Do not under any circumstance book with Enterprise. I arrived with my brother into Idaho Falls with…read morea reservation and was told that they did not have any cars. We then called the help number for Enterprise who assured us this would be rectified and to hold tight and we would get a call from the station manager and that we would get a call. We never got a call. With no other recourse we ordered a 2.5 hour Uber and get a Hertz car in a different city in Idaho. We asked Enterprise to pay for the Uber--and were told we would be contacted to discuss options. We got a call from an Enterprise in Illinois--not Idaho. The Illinois Enterprise Office (Mid-America Airport's Enterprise Location) apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that Enterprise in Idaho would call. They never did. We got an email a few days later saying they were going to do nothing to ameliorate the problem and would offer no compensation of any kind. This location has treated us unfairly and is utilizing unfair business practices as well as acting in bad faith. Please--for your own sake--do not reward this behavior and book with any other available rental car company.

By the time I finally walked in, I was physically and emotionally drained. I was apologizing for being late and honestly worried about whether I would still have a place to stay. I had called and left messages because everything felt so uncertain. But the moment I arrived, the two people at the front desk made all the difference. They immediately engaged with me, listened, understood what I had been through, and even shared a few stories about other airport experiences. After the stress of the previous days, that kind of welcome meant more than they probably realized. They are always friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. They even had a fun Pajama Friday, which I thought was awesome. Because of that experience, I will absolutely be staying with them each time I am in town. Sometimes it really is the little things that matter most.

Luckily there was one ADA room left. We were able to get all of our laundry done. There were 2 stackables. It was about $4 to wash and dry a load of laundry. Bring quarters. The shower was a beautiful walk-in, rock-tiled shower which my mom really enjoyed. There was ample space in the restroom area. The room was spacious and clean. My mom was able to navigate easily. We had 2 queen beds which served us perfectly. Walking along the river to the many various options for dinner was a treat. We ate at the Mexican food restaurant at the corner. That place was busy. Bar seating is not self serve. The enchiladas suiza and margaritas were fantastic. We were treated to custom omelettes the following morning. Other than the omelettes, it was the typical breakfast found at all the hotels. Great value. It was worth it to pay a bit more due to its location and amenities.

The bed was comfortable the rating is based on overall experience, and the cost of too high for the product delivered. The final straw was when the young man at the reception desk refused to print a receipt, for some reason, so I was forced to go on line to print one. Very inconvenient.

Was with a group of motorcycles and we were worried about security. The clerk assured us our vehicles would be secure, due to the camera system and the fact anyone who starts problems are removed. Restaurants were close and so was fuel.
