I unfortunately needed to get a rental due to an auto accident (and not just for leisure which is…read moremostly why i rent) so my "happy factor" on getting the rental was honestly not there. I called from my home with the reservation and enterprise did pick me up. The rep that came was Danielle and she was professional, courteous, and efficient. She had me in and out without delay yet she was still customer oriented which was great. The rental car i had initially was an SUV that I was not comfortable with but I was able to come back the next day and get a dodge charger. The selection of vehicles they had was to my liking. Within the office, everyone was professional. You could see they were all hard working. The return of the vehicle was smooth as well. I usually rent with Hertz and get it from the airport (Newark) but seeing how this enterprise location really worked with me, I may make things much more easier on myself and stay local. I will do business here again.

Enterprise needs to train your employees on customer service. I waited 1HOUR on hold for a…read morerepresentative to address my concerns. Never once did she pick up the phone to update me. Then when she finally came back to the phone put me on hold again. Just to hang up on me. Offered callback that never came. I had 2 phones holding for assistance one held for an hour and the other line was never answered. That line held for 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Although the customer service was bad. I blame Enterprise for this egregious treatment. And when you complain there is no follow up or apologies for your lack of concern for your customers. Some of the reps are courteous and some are just plain rude. I know this is going to fall on deaf ears because I've been lied to many times before from your company. I dislike you guys almost as much as Uhaul. I get annoyed everytime I think about my experience. It took me a week just to express this much. Reliving this episode makes me want to vomit. That's how this company makes me feel and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Not even sure where to start...got referred to this place by BMW dealership to replace the driver…read moreside door that was completely damaged by trailer while I was parked. Instead of ordering a new unit to replace it with the body shop appears to have finagled a salvaged piece (while charging full price) and took over a month to do the work during which time we had to cover the rental expenses. More fun bits: - body shop called to say the work was done and car was ready to pick up - my Dad had to take a hour and a half train ride to get it only to find out they were still waiting on another part to finish the job...having to take a $50 Uber ride home after... - the "new" door has a worn down handle that is still leaving black residue on my hands, has obvious wheezing air leakage, and malfunctions electronically... TERRIBLE, dishonest service and product.
