I switched my car insurance to Safeco Insurance a Liberty Mutual Insurance company and this is an insurance claim rental. I've rented from Enterprise for over 11 years and have never had an experience like this. I rented a van from this location over Memorial Day weekend and specifically confirmed that I could return the vehicle after hours by placing the keys in the drop box. I returned the vehicle exactly as instructed. My expected rental charge was approximately $568. Instead, my credit card was charged $1,143.62--more than double the amount I agreed to pay. After discovering the overcharge, I called the branch multiple times and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I then visited the location in person and was told that other customers had experienced similar issues and that management was handling the matter. Despite being promised a follow-up, weeks have passed and I have received no call, email, explanation, or resolution. The most disappointing part has been the complete lack of communication and customer service. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers who are trying to resolve billing issues is unacceptable. I hope Enterprise will correct these unauthorized charges and improve how customer concerns are handled moving forward. read more

Had to rent a car because my car was in the auto shop. I have used this location multiple times. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and friendly for both for pick up and returning. Daniel helped me yesterday for my return and he was quick to check me out and was just super helpful and very professional. I will definitely be back. I do not recommend renting from this location. They had not updated my reservation time so when I arrived, they did not have the car category I reserved available. The lesser category car that was available was also damaged but not noted, so they decided to come after me to repair the damages. They never emailed me the rental contract so I wasn't aware how they noted the condition of the car. When checking out the car the manager said it was typical wear and tear. However, when I dropped it off, they said there was no indication of the prior damage and came after me to cover the cost of repair.Apparently it does no good to dispute the claim, unless you have hard evidence against it because even if your insurance doesn't pay the claim, they come after you directly to get their money. Obviously someone overlooked a previous inspection that indicated the damage that happened prior to my possession of the vehicle. read more

I called back and they put me on a "LONG" hold, all while I'm just trying to pick up my reserved vehicle. a minute ago Previously, I believe Enterprise was one of the gold standards of the car rental industry. However, I have found that the service level has changed significantly. The company or this location, only contact customers via email, which is very very unproductive for resolving any issues. Information communicated is never complete. And if you have the car on a long-term basis, that is also inconvenient as you have to renew the contract each month and have to put down another deposit each month prior to the deposit from the previous month being refunded. In addition, if you have any service issues with the vehicle, you're basically left on your own to resolve those and that does not go without a good amount of time Put into resolve the issue by the customer, and it is difficult to get thorough information from Enterprise on what is needed; in addition, what is communicated is not necessarily accurate and they don't stand behind what they say. I'm very disappointed in the experience I've had. Because of car maintenance issues I've missed a very very important funeral, it took Roadside service over a day to come out and before it was transitioned to another auto service and I could not get a replacement car until roadside service picked up the other vehicle. Even with the issues and the issues that I've resolved myself with auto maintenance, the company doesn't provide any sort of renumeration in consideration for the time that the customer has invested and has lost due to the issues. read more

I recently have a rental with them through StateFarm. My car is due back shortly but do to a sick child enterprise has made it extremely difficult to return the vehicle. I even asked if they could pick it up contactless. Then answer no. Having a sick baby is hard and being told told to leave your 9month old with a stranger was the last straw. I was in an accident and was sent to enterprise through GEICO. Well, they don't pick you up. They should stop advertising that. They also do not answer the phone. I had to rent the car for an extended time and paid week by week. Virtually every time I call the location there was no answer. I called a few days in a row and even called other locations. You are unable to extend your reservation at other locations. WHAT?!?! Why not? So I gave up. They then contacted me and said they were getting ready to repossess. They had been driving by my location. Tried to pay over the phone which is not allowed unless you use the same card as the last time you paid. Had to take off work to go pay in person. And guess what? I'm on hold right now. For 25 minutes so far. I suggest going elsewhere or at the very least, not this location. read more

I was booked to rent a car during car repairs through Geico at this location, and this location is BUSY. I have to commend Tarek and his coworkers at this location, he was very professional and efficient, even to other customers who were upset at the new protocols for COVID and who in general were irritated with a wait for assistance. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future for any rentals, the staff was very diligent in following distance and cleaning protocols, so I don't mind waiting a few more minutes for great service. read more

I have had to rent a car twice within the last 5 weeks. I was impressed with the fact that I received a call from this branch the day before my first rental to make sure all "I"s were dotted and "T"s crossed so that there would be no hold up with my rental on the day of. When I arrived, I was met by Brandon the first time. He signed my car out and also was there to receive my car upon return. He was EXCELLENT in terms of professionalism, trying to work quickly to get me on the road, making sure I understood the prices and how the charges would hit my card, and making sure the car was extremely clean for me. When I returned the car he made the process very quick and by the time I got home, the security deposit held on my debit card was already refunded. The second time I reserved a car and showed up at the office it was packed with people renting or returning cars. I have to give all of the employees credit for how efficiently they worked and how well they handled a couple of testy customers. Brian was there and happened to be the one to help me again and, once again, his professionalism, friendliness and efficiency impressed me. I was rushed and stressed and the process was seamless.
