I came across AskAboutTravel.com and submitted an online request. I was a bit leery as I had never done anything like this and wondered I would be better off doing it on my own. I recieved an email and follow up call within one day. I was quoted an amazing deal at the property which included breakfast for two and they even got my room upgraded for me...not to mention a resort credit. Better than anything I had found. The property was everything a Ritz property is known for. Our room was lovely and the kids all had a great time. I thought the property was very diverse as there were many honeymoon couples but a great area for younger kids set off from the main pool. You cannot beat the beaches in that area either. Prices are not cheap over there...$15 for a drink in the bar. The $100 resort credit helped a lot. It took us an hour to get to the property. We had rented a car through AskAboutTravel.com and when we arrived at the airport they even upgraded our economy to a full size mini van. We needed the room as we stopped at the local store first. There is a lot of walking to do and can be a challenge if you are not in shape. I would go back to The Ritz and book through AskAboutTravel.com again. I worked with an agent Sandy as well. I'm sure the other agents are just as good.

We were impressed with her efforts to assist us while we were in St. Lucia when we were looking for places to volunteer and other accomodations when we traveled outside the resort. She got back to us right away and offered several suggestions. Our trip to St. Lucia was one of the best trips that we've ever had. The resort was perfect, as the staff was gracious, the accomodations were great, and the views were spectacular. We would definitely use them again!

We were pleased that he had extensive experience booking clients on Brand g tours, and was very familiar with hotels and tours in Paris. Within a day he had us booked on the Brand g tour and found flights that included a discount on our hotel stay in Paris after the tour. He also help select and book day tours in and around Paris. On the morning we were to fly out of Palm Springs and connect to Paris, we found that our first flight was six hours late! The result was that we would miss our connecting flight to Paris. I contacted Jonathan early in the morning and he coordinated with the airline to rebook on flights that still got us to Paris the same day and only six hours later than we originally planned. His help saved our trip and we still made our boat cruise departure on time. Throughout the planning and during our trip, Jonathan was always available by text or email. He consistently sent us reminders and updates about our tours and flights. With his help our trip was a great success, and it eliminated a lot of stress and work on our part. This would be our first trip together outside of hitting the open road and we were looking for someone to make sure it was done right. We struck gold coming across Laila and could not have asked for more. Our trip included a wide range of activities to include diving, zip-lining and a luau. Accommodations were carefully chosen to give our family the most comfortable stay we could have. Fast forward to the Fall of '22 and we were in planning for a 2 week European Vacation over Spring Break '23. Laila was extremely attentive and energetic throughout our planning and had so many great ideas that we had no doubt we would get the best experience possible. Honest discussions helped us to hone in on what tours and attractions would best suit our family and I think we nailed it. Her estimates were spot on and we were not caught off guard by any cost adjustments or fees. When the time to leave for our trip came close, we ran into some snags that started to wear down on us. It went through inspections and everything. They moved us from gate B13 to gate D37 without notifying us. We arrived at our new exit at 4:55 pm and the plane wasn't even at that exit. The Volaris representative kept looking at her phone before helping us, along with at least 6 other passengers, all with different situations, and they didn't do anything to provide us with a solution. In the end, we were stuck. They gave us a flight the next day, but it cost $4,100 pesos .And right now they've scheduled me for 4:00 a.m., and my new flight leaves at 7:01 a.m., and we still don't have a gate. Terrible service.

Well, after a couple weeks and my (at the time) fiance still hadn't booked our honeymoon (for June...) and my #1 choice of room at a Sandals resort was booked for that time, I decided we needed help. I reached out to Michelle and she immediately began searching options for us, based on what was important to us and what we truly wanted! She emailed me and my fiance consistently with updates of what she was finding and if anything seemed perfect for us. She spoke with my fiance many times to make everything just right. We decided to go with an incredible, all-inclusive (a must for us!), adults only resort in Cancun! Michelle was able to get us our dream room with our own plunge pool and upgrade us to club level for extra perks during our stay! The stress from arranging the trip was immediately relieved once Michelle became involved. She is very knowledgable, goes above and beyond for her clients, and is very pleasant to work with! She checked in while we were traveling there and made sure we made it ok and everything was perfect for us, then reached out once we arrived home to hear about our take-aways!
