I got all the way there after paying an Uber just to tell me they are going to charge me three times my rental value to even get the car. I usually rent cars from their location off of Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, but ended up getting a car at the Dunwoody office by sheer "slip of the finger" while reserving online. I would give them two stars due to 1)the original car they were going to rent to me smelled like a football team's ahs, so at my request, they put me in a different car. 2) I had to take the second car back, because their was something wrong with it. Every time I pressed on the breaks, the car would make a loud rattling sound that would continue for as long as I pressed on it. The third car they rented to me was fine....finally....but they hadn't cleaned it. Were it not for the nice staff and sales guy who addressed each issue that I brought to his attention, I would have rated them 1 star. read more

Horrible location!!! Been coming here for years but the service has just gone downhill everyday. Just got here and they are telling me that don't have any cars for the people that reserved today. Really? Then I am told they did not answer the phone all day because they are short staffed. This is the same thing I have heard over and over again. I will never rent from Enterprise again. Several years ago, I had to go through them due to minor accident, and they charged me $500 for damage that was never identified before I rented the car or after. They never sent me pictures, and the estimate they promised was never given to me after two months, even though they assured me it was minor damage. Last month, I rented a car for work, thinking my past experience was an aberration. Wrong. I was charged a $250 security deposit for damages before I even drove off the lot, and the car was covered in water before I left, so I was unable to identify any damage before hand. When I returned the car later the same day (after having no incidents on the road and having parked nowhere near any cars), they have attempted to blame the damage on me again and keep their $250. Even though Matthew and the branch manager assured me it would be a quick process, it has been a month and I have yet to hear anything from their "Damage Recovery Unit." This is despite the fact that Matthew told me the repair place was close by and the repairs would be minor. Never again, Enterprise. read more

Made a reservation online 3 days in advance, agent called back within 30 mins to confirm and told me to call atleast 30 mins before reservation time for pickup. My reservation was for 6 o'clock and i called them around 5:10 to schedule pickup. Agent told me all their drivers are out but they'll call me when they come to pick me up. Waited till 5:45 but didn't received any call, so i called back but no response. All car rentals closes at 6, so I couldn't find another car rental. Discrimination towards African Americans!!!Today I went to enterprise to pick up my reservation for my rental. I was greeted by Pierre Alexander (store manager) and gave him all the information (two utility bills) needed to process the transaction. Pierre then proceeded to tell me to pull up my utility bills online in the office in front of him. I was shocked that the physical bills I brought in was not good enough. I then let him know that I do not keep my log in information on me and that this type of information is kept in safe place at home. Pierre then told me that because my bill did not have a past due balance that these utility bills weren't good enough. Pierre never showed me a policy of what the companies utility bill requirements. I feel discriminated against because I'm a young black women renting a car in Dunwoody. I never in my life felt so upset, confused about a companies policy. I'm offended and I do not recommend black people renting from there. The store manager Pierre is prejudice against is own race! Update: After leaving the 1400 dunwoody village parkway dunwoody location, I made a reservation at another location. I went to 6509 Roswell rd location and spoke with a guy that told me I was on the do not rent list! At this point I'm furious with this company.... I then called enterprise holdings and spoke with VAL employee 786#f and she told me that Pierre from the dunwoody location was the one who possibly put me on and contacted the Roswell location to let them know to not rent! my very first experience with enterprise was HORRIBLE (different location), but they have the best rates so I decided to give them another whirl. I arrived at this location with a reservation and was out no more than 5 minutes later. The manager (wish I would've remembered his name) was very kind and explained additional coverages/charges (all of which the last location did NOT do ---ended with a surprise bill ). Hello, this new staff is very bad. Poor assistance. Don't pick up call and if picks up then no prompt service . Keep the call hang up . Very lazy to come us pick up. Tell us one time to pick up and actually come 1.5 hours late. No punctuality. I think they don't want to build good customer relations and good business . No curtesy to pick up call even to tell that car is not available. Previous staff in 2018 was good . This new staff especially the "male" manager/assistant is not good . Not pleased this time. My birthday weekend was off to a rough start. But when Mr.Mike came to pick me up, his warm and friendly customer service really made my morning! We talked all the way back to the Enterprise location it's like I made a new friend! Patrick assisted me from there and he was just as upbeat as Mike. The entire office was amazing and in sync that day! Although there were a couple complications, I really couldn't complain because Patrick and Mike made sure to give over and beyond customer service and fixed everything without hesitation and with a smile! Enterprise is the only car rental I use for at least a decade. This location is the best, especially when they run their specials in the fall. I am as frugal as they come and promise you can't find a better deal than the $9.99 weekend special. The vehicles are always latest model, in good condition. Service is always fast, they don't waste your time. I'm in and out in 5-10 min. Drivers are always available to pick you up and drop you off. Staff is always kind, respectful and cordial. I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Avis located a few blocks away and this Enterprise location was able to accommodate me right before it was time for them to close on a Friday. They came and picked me up at Avis, helped me get my car in no time and accommodated my after hours return. tyler lance (area manager) is highly unprofessional, a manipulative liar, and very incompetent employee! i rented a car through my insurance company geico and when i initially rented with tyler we had two very thorough conversations on a 3-way call with my personal geico representative and tyler appeared to be on the same page despite his early confusion however he did everything incorrectly and opposite then he was supposed to and signed me up for a shorter term even though my geico representative broke everything down to him in laments terms, then even had the audacity to report the car stolen to the police and had them contact me despite the fact i went into the office to speak to him the same day! crying wolf and wasting law enforcement's valuable time for a mistake he made! avoid tyler lance and this enterprise at all cost! i am demanding my full refund back for this highly negative experience of unprofessionalism, harrassment, libel, slander and for making a false police report to send the police to my home and disturbing my community! i am an enterprise plus member and again this was through geico! tyler you do not deserve to be an area manager making rookie mistakes go back to pumping gas for a living, you should be terminated! read more

I have had great experiences with this location since last summer hence my four star rating. However, today, I experienced a less than optimal situation. I was unable to be picked up due to short staffing apparently and when I spoke to Ashley regarding my reservation, she actually hung up the telephone in my face. The customer service at the Dunwoody office (where I picked the car up) and at the East Cobb office (where I dropped it off) were very good however the condition of the vehicle I rented was NOT. Matt made the rental car piece very smooth when I called and later showed up for a rental. Matt was very knowledgeable and willing to do what he could to help get me into a car that would suite my needs, and as soon as possible. After finding us the right car, Matt, drove to the house to bring me back to the office to pick it up so that my wife and I would not be inconvenienced. Dunwoody Village Enterprise - Declined Service for asking agents name! -- I began my service request by checking for online car rental prices for today. I found a few prices but thought I would call the store to see if rates were better and were told they did not have any vehicles. Many companies were sold out of cars. I continued to book the car I found online as it was still open and received a confirmation. Upon arrival, I acknowledged and referenced the change of the desk from one side of the store to the other side and how nice and open it was along with the new staff. I then gave the name for the reservation and the sales associate began asking for our information as he was provided. I thought since we had been renting for years our information would be in the system along with the information I provided online, nonetheless we provided everything that was asked. I then ask the enterprise associate what was his name and if he had a badge. Without any build up, the associate seemed offended that I would ask his name or for his badge. His response was that he did not like my tone and did not have to serve me and went to open the door to have me leave. This experience was strange, awkward and unwarranted. I wanted him to call the police or have another manager rewind the footage to see that we did nothing wrong and had a reservation. I phoned other stores which we have frequented and Enterprise is individually owned but it made no sense to take offense to the tone. Most associates just provide a business card when their name is asked. They don't wear badges. They said this would never have been a reason not to provide service. Not one to pull a color card. However, I don't think it was my verbal tone. I believe it was my skin tone. This was a horrible and undeserving negative experience. read more
