Ian the manager was the extreme rude no idea who would let this man run their business, Working for a company that uses these people so frequently makes me take this information back and let them know how much of a mistake it is to do business with these people, I can't believe the type of service I received from these people. I will definitely be letting my upper management know that when we expand out in this area because we will not redirect their business else where, where they are able to accommodate our customers at all costs and after being set up with a friends and family reservation and having a return itinerary ??? But jsut for not having a major credit card?? Really?? Thanks enterprise for not helping an employee from one of major partnerships! This is a wonderful office with all new staffing. They are all very friendly, always offering bottles of water and even candy on Fridays. They are always willing to work with you as well to find a vehicle that you request. Definitely visit this Enterprise location for sure. read more

Do not rent vehicles from this company. I have had now two bad experiences with this Fenton Location. The company allows you to make reservations on their website and then calls you the day before and the day of your reservation and tells you that they have no cars available. The manager, who calls himself, Zach does not care that he will not get you a vehicle and does not go above and beyond to ensure he helps you. June 2021, my birthday, I attempted to rent a vehicle and Zach calls me the day before and reports we do not have the SUV you made the reservation for it is in the shop and currently we have no vehicles for you. The day of he calls and tells me he has a Van. He gives me the van at the price of the SUV. As we are driving the vehicle to our destination, we realize it has mechanical issues. we call Zach who says he can do nothing for us, maybe we can go to another location and try to get them to help us. We went to several Other locations in different states and they couldn't help us until we got to our destination in South Carolina. Enterprise let my family drive a vehicle that could have caused us to crash and possible die and did nothing about it. I called the customer service number that I found online and they would not help me either, they told me they would send it to the manager and someone would call me back. They never called me back. When we got to South Carolina the location at the airport told us there wasn't much they could do, but then gave us a smaller vehicle to drive in. They also told us the location we rented the vehicle from should have refunded us our money and took care of this vehicle. I called Zach and he reported he would help me out when I got back. I had rented that vehicle for a week. When I got back to Fenton to return the vehicle, Zach was on vacation and the manger covering would not help me. About two weeks later, I found the time to go back to Fenton and talk with Zach. He gave me a 30 or 40% discount and brushed his hands of the situation. Today, September 2021, a special event for my nephew, Zach calls me the morning of my reservation and tells me that they have no vehicles. He again does not care that he cannot provide me a vehicle, brushes me off and made no effort to get me a vehicle. This is unfair to my family and this company does not care about their customers. Very deceiving with their work practices and very unethical trying to change prices when you're picking up your vehicle. The worst customer service I've ever had at a car rental. Mr Elderied Mckinney ( asked him for his name and he pulls out his card pretends to put his ID on it than hides the card think I forget about it I took it off the counter where he was hiding it) assistant branch manager tells me to go somewhere else which I have would have if I had time to change reservations definitely would not recommend worth the drive somewhere else read more

Our rental car experience was better then expected, the girl that answered the phone and who helped us when we arrived was very pleasant and friendly and offered great customer service! Our rental could have been cleaned much better though. She did ask the guys to clean it again but, they didn't put too much effort into it. read more

They are friendly, fast, my car is always clean and ready....the location is conveniently located right off US 23, near several car repair shops. After 20 years of renting from this location, the last two attempts in a row, they were unable to help me. When all the surrounding Enterprise locations are offering weekend rates, they are not. Avoid this place at all costs. Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had, it was jaw droppingly bad. I travel quite a bit for business and rent a lot of cars, so I have a decent amount of experience using rental car companies. In my opinion, the manager of this branch is not only a real jerk, he's also (in my opinion) dishonest and will look for any excuse he can find to ding you for extras. Do yourself a favor and drive a few minutes north and do business with the Enterprise location at Bishop airport. Not only will you be in and out in less time, but you also won't have to subject yourself to what are (in my opinion) shady and underhanded management practices. read more

I have rented over a hundred cars the past few years. I switched to this branch several months ago. I will not be switching again.

Got a call 5 days after I picked my rental up saying that the suv they gave me was supposed to go to auction. I had no issue bringing it back but the new suv they gave me is acting up and when I called up there they were unable to find me a suv of the same size or bigger told me to call other Enterprises and see what they had isn't that their job I thought it was a worldwide system when they could tell me where I can get a suv and then bring it to me I'm going to call there again tomorrow to see what they can do if not I'm going to have to call my insurance company and see if they can find a new rental company they told me Enterprise is cleaning out their inventory and getting new stuff well shouldn't they get the new stuff before they tell the customers to bring back the other rental cars I have 2 kids and a lot of stuff I travel with, the car they gave me I have a very hard time buckling my kids in their booster seats properly which makes it very difficult because this is my main transportation till I get my suv back read more
