A very kind lady answered the phone and, after hearing our situation, spoke with her manager. To our surprise and delight, they were more than willing to swap our car and even upgraded us at no extra charge! No fees for the flat tire, and no cost for the upgrade. We were 8 people, including 4 kids and 2 infants, and their understanding and kindness truly made our day. Needing to get out of Idaho Falls quickly to meet other obligations to the east, TCR had a vehicle ready for me to go in no time flat. TCR picked me up at IDF (they are located off-site in the general vicinity) and the check-out process was quickly accomplished. Service with a smile and friendly disposition to boot! I hit the road in a nice and clean rental car. Upon the return of my vehicle, The check-in process was again fast and friendly. They happily took me back to IDF without any drama. If I need to get a rental car again in this part of Idaho, Thrifty will be my first choice.

They had me pay and said everything was fine. I trusted them and paid. once I walked to my vehicle I noticed it was the same door handle, but it was now scratched up much worse. It also would no longer lock or unlock. I went back in and let them know I caught them. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.
