A small location with limited inventory. Best to have a reservation than to walk in to rent a vehicle. The process for renting has gotten streamlined and checking out is a breeze. Simple acknowledgement and initials and you're pretty much driving out the gate. Do inspect the vehicle and be thorough on your walk around. There's no pressure to get additional coverage or anything. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is pretty much digital technology. Even returning is a breeze. Super friendly service! I was quickly in and out! My reason for only two stars is the condition of the rental car. There was a choice of 2 Nissans, a Jeep Wagoneer and a "new" Camry. Since I have a Camry, I thought perfect! As we were doing the walk around, I noticed something sticking out of the front grill of the car. On closer inspection it was determined to be part of a bird's leg. The car was dirty inside and out. I asked before I left with the car if they wouldn't mind washing it again. A minute later the guy was back with the car fresh from the hose or whatever he used to spray water on it. Water everywhere. I guess he couldn't be bothered with drying the car off. The windshield was FILTHY! It looked like many bugs had met their demise on that windshield! I went to put my garage door opener in the center console only to find food crumbs with ants swarming about. I took the car to my car wash place. It looks ten times better than how I got it. We ran it through the wash three times in a row. The road grime speckles the back and sides of the car. There is a hole starting in the driver's floor due to no floor mats. It's a 2025 Camry SE with over 25,000 hard miles on it. When I called to say I couldn't believe they rented out cars in this condition I was asked if there was anything they could do for me. Really? To anyone reading this, I hope you have a better experience than I did. read more

Lady working the front desk is clearly having a bad day and deciding to take it out with a passive aggressive attitude towards customers. Walked in to rent a car, stood around for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. When the lady rushed passed me I asked if they had any cars and was rudely told "you'll have to wait." I am very surprised this location has only an 3.4 star average I would definitely give them a 10 stars out of 5 max I was in business myself for 20 years and always told my employees customer service is the key to any business's success Sometimes a small act of kindness will go along way with your clients and will earn you their loyalty for life. Horrible customer service. I had to take my car for repairs. I made my appointment with enterprise prior to dropping of my car, so reservation was made ahead of time. I called when I arrived at the shop to let them know I was there to be picked up, told me they were sending someone right, over an hour and a half later and after multiple phone calls, and being told someone would be right over, the owner of the auto shop gave me a ride. I was in a car accident and the individual responsible for hitting my vehicle was financially responsible for my rental. I guess I shouldn't complain as the only out of pocket expense I had was my gas and time. I presented for the rental and was expected something "comparable" to my car. Ok, I wasn't expecting a full on luxury car, but at least something reasonable. As I looked around the lot, I saw a couple new Toyota Corollas. Hmmm, I wouldn't mind driving one of those around! Instead I was led to a Chevy Cobalt. REALLY?! I was in a hurry, so I dealt with it... I drove off and the stench of burnt popcorn filled the car. I couldn't stand it. Then I started to hear a rattling noise coming from the front end of the car. The following day I contacted Enterprise indicating that I was not comfortable driving around this car. They were accommodating and said that I could bring it back in for a swap. I swapped the car and was issued an upgrade - Dodge Caliber. Ok, I have to admit, it was better than the Chevy. I felt safer driving this vehicle, although I was not happy that I had to make an extra trip. I had the vehicle for about a week and when I returned it, I was put off with the service. They immediately ask you, "Were you satisfied with the service you received?" You're really going to ask me that in front of my face, I thought to myself. "Uhhh, ya, I guess." The dude drives me to the auto body shop so that I could pick up my car. On the ride over he gets a phone call and answers it while driving - no handsfree, mind you and says "I'm with a customer right now." The gate to the auto body shop was closed although I knew the owner was inside. As I was getting out of the car, the dude was anxiously awaiting to get back on his phone, dumps me at the driveway and takes off without even waiting to see if I get into the gate ok. I was involved in an accident where I am in need of a car for 20 days. I went to this branch since my insurance which is Farmers chose them. They put me in a 2020 Nissan armada with 60,000 miles that requires service maintenance has bad brakes has a steering wheel that's not even straight because it needs alignment and the car has no windshield wipers and since been its raining I'm not even safe in this car because the windshield wipers are not working. I called and they promised that they would switch me out and would call me back not only did they not do that but the manager and their staff. Not only did they not call me back to tell me that they have no car to put me in. They expect me to drive this junk even though it's raining with no wipers and all the service do and not to be upset about this stay away from this place and their rental company is total joke. She even made a smart comment about me working for a certain place and how I should understand shortage when she doesn't understand customer service and professionalism and I don't know how she got the job title and the job. The crew is pleasant and nice. Facility is clean. The biggest problem I have here is service can be quite slow. I've seen it take 20-30 minutes to rent a car. The place seems understaffed and that's not good for consumers. I called @4:45, @5:10, and 5:30pm, that's 64 rings,to see if I can get a ride home when I return car at 5:00pm. Since there was no answer, you would think they were closed. So first thing in the morning I called explaining the situation. And to ask if they will give me a ride home. They charged me an extra day, they took a picture of my statement receipt and complaint and said manager will get back to me. I had a good experience, overall. The car I rented for 9 days was fine. It got me from point A to point B. Absolutely nothing fancy. Nissan Versa, basic model. The radio didn't really work. I got stations but everything was fuzzy. Was not a huge deal, as I never went very far. I had no issues with extending the rental date and no issues returning it early. This Enterprise office may not look fancy but the service is great! Going through insurance was easy peasy with this location. Yomari, the branch manager, texted me day 1 of the rental to thank me and offer assistance with anything. I did text back a few pics of the scratches I discovered and I was assured I would not be responsible for them. The reason I gave 4 Stars is just because the car had quite a few scratches and the brakes were "grinding" a little bit. Made me somewhat uncomfortable. On their behalf the manager apologized for the inconvenience and was appreciative. The best thing was they allowed me to drop the car at the body shop and drive off in my fixed car without having to return the car to their location. Thanks Enterprise! read more
