She let us know we were covered to choose from a couple different cars, talked to us about each one, and helped us make a decision. She was very friendly and professional. Once we got to the part where you decide on which car we wanted and made a choice we were in and out of there. I'll definitely be back to this location to get a rental from HER again in the future. However, the friendly staff was very helpful and I was able to rent the car there and save my vacation and my transportation needs. The car was clean and ready to roll. I was even provided a map, even though I told the lady I didn't need it since I know the area, but she suggested to me to have it in case of an emergency. I luckily found this company (Avis) and all the employees are always so nice, helpful and in a good mood. They move things along rapidly, so your not waiting long and even have available appointments quick! They explain everything in full details and one thing I love most is that there rates are very decent for good quality cars! Fast forward to last week he remembered me from last time and the same scenario played out; got an SUV, told him I wasn't comfortable with it, told me to wait and he got me another sedan!! I rented a Rav4 2024 while my Rav4 2025 is being serviced. The staffs were super friendly and knowledgeable of their cars on the lot. Interior of the store is pretty much empty. They told me to have a seat while they're preparing the rental car. There's 5 chairs that's awkwardly placed against two walls. Would be cool if they included a couch and coffee table rather than an empty floor. Had good experience renting a car here.
