I don't know what all the negative reviews are about, but I have had nothing but good service for rentals with these guys and have rented about 4 times so far. Some of the reviews are even a bit "snobby" but I guess being in Woodbury has that effect on people! God forbid; there would be a tiny scrap of debris on the floor of a vehicle! I made a reservation for a car, which was confirmed. I came in prior to reservation and waited patiently as the two employees were helping others. I was told briefly that the car I reserved was not available but I could either reserve the SUV or "her vehicle" depending on which one the customer was going to choose in front of me. I waited 20 mins and when the other employee finished with his customer he asked if I was being helped, I responded that I believed so based on the brief interaction the female employee and I had earlier when I arrived. She looked at him and said "I told her we didn't have any cars". This employee had me sit there for 20 mins with ZERO further communication. Enterprise confirmed my rental prior to me arriving and no one called me to let me know there wasn't a car available. Someone dropped a car off in the after hour drop off while we were waiting and she wouldn't even go look at what that was to offer me that car. In addition, she thought it was acceptable to use curse words when describing Enterprise and how it "pisses" her off and even used the F word during the interaction for no apparent reason. When I asked for her Manager's contact information she told me to call the 1-800 number and that I could drive back tomorrow even though I stated that without a rental, I wouldn't have a car. She kept looking at the other employee and giggling and apparently thought this interaction was entertaining. She had zero customer service. Zero tact. The male employee should have stepped in and took over on her behalf because she was beyond rude. She said Olivia is the manager but I doubt that is even the Manager's name. This location needs to teach some serious customer service skills because I did not come in any kind of way rude. I was patient. My rental was confirmed and this location couldn't take 30 seconds to call me and let me know my rental wasn't available before driving there. read more

I don't have much to say about this Enterprise other than their parking lots are ridiculously tiny! We had four people renting one car and some of us had to park in Cabela's parking lot, which we weren't sure was totally legal. This Enterprise DOES have an 'overflow' lot, but there are only about 8-10 spots there. Their main lot was completely full and double-parked. Other than the parking situation, the car was clean and seemed easy to pick up and return. For other renters: either carpool to the building if you have more than one person driving OR figure out where it's legal to leave your car nearby for however long you'll be gone. Although I've since moved and no longer use them, up until recently I've used this branch hundreds of times for business. The team is solid, the level of service is consistently there, and when there are problems it's clear that they pull all stops to rectify them. The culture here is that the customer is always number one unless it's something they simply cannot deliver on because of other external constraints. As a serial renter, I'd like to spend a few sentences on other reviews that are based on wild expectations since they hinder readers more than they help. There seems to be this notion that every branch should always have every type of car at all times. This is naive and unrealistic, just like it's naive to think you can get any seat on any plane departing at the exact time you want to your destination. They have a fixed inventory, and have to do the best they can with that. This team is always transparent and communicative about the status of their inventory. I appreciate that. If you're patient with them they will go all out for you to get you the car you want. There also seems to be an expectation that there should never be a line that or that this branch or industry is impervious to peak times. This is silly. They can't control rushes, bad weather (which skyrockets rentals), or freak events/conferences in the area. Get over it. The good news? This team works like a finely oiled machine. They juggle like no other team I've ever seen in the service industry or at another Enterprise branch. The manager during my last several rentals, Chrissy, runs a solid branch. I had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Woodbury. The service was slow and they were very disorganized. I waited for my pick up at the dealership for over an hour and then I called and they forgot about me. I booked this rental a week in advanced and the day I needed the car, I called and I was not in the system for a rental. The car I received was a mess, it smelt like a dog and not clean on the inside. I would never rent from them again! read more

With a car repair here and there, enterprise has been extremely helpful, affordable and accommodating. The cars have been in excellent shape and always clean. The staff is very nice and they have called to check and see if everything is alright. I try to use enterprise whenever I need a car rental. I just wish that they were in a few more airport locations when we travel. read more

Worst customer service I have encountered. The team lead- Jeff is so partial to skin color that he has ignored me (Asian) twice in different occasions. The first time, about last month, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But then last week, it was the same. He waits and says to me, my colleague will be with you once they come back from break. And then lets me wait while he takes care of the NEXT Caucasian customer while I wait. Twice now. Also they gave the smallest car they could find even though I am pre approved for $50 from my insurance. They told me they will call me once a better ride is available or I could pay $20 more for a Yukon. Really? That's some power sale there haha. I will not take my business back to them & I will tell my family, friends and group not to rent from them. read more

I rented a car for a week. They could not pick me up nor deliver but did pay for a taxi one way to their store. The car was an upgrade to what I ordered but I did not look at it that way. What they gave me was a Chrysler 200 with a lot of scratches. Sure we recorded the scratches but I wondered why this car had not been sold off long ago. I think it had a little four cylinder engine as it really had to work to get out onto the freeway. At day five the left front blinker stopped working. The car had an alarm system that showed it, which was nice. I took the car back and they immediately exchanged it with a Dodge Advenger. This car was nice and clean and scratch free. It either had a six or eight cylinder engine because it had a lot of zip. They also threw in a full tank of gas for my troubles. So even though I was not entirely happy with the first car, the service was outstanding. I had expected to have to wait around while they fixed the light bulb in the first car, I was not expecting an exchange of cars. read more

Reply to customer service: All the necessary information and details anyone would need to investigate the incident are described in the review: date (and time was approx 11 am), Safelite reservation, physical description of employees involved, and the series of events including the fact that this customer was essentially turned away despite having a reservation, and even in spite of having called ahead to verify availability of a large SUV less than 30 minutes before showing up at the location...it's all all listed in the review. So if you really had a genuine interest in delving into this problem, all you'd need to do is call up the list of employees who worked that day. You don't need an email from me describing everything I've just posted in order to follow up with your employees. Print the review and hand it to those employees to get their perspective on the incident and see if they'll deny any of this. read more

Terrible service and extremely rude manager. Their team seems to be trained to take advantage of loyal renters by adding fees instead of discounting their loyalty. I have rented with Enterprise several times at different locations and never had any issues and would recommend their vehicle rentals, however; this Woodbury MN location's team definitely made what should have been easy and economical expenses convoluted and full of unnecessary hassle. If you are renting from Enterprise in the twin cities area I would suggest that you do all you can to avoid this terribly ran branch by renting at a different St. Paul/Minneapolis location if you can. read more

I read some bad reviews about this Enterprise location but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy, was I wrong! The customer rep Patrick was a snob, ignorant and unprofessional. I gave him my insurance card and he called my insurance company trying to obtain my liability coverage amount and deductible. He claimed that he needed to verify that my insurance was still active and treated me like a criminal and still pressed the insurance agent to give him more details about my insurance. I have rented cars from the airport and one time on the road when my car broke down unexpectedly and did not receive this kind of hassle and poor treatment. The van we received was also dirty inside and outside. A compartment located inside the van was broken and they put some tape on it to keep the door from opening. They had just quickly washed the van when we arrived at 7:30AM for pick-up and there were still bugs all over the front of the hood and bumper. I regret renting from here. Management definitely needs to train their employees or hire people with customer service skills and common sense. read more

The Woodbury MN location is HORRIBLE!!!!! They picked me up 2 hours late, then the car they gave me was filthy on the inside. There was so much dog hair on the floor matts that you could scoop it up in your fist. Dog hair was all over the seats and seat belts. It was obvious as well, long white (Husky?) hair on a black interior. (Husband is very allergic to dogs) If that wasn't bad enough there were dirty footprints (from kids or dogs) on the seats and back of the seats, and gravel on the floor matts. Personal belongings (book) from the previous driver were found under the seat. Basically they didn't clean the inside at all and don't care what they provide to their customers. You would think the woman who picked us up was blind. She should have gotten into the car and noticed the disgusting filth and cleaned it before driving to my house. NO, she didn't acknowledge that it was dirty when I said YUCK. She called and said that the car doesn't meet my standards and I wanted a different one. Sorry my standards are higher then wanting to drive in a car that will cause my husband to have an allergy attack and possibly an asthma attack that would lead him in the ER. They told me they would have to downgrade my car until they could get another the next day. Surprise surprise when 2 minutes later we pulled into their lot and a large SUV was their. I said, "Don't downgrade me because of your filthy laziness, upgrade my small SUV to the big one!" I got it plus free gas, but the next morning I noticed this one had dog hair in it as well but not nearly as much. YUCK. read more
