He was quick, organized, honest, and very easy to work with. The gentleman at this location know what customer service means. I lost my vehicle in a fire and they made sure I didn't have to wait for a vehicle. I require a truck and they put me in an suv until the truck was available. Quick turn around, less than 24 hours and I was in a truck. Will always use this location! read more

Had to have a rental picked up from here for a few days while the car was getting evaluated for damage. The place is inside the dealership near the service repair area. I got the basic I really dont want to be here help that you expect and the you bothering me vibe. Finally after a 30 min wait i was able to get the car even though it was called about 2 days prior and then reaffirmed the next day that it would be ready at this time. Flat tire while parked in less than 12 hours from start of rental. No visible puncture or damage to the tire. Hyundai Elantra is a terrible rental and is classified as a compact rental but feels much smaller. Never seen a car guzzle gas this fast since the 60's. But the people are friendly. read more

I came to this location to get a rental because my car had just been involved in an accident. When I went through the doors for Enterprise I had no idea where to go. As I walked in there were multiple people standing around a desk eating and ignored the fact that I was standing there. I walked up to them mid conversation and asked where I should go for Enterprise and they pointed to someone at the desk next to them with his feet propped up also eating. I get that maybe I caught them during lunch hours, but it was all around unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me they wouldn't have a rental available until Monday and I decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

If you need to rent a car, DO NOT use Enterprise. The rental car itself was sufficient, so they get one star for that. A family member of ours backed into our rental and opted to pay out of pocket for the damage. But Enterprise contacted both of our insurance companies without our knowledge or permission to try to file claims. When I called to ask about if this was their standard policy, they said yes. Communication and consistency between employees and different branches of the company had been sorely lacking, but this was the worst part of this ordeal. read more

First of all - good luck finding the place. It's in the service department of a car dealership. Would have been nice to have that indicated somewhere on the confirmation email or even the confirmation call I received the day I was supposed to pick up my car! Had to wait forever to even be greeted since apparently only one person works the counter and if he is off checking in or out a car - you wait standing in the hall of the service center while technicians and dealership people scoot past you. The first car I was assigned was so terribly smokey that I couldn't even sit down in it. The smell was strong as soon as the door was opened. The second car smelled better but I had a hunch it was a class size lower than my reservation. When asked about it the agent lied and said it was a standard class. I got one mile down the road and noticed that the car was almost on empty. So I turned around and drove back to the agency to complain and get a different car. I checked the enterprise website and indeed - a Ford Focus is an intermediate class NOT a standard class. (Although it SHOULD be listed as compact - but that's a story for a different day) The third car I was assigned had a slightly smokey smell but by this time I had spent over an hour on this whole saga and I needed to get out of town. Thankfully the agent upgraded me to a full size, although I have no idea if it was due to inventory or him trying to make up for the awful experience. I suspect it was due to inventory since he never gave any sort of apology whatsoever. This car happened to be full however the agent informed me they don't fill their cars up and you only have to return them with as much gas as you got when you rented. Sorry - I'm not going to try and time my trip and mileage to end up with a quarter of a tank and hope it matches what you drew on that little sheet of paper. The "upgraded" car still had a faint smell of smoke in it and it was strong when the car was sitting closed up. It did fade though after a few minutes with the windows cracked (or I just got used to it) so it was manageable. It had over 30K miles on it and stains on the seat. Mind you, it was still the best of the options I was presented. Upon returning the car - the agent was so backed up with people waiting on him that he said I could turn the keys in and he would give me a call to confirm the return went as expected. I did so against my better judgement but I had a ride waiting on me and I needed to go. I never received that call - but thankfully my card was charged the correct amount so I can only assume the return was processed as normal. Overall I would suggest that you choose ANY other location but this one. And I would suggest Enterprise make it CLEAR when you are choosing a CAR DEALERSHIP location, or take them off of the website completely. read more

Easy to find... you simply walk into the Texas Motors FORD car dealership service department. Their office is off of the waiting room behind the service advisors. The branch rental manager, Noell, is so easy to work with. Have worked with another gentleman at the counter who is fast and courteous as well. I rent here often for business. I fill out my rental information online and simply stop in to pick up my vehicle. Drop off is just as simple. Just pull into the service department and drop off the keys. A quick inspection and your on your way. Here: The vehicle is always ready, always clean, and the employees are always friendly. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to acquire or turn in your vehicle as this is a busy location. (This is NOT McDonalds drive through, sometimes you have to wait 3-5 minutes for someone else to be taken care of first.) I have many choices of where to go for my rental cars with my company, but I choose this location is my #1 rental place. read more

I'm standing here in one of your enterprises and the man I'm talking to, Mario,is saying he is the Branch Manager and that enterprise does not accept state issued temporary paper IDs. That this is a company wide rule and there is no exceptions. As everyone living in America knows since the pandemic it's nearly impossible to get an appointment at the dmv that's not several weeks/months out. Because of this I had no choice but to get a new ID issued using the DMVS online option. I wrecked my car so my insurance set up a rental for me and now I'm having to miss more work and doctors appointments due to this employee. My insurances in house Enterprise representative attempted to reach out to him multiple times which he did not answer the phone. They also attempted to email him and he did not respond. Ultimately I had to cancel my reservation and now having to go to another enterprise who won't have a car ready till Friday. This new enterprise told me that in fact if I just bring my PHOTO WORK ID along with the dmv paper that is sufficient. Why could Mario not do this? When asked about other options it was ID, in person DMV paper or nothing. When we asked if there was someone higher who could help us he said no. When we asked him to call his area manager he once again said no. He would only give us the 1800 number. Very unhappy. read more

Easy to find, It was great to be able to stay local and not have to drive all the way to DFW to pick up a car! It took some time waiting to be helped at the counter but once he arrived the agent was very good. I was really disappointed however that the.vehicle class I reserved was unavailable - I had requested a small pick up truck. I needed a larger vehicle but the only option given to me was a small SUV. Car was not clean but had only 7,000 miles on it. Tip: if you need anything other than a car (van, truck, Large SUV), Reserve early and call ahead to make sure it will be there. read more

I will never rent a car anywhere else. During an AWFUL service experience with Frank Kent Cadillac, I went to Enterprise because I had to have a car (Frank Kent doesn't recognize a GMC Denali as worthy of a loaner, but that's a different chapter). Granted you'd better call to be sure of where they are (not at Texas Motors Ford like I thought but at ServiceKing across the road), but their service is amazing! I was upgraded immediately because the class I had reserved was not ready and clean. As days went on I only had to give them a call to say I had not stolen their car. I was two hours into the sixth day when I finally got my car back, and they adjusted the total to eliminate the extra day. Again, do not rent anywhere else! read more
