It has been several months since I have rented from this location, and this most recent Rental experience was exceptionally good Having recently rented from a competitor, with a rental experience that was beyond bad. The agent assisting me in the Rental checkout was polite, professional, and made sure the car was safe to leave the lot. She even checked the tread depth on the tires (huge bonus points) My rental Car drove exceptionally well, and they even upgraded me since they didn't have my full-size vehicle available when I arrived to pick my rental. The return experience was a little chaotic because of all of the cars and activity going on in the lot. The same agent checked me in, that checked me out, when I got out of the car, she said, welcome back, Mr. (my last name). - Pretty dang impressive I was happy with my daily Rental rate... Needed the vehicle for just one day, exceeded all my expectations. My last Rental experience about a week ago with a competitor my companion kept reminding me or trying to educate me that I should have gone with Enterprise. She kept saying Enterprise will treat you right and not like this... She was right If you're looking for a short-term a long-term rental, I highly recommend Enterprise I know this location does a lot of insurance rentals, and there may be issues associated with that type of transaction, but for the traditional Rental experience, short or long I think you'll be very happy with this location of Enterprise,k. give them a try. The attendant and I pre inspected the car for any damage, was given the keys and off I go. The only negative here was the smell of the cleaner they used. It as a very strong Lysol smell that remained with the car throughout the rental no matter how many times I rolled all the windows down. When I arrived at 12:00 PM, the location was already locked, they close at noon. The doors were locked, and despite workers being at the computer, no one would let me in or help me pick up the vehicle that Hertz had confirmed for that exact time. It makes absolutely no sense to allow customers to book a reservation at the same time the location closes. If a noon pickup isn't possible, the reservation system shouldn't allow it. To make matters worse, I'm pregnant and was left stranded with no rental car and no assistance. A confirmed reservation should mean the vehicle is actually available for pickup, not that you arrive to locked doors.

This occasion Great Customer Service by Brian Roger's, regarding my vehicle rental, for my trip to NYC for the NY Knicks parade. My vehicle request was a mid-size vehicle. Brian offered me a tour of mid size vehicles, which I finally choose a Toyota 4 runner. I was truly happy bout my choice & was not wrong for the pick. The other Enterprise Staffs member, from the Customer Rep, as well as the maintenance team, are always cordial & respectful. Ms. Ived Garcia, Manager, seems always busy, but nevertheless greets me with pleasantries between her intersection with other Customers. I had to call Enterprise too get a extention of my rental, I was having a great time during the parade celebration ​& decided to stay past father's day, to enjoy circle line cruise with first born Daughter & Grandson. Enterprise was again Great, accommodating me, two more occasion, without notice. When I return the vehicle, Enterprise Rep Aaron Jenkins, was Great processing my return. I informed Aaron how much I liked the 4 runner & Aaron informed me of vehicles, Enterprise has in stock & also said he could have someone contact me, regarding 4 runners & other available vehicles. They have no issues having you wait 30+ mins for them to clean your rented vehicle, or you waiting…read morewhile they go get the car from an offsite lot. Not once when I've come to this location out of all of my visits did the front desk give me the keys to the vehicle when I checked in and completed paperwork. They have you sit in a waiting room for long periods of time while they get their mess together. I can understand a long line to check in, but that's not the case here. They get you checked in and THEN they start cleaning the car you booked in advance. What a waste of time.

Well, I've never rented from Hertz before but since I was involved in a rear end collision with…read moreanother party's insurance fronting all the bills, State Farm chose them to get me a replacement vehicle, and Hertz was the shop choice! I swung by after stopping by my collision shop and was greeted by the friendly lady working at the front desk who took all my info, insurance and deposit. And even let me pick a gun standard/midsize vehicle to drive, which ended up being a Tesla! Smart car for dumb people, yes. Lol. Although there was a learning curve and less than 15% left to charge; there were supercharging stations in proximity and we were also able to charge the vehicle at home. It's been a stressful few weeks sorting this out being involved in insurance hell but Hertz helping me not walk in this 100 degree summer and getting me in a vehicle to drive around has been much appreciated! Can't wait for my own vehicle to return, my husband will certainly miss our rental, but now we know they're close by if we ever need a fun weekend ride :)

The 2 Clowns running this place are a joke…read more I rented 2 trucks from this location for a 1 day rental. I left in a hurry without looking at the rental receipt on my way to the airport. I figured they would have accurate information logged about the vehicles since I've never had this issue with hertz in the past. when I got back from my trip I was shocked at the additional fees they had charge me. They logged both vehicles as having full tank of gas when they were only 1/4 full. they charged me $98 for not returning a child seat even though I returned it. I was charged $300 more than I should have in fuel and child seat charges I did not accumulate. video and photos of the vehicle I rented show less miles on the odometer than were logged on my rental. trying to get any answer from hertz customer service is a joke. the employees know this and push the work load off on corporate even though it is their screw up. I will NEVER rent from this location and probably Hertz ever again.
