The reason why they failed to pick up was because they were busy. Busy with what? Customers are sitting at your location with no cars available. You are clearly without admin work, because you have no cars available. This is shady and this shouldn't be legally allowed, people reserve and no cars are available, talk about bait and switch. You're accepting reservations and wasting people's time, while ignoring correspondence to avoid accountability. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They have the audacity to send you some generic message when you write a review, give me a break. Time is money and it's not right. I'm tempted to report them to the state and BBB, this is unacceptable. According to my friend this is a common occurrence at this location, hence why we tried to call prior to driving an hr!!!! My car had to get some work done but I needed a car to drive to…read morework for a couple of days so I rented a car and was happy with the service and of course the car that I rented. Zack was a very friendly representative that met me at the Buick dealership down the road in the rental and brought me to his office. When I was at the office I filled out some paperwork and in no time I was driving off in a Toyota Prius to work. It was the first time I have ever driven a key-less car so Zack gave me an informative tutorial about how to just press a few buttons to get it started. It looked as if the car had never been driven because it was so clean! Thankfully there was a sticker on the inside of the car that said it was a smoke-free vehicle. I was glad to see that because I am a non-smoker and would have been disappointed if it stunk of cigarettes. I recomend using this Hertz if you need a rental car in the area. I hope that my car continues to run smoothly but if I run into anymore issues I will be back!

I was planning to take a sofa to my daughter in NC. When I got it loaded in the van, we found out that the sofa had mice ;( so I dumped the sofa at the curb and returned the van expecting to pay for one day per the rental agreement. No worries. The limo was very large and made up of large cushions rather than specific seats, which was nice. Further, the walkway was very large as well and the food was high, so getting around was a breeze, especially compared to other party buses. The driver was professional throughout the time and arrived on time. The driver also got us to Lucky Strike very quickly. The bus also had some cool amenities including overhead party lights, a mini-refrigerator and a Bluetooth speaker. Many of the guests loved the speaker as they could connect music through their phones to the bus. Altogether, this is a great bus company with nice staff and amenities.

The venue was about 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia, of which we arrived in comfort and style! The shuttlebus was more like a luxury coach bus, with a max capacity of around 38. Extremely clean comfortable and a smooth ride! Pick ups for both going to the venue and going back to the hotel from the venue were on time and efficient. Geoffrey's communication was appreciated, along with his thoughtfulness and small attention to details, like keeping headcount and helping older guests off the bus, along with being open to waiting a few minutes while still being cognizant of the time schedule. Shame of King Limo ! Went to the Trusit Golf Tournament yesterday with my wife. Being disabled and…read morehaving to use a Rollator we checked with the PGA about parking and handicap transportation. We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.
