I picked up something (sure, on 2 tires). What are the chances of that? Maybe it's that the tires are completely bald and both have holes that are leaking air??? Then I asked for compensation for my time and trouble, and he says "Compensation for what?" Do I work for Enterprise? Is it my job to maintain your vehicles? Sure seems that Enterprise relies on the consumer to maintain their cars RE-actively instead of them doing it PRO-actively. I asked for the Area Mgr's phone #, and Corey deliberately inverted 2 of the digits. I called the Enterprise down the street in order to get the correct #. The Area Mgr never answers his phone either and doesn't return calls. I filed a complaint to corporate but these people are just as bad. Empty promises of someone will call me, an area mgr, district mgr, etc. Nothing! Never will I rent from this company again. I am switching to Hertz and cutting my losses. But I still want compensation for both times I sat at car and tire shops to maintain THEIR cars. You people don't check your cars nor service them properly. I could've died! I couldn't control the car and almost had 2 accidents on 75 south. The only good thing I can say about this place is the Asst Mgr, Shaw, who replies to your emails, and is very polite and respectful. Enterprise Rent- a- Car? Enterprise Rent a beat up car!!! I really don't think this is typical of Enterprise because I have rented from Enterprise in LA, CA and they were good! This SUV they rented to us at this location had previous damage they are charging us for. They already took our $500 deductible and now, we find out they are submitting a claim to our insurance for more money and they don't even know what the damage is, and how much it costs to repair the so called damage. My experience at this location was horrible. Customer service was awful...from waiting 2 hours for pickup from shop location...receiving a vehicle with no gas....to being incorrectly charged for a rental...then having my account overdrawn for rental charges that were covered by the insurance carrier. This location decided not to refund the NSF charges; instead told me I could use credit when I rent another one of their cars. Seriously!! They have 3 computers and 5-6 people running around the counter trying to share a space. Pure chaos. No empathy shown for the mistakes made. Enterprise was my "go to" choice for rentals...but I can't see myself using their service again. They are a huge company; so I am sure they will not miss my pennies. read more

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I needed to rent a car for some time. I looked for rental car companies in my area, and saw that this location had some great ratings. So of course I came in, told the gentleman why I was there, and he took care of everything else. Unfortunately they didn't have a small car that day, so I had to drive around a huge SUV. He gave me the option to come back another day when they had a smaller car available, but ain't nobody got time for that. I got used to driving a big car, gave me a new perspective/view in the driving world. I felt like a soccer mom. Getting back to my experience at this location, Zach was really great.. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Thanks to him, I had absolutely no problems with my first time renting a car. Thank you Zach! Is it Enterprise Rent-a-Car policy to REFUSE SERVICE and call the POLICE on customers who express mild disappointment? This just happened to us - unbelievable: I made a reservation with Enterprise last week, for a long road trip the wife and kids had planned for us to start tonight. Went to pick up the rental and the "manager" who was serving us told us they don't have it and offered us a gas guzzling alternative. So wifey politely asked if he could give us some kind of discount for the extra fuel costs. Manager told her that he can't do anything... to which she calmly said "will this is pretty sh!tty service", but she was wrong, very wrong, and about to see what really was truly, horribly and unbelievably "sh!tty service". The "Manager" then refused to rent us any car at all! And told us to leave!! Flabbergasted, I told him I wouldn't leave until they honored our week-old reservation. Then he called the cops on us to FORCE us to leave!!! OMG! What kind of service is this? This guy spitefully ruins our holiday plans and embarrasses everyone with POLICE force! Unbelievable. The staff here is super professional and there isn't much of a wait time if you set up an appointment in advance. During my last visit, Justin took care of me and he made sure that all my questions were answered. My experience was horrible. I rented a Car for 4 days from the Satellite Blvd location in Georgia , paid for their insurance and whatever else extra they added. I caught a flat tire 600 miles away in Orange, Texas around 11 pm under a bridge on a small access road , so I called the Emergency line to try to get a new tire on I was put on hold for 45 minutes and then waited until 4 am before anyone was remotely on the way to me , by that time I had to rent a room for the night and try again in the morning. When the morning came around I called enterprise and was instructed to go to the nearest location so they could swap my rental out .... there were no available cars from Orange , Texas to Baton Rouge, Louisiana .So, I drove from 700 miles from Texas to Georgia on a donut. I'm have never been so humiliated in my life. Upset to the point where I can't sleep. I was forced to rent from here after having my car serviced. This was my first and absolute last time doing business with Enterprise. The associate that I was dealing with from the beginning seemed not very knowledgeable and quite new. I am in management and I understand the process of training. With that being said, I should not be penalized because he is misinformed. There were instances after instances of him not having knowledge on the rental process. I was held up by him not being aware of how to use his handheld device. Once again I was patient. Now to the return of the rental. What was told to be normal wear and tear by Dereion, he has now said that I damaged the car and tried to cover it up. He scratched the truck in front of myself and 2 other associates of his and said that it was fresh and I just tried to cover it up. I have never been accused of something I have not done by somewhere I am paying for a service. The guy that everyone has been referring to as the "new guy" is now accusing me of trying to cover up damage. I had the truck for a total of 8 days. Dereion remembered not seeing the spot he called normal wear and tear. Then his next statement was he looks at cars all day, how can he remember. After this encounter, I was told that the damages would be written up, but there was no note of the damage in the history of the truck. At this point I am livid and visibly upset. I was locked out of the store and told that I would be given a ride to my car once the report was finished. I never received any paperwork. I then knocked on the door and asked if I needed to get another ride to get my car. I was told the report was still being written, that I would be given a ride when finished. As soon as I walked off, someone else was able to give me a ride. I am riding with this man in tears. Now I have to handle the business I spent 2 hours in traffic to get to, in tears and shaking. As an adult this would have to be my worst experience ever. I felt bullied and alone. My husband and family were over two hours away. This was my first and last time ever renting a car. I reached late and after a little wait I was given a nice SUV even though I booked for a normal sedan, which might seem normal on any day but not on a day when there are no cars available and you get on as soon as someone else returns it. I casually asked for a discount and the beautiful lady waived of the fuel fees. This was the first time in our 20 year rental history that any rental company had ever called to verify our personal rental insurance with USAA since we declined their upgraded coverage. What a mess. Glad I set up to get the vehicle the day before I needed it. Did the reservation online. Was called yesterday to confirm. Was told I needed utility bills since Im using a debit card. Just bought a house in this area, closed a few days ago. No bills yet, but can log in and print the screen to show Ive established service. Was told this was fine. Was supposed to get a call around 1130 am to let me know they were coming to pick me up. No call. I called at noon, was put on hold. A manager got on the phone and told me they would send the vehicle over abd we would do the paperwork here, no need to come in. Nobody showed up for 2 hours. Called again. Different person. Said they would have to have utility bills. WHAT BILLS? Just bought the house. Showing proof I have utilities set up was not good enough. CURRENT REFERENCE: This past weekend I went to rent a vehicle from the same enterprise that I dropped off the last vehicle referenced above because I was going back to the same mountains and the last time I went to the mountains (separate to the above reference), after the previous rental I took a different personal car and there were some issues navigating and getting stuck because of how narrow the roads were in the mountains and the overall height. I therefore realized I needed a vehicle that could so-stay and sustain the terrain and not get stuck particularly because I knew that I was going to be traveling to the same mountains on a rainy weekend within which I was successful navigating with the rental from enterprise (back-reference). That said, I called this same enterprise and I made my reservation and I asked them fully knowing and understanding that usually one gets a class of a vehicle and one can't guarantee the type of car that one will get BUT, I mentioned multiple times to the agent that I would like to get a car VERY similar if not exact in size to the same one that I rented because I knew that the height would be permissible to overcome some of the challenges of the mountains and they agreed to it and 'understood' my potential hiking trip. I called the morning of the rental pick up to change my reservation from 10 AM to 4 PM because I was still working on a work-related protocol and I figured I would just pick it up at the end of the day (4pm) because I was going hiking early the next morning. As soon as I arrived they were argumentative and VEHEMENTLY tried to convince me that the four door sedan (similar in height to my convertible) they selected for me was the SAME EXACT vehicle that I rented prior. I tried to rationalize and justify to them that it was not logical for me to rent a four door sedan to take to the mountains when I knew (and I had communicated to their location multiple times) that I may get stuck in the mountains. I mentioned to them that I was very clear when I was making the rental reservation that I needed a car that was high enough because I knew the last time I went to the same mountain terrain with a personal vehicle, I had issues navigating because I was getting stuck and the roads were too narrow. I could not understand why this was not making sense to them that this was NOT the same and/or right vehicle. They eventually put me in a more reasonable car with better height clearance which they stated that because of the holiday weekend, they would charge me $100+ per day (more than double the initial rate per day) which to me did not make any sense because this was not my error. Eventually they allowed me to me take the car I felt was a better fit. As soon as I got into the car I noticed that there was a an unusual smell and I asked the manager to come and experience the scent because it smelt as though someone had been smoking in the car and masked it with a freshener. I was informed that the 'scent' was an air freshener which I reluctantly accepted because at that point I needed to leave and go back home and start packing for the mountains. As soon as I drove off, the 'air pressure low' light came on; an indication that it was likely on when the last renter brought it back in. While at the mountains in the current rental, the same pungent smell became worse and it was clear that if this was indeed NOT an air freshener smell and was actually remnants of someone smoking in the vehicle which I let them know as soon as I got back. When I pulled back to drop off the vehicle, my car service was already waiting and I still had my luggage in the car. As soon as I pulled up, the enterprise crew lady was asking to do all these check out things while I'm in the middle of transferring my luggage from the car rental to my car service. The whole entire experience was absolutely ....absolutely an embarrassment to your organization and the customer service and treatment was at best sub-par. I hope you take the opportunity to obtain relevant information to retrain your staff as appropriate and understand the importance of maintaining customer excellence and retaining long-term Enterprise customers. My car slipped on ice during the infamous snow jam. I was referred to this place by my insurance company. I've never rented a car before so I tried to ask alot of questions so I wouldn't get duped. The guy Diego basically rushed me thru the process and totally misinformed me about adding insurance which I asked him to clarify about 3x. They just couldn't wait to swipe my card. I picked the car up at 545pm I dropped it off the next night at 10pm and used the drop box. I got charged for three days of added insurance. WTF?! Lesson learned don't add insurance when you rent a car and hand your keys to a enterprise badged person. read more

Okay I'm not one for writing reviews but after my experience I just had to. I went to this Enterprise on Friday Nov 30th and from start to finish the service was phenomenal. From the time I got there someone opened the door for me. The Manager Sarah and the Assistant Manager Victor were awesome. The team there was on point they got me in my rental fast and also made sure I was able to get home to take the vehicle I was in there and they brought me back to get my rental. The following day I received a call to ask how everything went and to ensure everything was good with my rental. Then on Monday the Area Manager Russell also reached out to me to ensure my experience was great. I mean it was so awesome to receive that level of customer service. The entire team was happy, smiling and very welcoming. Not only was I impressed but other customers that came while i was there was also impressed. So much so another customer and I began singing about just how awesome the service was thus far. I think anyone renting from this location won't be let down! read more

The lady that assisted me was on point, she noticed that I had booked the weekend rate and that would have cost more because there was a limit on mileage. We changed it and I got a better price. My horrible experience at this location was enough to make me never want to use Enterprise again. I reserved my car ahead of time. The day of the reservation, they called me at 8:09 am to tell me that they wouldn't have a car ready by my 12 pm pick up time, and they'd call me as soon as they had a car for me. At 5 pm, still no call from them, so I called them. Surprised that I even called at all, I was told by William that "oh yeah, there was ONE car, an Altima," that had JUST become available, however, they were closing at 6 (at 5pm, I'm just about an hour away). He said they'd wait for me to get there, so I high tail it and get there at 6:15 (TONS of cars in the lot, btw)...walk up to the door and the young man says, "CLOSED." I told him what I was told by William, and although he let me inside, he was rude, confrontational, and even suggested that my utility bill had a past due balance. Ended up putting me in a Hyundai, because guess what? They had no Altimas in their full lot. The story didn't end there. They really should be ashamed of how poorly they treat customers. read more

Great customer service! I had work being done on my car so I was offered a free rental for a few hours. After the work on my car was completed, I came by the Enterprise shop to drop off the rental and the gentleman, JC aka "Showtime", offered to drive me back to the service shop to pick up my car so I wouldn't have to walk in the heat. On top of that, I made a comment as we passed my car in the service lot that it hadn't been washed like it usually is after getting service, and he immediately offered to hand wash my car. Horrible experience with the entire rental. Total Nightmare! Will never utilize Enterprise AGAIN! I will be sharing this horrible experience with friends, family, business associates, our company Travel and Lodging departments, co-workers and social media. Total scam deal and I have been renting cars for over 40 years! My car was being repaired and the repair shop who worked with my Insurance Company to get a reservation that would have the rental car company DIRECT BILL the Insurance company, .....................so they contacted Enterprise and told them I had $40 per day limit and direct bill the Insurance Company. I didn't care what kind of vehicle I was to rent, but whatever would fall into the allowable $40 per day. I didn't even direct the repair company to use Enterprise. A guy from Enterprise with a mid size SUV (Nissan Rogue) ....which was just an awful car to drive......delivered it without asking. I told him about the $40 a day allowable amount as well and was told it would be honored. It was a HOT, HUMID and BRIGHT SUNNY day outside and I couldn't even see the Electronic Tablet due to the glare. I signed after being reassured my requests to Direct Bill the insurance company and the $40 would be honored. I NEVER received a statement and after turning in the car "3" Days later a charge on my American Express for over $740 posted to my account. The website said the same car was $244.00 a week! I had it for 10 days. NO Statement, NO Bill, NOTHING! I had to involve the Repair Shop, Insurance (multiple staff), .....Local Enterprise branch office and spent numerous hours of my time and money trying to get it solved. My insurance company paid their allotted amount, and the Local Branch stated that they would reimburse me some amount, HOWEVER, I am still stuck with a remaining balance which should have been wiped clean! They even tried to scam me with fuel charges of which I topped off the tank and the manager did catch that and his words were "Something Shady" was going on. HORRIBLE! Enterprises states in its advertisements that they are "A Family Business in a Corporate World," ............" Go the Extra Mile." My corporate world WILL NOT be using Enterprise anymore and neither will I or my family! 55 years of Customer Service promises down the drain! read more

Do not go here. We experienced the worst customer service. We called to have a car brought to us after our car broke down, NOBODY CAME! A grandmother and two small children waited an hour and a half in the heat and after no one came we called them only for them to say they were too busy and could not come! Then he just hung up on us! By this point other rental places were closed for the day. They had our contact information and could have simply called to let us know they weren't coming so we could make alternative plans. read more

Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else if you value your time. I'm not sure if it was due to staffing issues but it took me almost an hour for them to retrieve something from lost and found. Another gentleman has been waiting an hour and a half for them to bring his rental around. read more

Car was given to me with Oil and Maintenance light on. I was in a rush so was not able to switch out right then and there. I attempted to go back 3 separate times, 2 to the same location and then once to another location, to be told every time that nothing was available. Car was very loud and sounded like it was falling apart whenever I went over a bump. Will not be renting from them again. read more

Was picked up and dropped off at home on time by their very friendly staff. I have used this location many times and their service is superb. Only complaint is that their vehicles could be a little cleaner but overall the service makes up for it. I never buy insurance or any of the other extra things that rental companies always try to push on customers. So no complains there. read more

I went to pickup up a reserved rental today at the Duluth location here in Georgia. My vehicle is being repaired at a nearby body shop. The representative told me it would be a few minutes while they got the car ready. After waiting for nearly half an hour she informed me that the Honda Accord was ready. As I did a walk around she made me aware of some damage to the front bumper of the vehicle in addition to some stains in the seats. I opened the door to the car not thinking the stains were going to be anything terrible and to my surprise it was disgusting and deplorable. All the seats in the vehicle were soiled (front and back). The agent told me this is all they had available. As I noticed other vehicles sitting in the lot she went on to say those vehicles needed oil changes and tire rotations and weren't available for rental. She went on to tell me that they might have something else later on in the evening. I advised her that I live 30 miles away and wasn't able to come back to this location to swap this vehicle out for another one that didn't have soiled seats. She told me I could swap it out at any other location and she was going to notate that on my rental agreement. I was given a trash bag to sit on as a barrier between me and whatever soiled substance was on the seat. It was unknown to the Enterprise agent what the seats were soiled with. It could have been anything; even bodily fluids. In today's environment with many communicable diseases going around this is not only scary but also very dangerous. This could pose a serious health risk to me and my family and other passengers I may have to transport in the vehicle that was rented to me from Enterprise. Furthermore the car was rented to me with a little less than a quarter of a tank of gas. This whole ordeal put me in a situation where I had no other choice but to take the car because I needed a vehicle and was 30 miles away from home. I left that location and went to another branch in the city on Howell Mill where I was told they didn't have any vehicles. I called two other branches and was sadly told the same thing. I then called the airport location twice and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone there and kept getting the voice recording. So I drove to the airport location and was told they too didn't have any vehicles to rent to me (because it was a swap and not a new rental) and was referred back to the original location I got the vehicle. I am still driving around in the same vehicle with the same soiled seats. I'm not sure how long I am stuck with this vehicle because my car is being repaired. No one at Enterprise has tried to remedy this situation that is to no fault of my own (the customer). I've spent my entire day off doing all the leg work calling and driving to different locations using gas trying to get someone to put me in a CLEAN vehicle. This situation has been mentally and physically exhausting. I spoke to someone earlier in the department that handles escalated calls. She seemed to share my disgust and concern about this ordeal and advised me that an Area Manager will be reaching out to me. As of now I still haven't received that call. I as the customer just want a clean vehicle and it seems as though Enterprise views this as an unrealistic expectation. This situation is unacceptable and should be from a business/company perspective as well. This vehicle should not have been available to leave the lot. Its speaks volumes on to what Enterprise thinks of their customers, to send them out in one of their vehicles with soiled seats and as a compromise gives the customer a trash bag to sit on! This is beyond unprofessional and tacky. I feel abused, unappreciated, and taken advantage of. Clearly Enterprise is only concerned with renting out vehicles; even when they aren't up to basic safety and cleanliness standards that may pose health risk to their customers. I was warned by three colleagues about renting from Enterprise and wish I would have listen. This will definitely be a lesson learned and I will surely share my experience with anyone I come in contact with who may be considering renting a vehicle from your company. read more

A little fender bender required me to rent a car and I'm always a fan of Enterprise. There's no hassle with renting and they pick you up if necessary so I don't have to call around the world for a ride. Shane picked me up, arrival at the rental location, quick departure for a nice rental, and the utmost service with a smile. Upon returning the rental, Shane took me to pickup my car at the Auto Body Shop and it was definitely smooth sailing. In addition, all of the guys at the Enterprise location were SUPER Nice and SUPER friendly. JOB WELL DONE! read more
