They have a helpful staff. The Manager has a sense of humor. You can rent a Wagoneer, Honda , or another SUV. Sometimes, it can take awhile for them to pick up the phone. Sometimes they will pick it up right away.It just depends on the day. Jordan was very helpful. He always answered my questions. Jordan also displayed a calm, cool, demeanor. I returned the 2015b Honda Civic Sport with a full tank and in great condition. My deposit was returned to my credit card. I just have to wait a few days for it to post. This location has lousy inventory. Good chance you won't get your desired rental car. Had to wait 3+ hours to get my replacement rental car. When I did get my rental car it only had 1/2 tank of gas!! What BS. I not only lost time by waiting on the car at the rental location but I had to spend time to go to a gas station to fill up the gas tank. What a pain.... And, by the way, do you know they charge a $300 deposit onto your credit car when you rent the car. Gee, I wish I was told upfront about that. And when I returned the car I did not immediately get my deposit back. After 3 days I still did not get my deposit back. I had to go back to the location and complain about this........then miraculously I got my deposit back on the 4th day after I returned the car. That's BS too. Whoever wrote the good reviews must be on the staff. This place is horrible! waited over an hour for a car that was pre booked and checked in online before arrival. Received good customer service most of the time that I've rented here. The only reason that I didn't rate 5 stars is because there have been a couple of times we made reservations online and showed up to be told they didn't have any vehicles. The least they could have done was called and said as much when they noticed the reservation. Spite having to go to 3 different Enterprises today, because none of them had any vehicles , I finally was able to get into a SUV. My situation was that my truck was needing to go into the shop, yet I couldn't put it in there, because Enterprise couldn't fulfill a simple rental.. Enterprise as a whole is a joke. Rented a vehicle here while visiting family. Super friendly and treated us like friends. We scored the last car on the lot, too.

This was our first time renting from this location and I honestly regret even using Enterprise. Made a reservation for a vehicle that would accommodate the number of people traveling with us, but then came the day when we came to get the rental. The vehicle that was shown to us 4 days prior was not available. This wasn't a problem, however we were given a smaller vehicle in its place with no apologies whatsoever. We were told that no vehicle is guaranteed and we could go to another location to see if they possibly had what we needed. We came to this specific location because they had a vehicle that we needed and could accommodate us. The trip was possibly the worse trip I've ever had mostly because the back row seats were not meant to be used for long trips, nor for adults. The entire situation was one that could have been avoided, but obviously this location doesn't value it's customers. Customer Service is not asking the customer after the fact if we liked your service and you offering better service next time. It's making sure the customer is happy with your service from start to finish, especially if the customer was not being disagreeable and respectful enough to return the vehicle in better condition than it was given. I certainly won't be recommending anyone to this location as I believe this location needs to train their staff and management on providing better customer service and being on the same page when it comes to information you need to convey to your customers. It was apparent with this situation that multiple staff members were aware that something was wrong, yet their solution was to pass it on to management to fix it by doing absolutely nothing. Insurance Company placed a reservation for a vehicle that could be honored at ANY Enterprise Co, called had car available but because he was butt hurt over correction from us AND the insurance co, when we arrived to pick up the car, he wouldn't give it to us! Then had the audacity to say he would blackball us from renting from ANY Enterprise! Recorded the entire conversation and so did our insurance company. I made a reservation for a small SUV and when I arrived they didn't have a vehicle for me. They offered me a 2020 Nissan Altima that on the exterior was fine but the interior was filthy and it smelled. I asked if they had another vehicle and I was told if I could wait they had a small SUV coming in but then I was told I could not have it because it needed an oil change. By this time I had no way to leave so I had to accept the vehicle. I brought back the vehicle the next day and was offered a large SUV or a car. I accepted the car but they still had us waiting which was fine but annoying due to everything else. But this does feel like they are trying to make things right. But still the overall experience was very poor and I cannot recommend this location. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Updated my Today my truck was ready after getting some hail damage repaired. This location refused to pick up my rental at body shop which enterprise had previously agreed to do, then lied to me and told me they would give me a ride back to body shop if I brought car to them. When I got to location they told they don't do rides right now and didn't even apologize. I was forced to figure out my own way back all the way back across town. Not a good rental! When asked upon returning the vehicle and informing clerks that the car had a foul odor as well as a mediocre car at best, the gentleman behind the counter disputed the smell as "wasn't that bad" This is on top of receiving it dirty(can be over looked) the back seat was sewn together, the gas cap was not secured to the vehicle, the road noise and wind noise was almost unbearable! Also was unable to have the bill emailed for reimbursement purposes, was provided a physical paper copy thankfully will just take more time to be reimbursed. read more

I rented a car June 2017, and everything was fine until this past Friday, January 5th, 2018 when the made an unauthorized charge of $100 to my card. I spoke with two representatives there and they wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager. They told me they couldn't find the charge so I should contact my bank. Excuse me!? No I should have been speaking with the manager! When I finally got the manager, Cory ,after 4 calls he proceeded to blow me off saying it was their lunch and he'd call me back! Again excuse me!? You fraudulently charge my card and then tell you'll call me back, because you're at freaking lunch! Best part is Cory didn't call back. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, and have opened a dispute claim with my card carrier. Next I will review this place on every outlet so people know they are thieves. read more

Please stay away from this place. Enterprise has always been good to me until I trusted this location. When I rented the car after dropping off my truck at the " trusted shop" it had some scratches and I was ready to take pictures because I know better than that. The super nice lady told me don't worry about that. Scratches are OK. Then when she started the car for me and told me about their.... insurance, I smelled a weird smell in the car. The next day the car reeked like cigarettes and I didn't want to try to get rid of it because it would make me look guilty. Long story short, I dropped off the car at the repair facility and since nobody walk the car with me I did it. I don't smoke and I don't know anyone who does. A few days later they charged me $500 dollars saying that the car had damaged on the door. I had no idea what they were talking about. I called and I'm sure you get the idea ..... also went in person and they showed me a picture that "supposedly was taken 30 seconds after I left" if so, why didn't they check the car when I asked. Obviously the manager didn't call me back. That is what happens with big companies, manager is never there and is your worst against theirs. I'm out of almost $700 dollars but thanks to God I'm ok. I just don't want this to happen to you. I was going to get an attorney involved but I suffer from anxiety and I thought it was better to leave it alone and just let people know the kind of thing they can do. This could have caused serious repercussions for me at work, so I called the manager to ask them to charge my personal card and refund my corporate card. The manager claimed this was simply not possible, which seemed like a lie. I called the enterprise corporate number and I was told it's something they do everyday and they absolutely could do it. We rented a car to drive to Oklahoma City for an awards ceremony. It was a long trip. The car they rented it us stank of cigarette and marijuana smoke. It had stains on the front seat. When we returned the car they tried to tell us the front fender was "detached". It turned out this is an old trick that these places use. Great staff, very friendly....was a great experience until I received numerous charges run through a few months AFTER my rental. I called to inquire and they told me it was for toll charges. I asked why they didn't let customers know before hand that they ran tolls through a 3rd party company. If I had been told this beforehand, I would have put my toll tag in the rental, which I get at a discounted rate and was debited weekly instead of being hit with over $500 in tolls at once. If you want to do business like it is 1985, Enterprise is your place. They don't have ability to email invoices while you are renting from them which can be problematic when getting reimbursed by insurance or work. You can go physically pick up periodic invoices or have them faxed, which I don't have access to....because I don't currently live in a 1985 society. I go here every time I need a car. I go rent at least 12 cars a year. I never have a problem, the only thing I don't like is when I use my debit card all the proof I have to provide. I have been renting cars for -2 Yrs from this enterprise and for over 25 Yrs from the company overall. But I guess that's their policy, it's just annoying. read more
