I unfortunately needed to get a rental due to an auto accident (and not just for leisure which is mostly why i rent) so my "happy factor" on getting the rental was honestly not there. I called from my home with the reservation and enterprise did pick me up. The rep that came was Danielle and she was professional, courteous, and efficient. She had me in and out without delay yet she was still customer oriented which was great. The rental car i had initially was an SUV that I was not comfortable with but I was able to come back the next day and get a dodge charger. The selection of vehicles they had was to my liking. Within the office, everyone was professional. You could see they were all hard working. The return of the vehicle was smooth as well. I usually rent with Hertz and get it from the airport (Newark) but seeing how this enterprise location really worked with me, I may make things much more easier on myself and stay local. Nice at the time of pick up, but even when I was requesting a shuttle no one answered...the body shop had to call them and they picked up within the 10seconds. I drive the car 10miles and now the gas gives out. Even with my gas pedal all the way down I am barely going a mi/hr. This is dangerous...life or death type stuff especially in the winter of NJ. I called 20min before closing and was on hold until they hung up my call at closing. It is unprofessional and now I must wake up an hour and a half before my job to go exchange the car. I went in there and because I am in uniform the staff their must have thought I was made of money to try and get me to pay a $250 dollar deposite. I called other location and I was told $50. $50 vs $250 is a big diffrence, I will never go back to that location again, very unprofessional. read more

I am a frequent customer at this Enterprise, and the staff is amazing. I've never had issues getting a car, and the cars that they give me are great. Though they are limited on vehicles, but it doesn't bother me much. I just need a car to get from A to B and sometimes C. The customer service is always amazing. They always welcome you with a smile and a salutation. If they are busy, they let you know, and they get back to you as soon they can. All I can say is that they are awesome. read more

I chose entreprise on east orange because of the location. My car was in the repair shop after an accident. I didn't have major issues beside the speed of communication. I wish they can stay in touch and give you a warning when you reached your maximum allotment through insurance. I had to keep calling and ask them to contact my insurance where they did. So will I use them again, that's a yes. read more
