Update to this, then when I get here they don't even have my vehicle ready. I have to wait two hours to get one. Then it smells like smoke, so I guess the smoke free guarantee is wrong. So I bring it back the next day for a replacement and guess what it smells like smoke, and I find a cigarette butt on the floor. So here I am on the second day waiting hours again because they don't have a truck ready for me.

They were supposed to be here to pick up the car at noon. Someone called me at 11:20 to make sure I would be here at noon. I checked the maps app on my phone and the driving time was listed at 38 minutes, so that made sense. When they didn't show up, I tried to call and no one will answer the phones, even though their business hours are until 5PM. No matter what menu option I selected, I was taken back to the automated menu. I called the customer service number and they reached someone at the office. Miraculously, just minutes after that call, they called me that they needed the gate code that they already have on my account. So of course they were nearby, but gave me a traffic excuse. I already know that wasn't right because I checked it on maps and knew it didn't take them an hour and a half to arrive. To be that close after I called customer service, it was obvious that they made some type of stop without regard to the customers time or schedule. I strongly advise against paying them for this service under these conditions.

The only reason why I gave them a 4 star was because another lady at the counter noticed we were waiting awhile for our car. She very nicely walked us to a mini van and started it. She said she will turn on the heat so we can wait on the car. That's great customer service! I wish I remembered her name but I have forgotten. She had long hair braids. Lovely person! Well, after waiting what seems v like an eternity I finally got out because I noticed someone who came after us drove off next to us! I went to this lovely lady and asked what happened. Mind you there is 4 staff chatting at the counter. She profusely apologized and had someone help us and we were off!
