Ugh, I thought i wrote down the shuttle driver's name but I've seem to misplace it. Because he was WONDERFUL. Absolutely love him. He was actively helping passengers load, he's not required to but he was helpful for those needing it. He got us all loaded quickly then proceeded to ask everyone "What airline are you going?" He made notes of which terminals to drop us off at, which is exceptional service because we were going Southwest and had no idea what terminal we were at. Once he dropped us off he even said check in was upstairs so the little gestures were greatly appreciated. The airport is already so stressful so he did not add to it at all. I wanna say his name was Juan? Also safe driver points. He was easy on the braking and acceleration because I am queen of car sickness and the ride was smooth. Employee stayed late to get us set up in a car. It was an emergency and she was kind and helpful. They were able to rent us the car for as long as the repairs took and were very helpful. read more

The assistant manager offered me an "upgrade", as an apology and I went in to use it due to the fact my car needed more repairs. They then told me I couldn't use the upgrade because someone else was paying for the rental and not me. So you're expecting me to pay your business to use the upgrade after I'm already not happy with you? Not a chance! On top of that, I assumed it was a luxury upgrade but was told no, it would be a upgrade to a mid size sedan like a Nissan Altima but couldn't even use it. Like is this a joke? That's a normal car it's not an upgrade or an apology. On top of that, they inconvenienced me and I wasn't able to get the rental. It was a total disaster. They don't take Apple Pay or PayPal and it was extremely embarrassing! Just for a hold! I lost my card but had it on my phone. I had to go two days without my car even though it was covered by Jim and Jacks and pay for Uber. To top it off, the employees show no ounce of remorse for inconvenienced customers. I'll be using a different company next time. You should be ashamed of the customer service you gave me. read more

Worst experience trying to get a car. Originally spoke with a really nice man yesterday who scheduled for me to pick up my car today after 12pm. I called at 1:30pm today just to make sure my car was ready before I headed over there. Another man stated that my car wasn't ready yet and took my number down to call me when it was. I never received a call and now I am delayed another day without a car because this guy messed up. Called back and spoke to the original man I spoke with yesterday and he said my car was ready the whole time. I will be complaining to a manager tomorrow at pick up. Time to hire competent people. read more

The service I received was from an Enterprise located within Jim & Jack's Collision center. I work a 9-6pm job during Mon-Fri so bringing in my damaged vehicle on a Saturday was my only option. After they had taken in my car, I had signed in on a clip board to be assisted by an Enterprise representative. I understand the lady working was assisting a couple before - NOT A PROBLEM. Jim & Jack's closed at 12pm and I had waited for almost 30 minutes to be assisted by her ... as she finished approximately around 11:55 - mind you she did not even check her sign in sheet - she began grabbing her keys and wallet and getting ready to just leave. The receptionist for Jim & Jack's stated that I was waiting. Her response was in an upset manner just saying "oh" and proceeded to log into her computer. Didn't even call me over for the transaction and just asked if my insurance was covering or if I was paying out of pocket. I said I was paying out of pocket and would like the most economical especially because I am financially struggling. She proceeded to say "well all the team went home already so all we have is a Hyundai Accent". I just responded it wasn't an issue with whatever was left. She took my credit card info and proceeded to leave the building to retrieve the car. Jim & Jack's closed the gates so when she returned the vehicle was outside the gate. She rushed my boyfriend and I over through the inspection. She offered any protections - which I DECLINED ALL. I initialed on her tablet for the protections I declined as well as the acknowledgments of charges and terms and conditions. And that was it? This whole "transaction" took less than 10 minutes. As my vehicle was pronounced ready on a Monday 3 weeks later - I was able to rush over from work and barely made it by 5:45 pm to return the rental and pick up my completed vehicle. Once again, the same Enterprise lady was assisting someone else - and AGAIN UNDERSTANDABLE - so the Jim & Jack's receptionist said it was okay to leave the keys and the lady will close my invoice out and take care of me from there. As I left, I received a call from the enterprise rep which I was unable to answer due to driving and she left me a voicemail. The message was rushed and couldn't really understand her except for that my invoice would be closed out? Lastly, I waited for an updated invoice/receipt because I had to submit to the other party's insurance for reimbursement but never received one? I had to call for one to be emailed to me! How ridiculous! After trying to reconcile my rental reimbursement from the other party's insurance, it was brought to my attention that Roadside Assistance was added onto my rental!!! After I declined ALL AND ANY type of protection services!!! HOW?! I have reached out to their corporate office regarding this matter and have yet to hear from someone. Both times I was unable to grab her name. This whole experience was completely horrible after the whole inconvenience of a car accident while trying to jumble between my work and school schedule!!!! read more

Had to drop off my car for a minor repair and was in need of a rental. Conveniently located within Jim & Jack's Collision Center where I dropped off my car. Jeff at Enterprise was very quick and helpful. I upgraded to an awesome black Mercedes C300 series. He showed me some of the vehicle's features and I was in and out in 15 minutes. And this was all during my lunch break. Really happy with the customer experience, the car and that I even had some time to pick up a quick bite to eat. Thank you Jeff. read more

Enterprise has consistently provided good service in a friendly way. I have rented cars on a few occasions on the last year due to a car accident. Yes, sometimes at the location it may take time to get to rep because there's a line, but other than that I have had a fantastic experience and just want to share it. The location is nice, clean, with easy parking available. The service is friendly, and booking reservations online is very straight forward. The cars are in good condition, return is quick and easy, pricing is clear and fair, and they do not try to up-sell you anything unlike many other companies. Also, any additional service I have requested (extension of rental days, copies of receipts -even receipts older than 6 months- verify availability, etc.) have always been answered with a friendly attitude and helpful response. Even when you call in, someone will pick up the call and help you through. I just got off the phone with a different rental company: Hertz, what a mistake... booked something with them on the past because of AAA discount, NOT worth it! Now I had to go through an automated system that forces you to listen to their advertisement, a rude agent, and a $25 fee to get a copy of a receipt from last year. Enterprise has become my go-to rental, and I highly recommend it! read more

This place is awful! I was traveling with two very small children by myself. I made reservations for a vehicle and even toke a uber to get. When I arrived they proceeded to tell me that because I don't have a CA license and I don't have a credit card they could not rent to me. There was nothing on my reservations saying you had to have a credit card, otherwise I definitely would have made reservations other arrangements. I then called a friend asked if I could put it on her card, I went back up to the register and he said that he could not use the card due to the fact that I didn't have it in hand. After that while I was trying to find somewhere to rent a car from they were completely rude. Two other people came in with the same problem as me, as well as everyone that had made reservations was sitting waiting for hours because they had no rental cars! F-! read more
