Had the service by Thomas , Joe, and Ricky at pickup and drop off. They all really make you feel like they got your back, and did. Joe wasnt letting the insurance play me over with a standard and thry gave me my upgrade. Thry checked in through a message portal and that was very convenient. Played with my daughter . I even saw how they made others feel real good and comfortable their insurance issues. Ill drive 30min out again to get some assistance if i need to. Hopefully not though. Horrific. They were of absolutely no help. They don't have tap to pay. It's 2026. I haven't received my card from the bank yet. So I'm stuck until an uber arrives. Unfortunately, my family and I were involved in a wreck on Christmas morning. With everything closed that day, the process picked up smoothly the following day between my insurance company and Enterprise. I was able to get a rental quickly, and the initial experience was very smooth. The staff was friendly to everyone in line ahead of me, and myself as well, thorough, and took time to answer questions. When my rental period was nearing its end, I was able to call and request an extension without any issues. Things began to go downhill when I later spoke with Thomas about possibly downsizing my vehicle since I would be in the rental longer than expected. He said there were no smaller vehicles available on site at the time but that he could have one ready the following day. I understood and planned to follow up. During the same interaction, I asked about my balance. I was told I did not have one, which didn't sound right, so I asked him to check again. He repeated that I had no balance and said my payments would begin the following day, even giving me the amount. Since this was an insurance claim, I assumed payments may have already been made and went along with what I was told. The next day, I checked my account and saw charges. While the charges themselves were expected, it was frustrating after being told everything was clear. When I called back, it was explained to me, which was fine -- I just wish my reservation details had been reviewed more carefully from the start. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to come in the next day. During that call, he stated, "I had one on hold for you yesterday, but you didn't come." I acknowledged that and explained I was unable to make it in, but his tone felt rude and dismissive, so I requested to speak with someone else. The next representative I spoke with was pleasant and helpful, but the earlier customer service left a lasting impression. Thankfully, I did not have to return to this location (despite previously being told I would) and had a very positive experience returning the vehicle at a different location. Not everyone rents a car for a vacation or road trip. Some people are dealing with difficult circumstances, and rude or careless customer service only adds unnecessary stress. Customer service doesn't end just because you're not face to face with your customer, it should continue in any context of communication. Because of this experience, I would not return to or recommend this location. read more

I've reported to my insurance that this Enterprise car rental fraudulently did a bait and switch once I was at their office where I no longer had any other choice. I am having to pay the taxes on the rental agreement instead of the verbal agreement to my insurance that it will be completely covered by the insurance. Great service. My first car had a smokey smell to it (I personally couldn't smell it but my wife could). They exchanged it 0 hassle. I got extended by insurance and had no problems keeping the car. Return was quick as well. The tolls I was charged went straight to my card no hassle. Would recommend at least when using insurance! read more

Wife rented a car. Had a tire that was going low. I stead of giving her a different car they sent her to pep boys and she had to wait an hour to get the tire changed. They made a bunch of excuses. Worest car rental place! Asked in advance for car or SUV, I ended up with a Chevy Silverado, which I had to hike into and slide out on my 5 week PT foot. They did not care or offer a solution! My insurance company took care of this and I was directed to Hurtz! Who were very helpful and professional. This place is trashy. Initially walked into the facility and they had inappropriate music being blasted on their speakers. The parking lot was also empty. I spoke with them yesterday and stated I would pick up my rental after 2:30 to which they told me was no problem. I showed up and they so graciously let me know that they gave my rental to someone else. To be honest, I would rather drag my bare ass on concrete than ever have to step foot in this nasty facility ever again. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

Customer service quick and easy but the vehicle I got was dirty all over. Crap stuck to the review mirror, stuff caked in the cup holder, dash is layer in dirt, the tire peruses is going off bec it has bearly half the pressure it's supposed to have , needs and oil change ,and look like it had been washed In weeks. So if you want to rent from here you may want to be the 1st in line for the day or make sure you are there for an extra hour so they can do it in front of you. read more

Very easy to make the reservation. After realizing the location had been made near the airport they allowed us to pick up the rental at this closer location off Alta Mera. The only thing I could say was that they need a night drop. I was able to return the car early but had no place to drop the keys. I had to arrange the keys to be dropped off by another person in the morning. They no longer have a courtesy drop or pick up to help you get or return the unit. This was very inconvenient. My car had unexpectedly broken down and this was the main feature that I chose enterprise for. Upon arrival a salesman came to the vehicle with no explanation started asking questions as if he was trying to keep me away from the office. I'm aware of the changes with covid are different for each establishment. It would have been nice for him to mention their new covid procedures to set the tone. read more

Tried to rent a car here through insurance. The insurance pays a lower rate to them than a no insurance rate. They tried to send me to other locations and said they will not have a car for 3 or 4 weeks. However if I wanted to pay the regular rate they could get me a car sooner. I called a different location and they had a car available in 4 days. Many attempts were through the phone but i believe they kept hanging up on me. I finally drove there and talked to them in person and it was the same story. Bottom line, it may be better to avoid this location to rent a car. Enterprise has many locations and is a great company. I made a same day online reservation and received confirmation. I had a friend drop me off and I went in and was told they didn't have any cars. They said their online system is not updated. Don't trust any online reservations for this location. The hertz website said no cars. Enterprise showed a bunch of cars. Very deceptive. read more

Not offering at home pickup currently. Unfortunately no one told me that when I reserved the car for a morning pickup through my insurance. Insurance didn't know so I was left without transportation to pick up my rental. Fortunately the AAA tow truck driver allowed me to ride with him. Yay AAA . I'm currently at the collision repair awaiting my car and it is 3:00 pm. I realize COVID is making things more difficult but put it on the blurb that you get before you talk to a human. I was treated so poorly by Lindsey at Enterprise. Lindsey "was going to call but forgot" to call and let me know she was going to debit my checking account over 1,200.00 for a bill that Allstate was suppose to pay over a year ago. She was rude and refused to give me the office managers phone number. Allstate paid over 700.00 for the rental but Enterprise billed over 1,200.00. Lindsey called the police because it was time for her to go home and she did not have time to deal with it. Not only did she erroneously charge me 1,200.00 but our tax payer by calling the police. I'm 5'3" and 125 pounds, I'm not a threat to her just apparently putting my bank account in the negative was not a concern on a Friday night. read more

This place has the most horrible customer service i have ever experienced I had a 6:30 pick up through priceline and arrived at 6:15 and all their employees were there, and told me they were closed and I showed them my reservation and they just shrugged, and said we cant while they stayed at work till 6:40pm while Im outside trying to find another place to rent a car when they could've done the humane thing and allowed me to pick up my reservation which I was on time for. The worse rental car that I have seen in my life! They gave me a price on the phone but they change it when I got there! And when I asked manager about it, she told me it is not our problem! She was on the phone for long time and at the end she told me that it is what it is! I cant give it to you ...! Patrick and Matthew helped me get a car fast when I had a family emergency. They gave a reasonable rate and worked with an unpredictable schedule of when I could pick up the car. When I turned the car in, they gave me a ride back to my family member's house. They were professional and kind. Highly recommend this location! read more

Horrible experience, horrible customer service especially from assistant manager Argelio Martinez. He tried to send us to Hudson Oaks around 530 pm saying if we made it in time they could rent us a car even though they close at 6 pm. My insurance agency had this all taken care of but they dropped the ball then tried to pawn us off to another location. I was ignored repeatedly and was talked to very rudely. They would talk bad amongst themselves about other "problem customers" in front of everyone, even though the "problem customer" wanted properly aired up tires. After being told they had no cars available and we had to go to Hudson Oaks, I called my insurance and within 5 minutes they magically had a car available. Go to any other location besides this one, no smiles and no customer service. read more

Employees at this location were courteous, friendly and efficient. Rates were fair. The vehicle I was given had less than 7k miles, yet it looked like someone had been living in it. The cover over the fuse box was in the rear of the car, the cloth seats were already looking worn, there were price tags from retail stores visible when I laid the seats down, and there was pet hair in the rear hatch (short-haired dog or cat?). Yes, it had been run through the car wash, but not vacuumed and the windows were filthy on the inside. Y'all can do better than that! read more

We had a death in the family, so we had to rent a vehicle to get to South Texas. We get there, after reservations we made online, to be told we need a major credit card to rent a vehicle. Since we're on a fixed income, all we had was our debit card, issued by Social Security no less. The lady at the counter was so cold, she looked at us like trash, and moved on to the next customer like we didn't even exist. I take it that only 1% er's are privileged enough to rent from Enterprise. We ended up cancelling on the funeral, leaving us crushed beyond belief. Maybe someday, we can have a gravesite visit. read more
