Was given the first car the brakes were gone squeeling. Nothing was checked and the car was just given. Was given another car that smelled like a trash can all with in 30 minutes, same day then given another car trashed inside spilled dried soda all over the interior. Windshield, windows and headliner. I ended up washing the exterior and interior of the car because the staff is completely incompetent. I have never had this bad of service. I travel all the time and never right reviews. Although we did not have any issues with the customer service, or check in, they were super busy for a Sunday morning. But the vehicle that we got was a Toyota RAV4 in a horrible blue color, which is beside the point, but the vehicle was absolutely disgustingly filthy on the inside. That is the only time that I have ever used one of the Clorox wipes that they leave for you before I would drive off in the car. I rent several cars every year we always go through Costco for the best pricing and selection as we did this time. Pricing was great. Customer service was great but the car was just absolutely disgustingly filthy and smelled horrible. read more

This place is unmatched in customer service and simplification of the car rental process. I rent fairly often and will never go any where else. The prices alone have been a good reason to go. The prices are upfront and no hidden fees.The custumer service is the main reason to go. They really work at makeing the custumer happy. Okay so I'm not one to normally write reviews but I have the need to do this. I called weeks ahead to rent a van for a trip. As I was trying to get it rented they had me with multiple people all telling me different things. It was confusing and they seem to not know at all what they are doing. They also do not accept anything but a credit card and it has to be global. I do not recommend. read more

My husband and I had a great experience. The customer service was great, the car was nice, clean, and big enough. The only issue I had was the debit card. When we used our debit card, Enterprise stated our car selection was minimal due to using the debit card. I felt like we had paid with food stamps or something. Other than that, everything was spot on. We will be back the next time we need to rent a vehicle. read more

Requested an 8 passenger vehicle well in advance and called several days in advance to make sure it would be available. When arrived to pick up it was not available. Had to drive a 15 passenger van which was not so comfortable and used more gas and not so easy to drive. Did get a discount on insurance. Also since a debit card of the driver was not accepted I had to put it on my credit card but I was not driving. So had additional cost of 2 drivers. Not the best experience! read more

My car broke down on US 31 and State Road 18 just south of the Grissom Air Force base. I was with my wife and 2 daughters (10 years old & 8 years old). I called AAA to tow my car back up to South Bend. But I needed a rental car to get my wife and oldest daughter back home since the tow truck only accommodates 2. So I had my wife call enterprise here just before 5:00 pm on March 19 since the commercial always advertises to call and they'll pick you up. Well, the first guy placed my wife on hold and transferred her around. Ultimately she was placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes that day on March 19. 5:30 pm I realized they were about to close at 6:00 pm. I just told my wife to hang up and call her grandparents who were over 1 hour away to come get her and my oldest. I knew exactly what they were doing. They were stalling so that they didn't have to come out to pick up my wife and 10 year old and use the excuse we're closing. I am sorry but that's a slap in the face. These employees are not good people. Imagine if it was your wife and 10 year old daughter broke down in the middle of nowhere and the sun is setting. Judging from all the other poor reviews coupled with mine, I believe a overhaul of the staff and management there is in order. Avoid this location like the plague! read more

I was on a trip to Nashville on business and needed to check the balance on my business card to look at my charges. I was informed there was a huge charge from Enterprise (almost 3x's my original quote). What happened was that I was quoted an additional $5 per day more for a car that was two levels above what I purchased...I was totally fine with that and jumped on board. The "deal" however, changed once it was placed in the system and charged me an additional $35 per day, plus other fees. I called Enterprise, admittedly a bit upset - to say the least, and expected an uphill battle with them over the charges. The exact opposite happened..Kyle took care of me and went even further...she took away the additional $5 charge as well as allowing me to keep the car one more additional day at the exact same cost I was originally quoted in the very beginning when setting up my rental. Above and beyond...not something you always see nor do you expect. Great job, Enterprise. Thank you for taking care of my issue. read more
