I rented a Nissan Rogue on 4/9 - 4/16 and I loved my rental experience. The representative Kelu assisted me when I arrived. I was sad that they didn't have a Toyota rav4 but they did have the Nissan and honestly it did the job. We traveled a long distance in this vehicle and it was so comfy and rode great. Service when renting was fast and she got me on my way. Returning the vehicle was also fast and she inspected the vehicle with me and sent me a receipt same day. She even gave me a ride home. LIARS...SCOUNDRELS...WORST RENTAL CAR COMPANY...CRISSY TAYLOR CEO & CHRISTOPHER J ORTA REGIONAL MANAGER. I had rented a car over a year ago and had to call Enterprise on my way from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Between two cities - Boulder and Kingman, I stopped at a Starbucks because I could smell burning, and there was smoke from the engine. I called Enterprise and they picked up the rental but LEFT ME STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. I called at 9am. They attempted to get an Uber, but because I was in the middle of nowhere, Uber always cancelled. I then had to organize my own taxi at 3:30pm because ENTERPRISE FAILED to do it. I was out of pocket by $350 and lost on a tour for $375. It has taken A YEAR to get anyone to do something, BUT THEY ARE ALL EMPTY LIES. I emailed CRISSY TAYLOR, CEO, never got a response but the regional manager CHRISTOPHER ORTA said on March 9th he would send a check of $450, but could not compensate the tour which I lost out on. I asked if he could give me a FREE WEEK RENTAL and he said he would try. He sent the reservation number and going on Enterprise.com, it showed a week rental. I went in today and they said they will only pay for two days, not a week. On top of that, I sent Christopher an email a week ago saying I still do not have the check. So here is a summary of the SH*T you will go through with Enterprise: You could die in a car that is not properly serviced and have a burning / smoking engine. They will leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere and do not care about getting you home. You can fight with them for over a year and email their CEO, and you will never hear from her. They will promise to do the right thing and to this day, they have FAILED. They will even respond to this post and say "get in touch with us, but no one does anything. The #110 E Bruner. The manager was VERY rude . Even when we first walked inside he didn't greet us he remained on the computer. Also prior to that when I called and spoke to him about the rental he had be a hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the phone so I just decided to show up in person. I explained the lady that my insurance approved for sedan not a mini van she told me that's all they had if I want try another location they would swap the cars out for me. My mom is the insurance holder so she drove with the car including the lady and Miguel witnessed . About a hour after that a different location called and let me know they had a Nissan Sentra otw to the location in 15 minutes. When I called Miguel he was rude and said what was I talking about he never called me about a rental and I let him know it's a different location. He then put me on order for an additional 15-20 minutes and never came back to the call. I decided to go back to his location, he then calls and told me the car had a smoke smell and it needed to be clean it would take 15 minutes. I had already arrived and I parked next to the Nissan about 25-30 minutes went by and my mom arrived she went inside and asked Miguel what was going on he said the car was in the back being worked on my mom told them that wasn't true because I was parked next to the car he proceeded to walk to the Nissan and spray and wipe the car down. Goes back inside and comes up to my car and asked my mom where is she my said she is the car next to the Nissan he got upset set and asked my mom were you driving the Nissan my mom yes you saw me drive off with it he got upset and walk to me and said I'm gonna cancel the reservation not once did he say he was gonna put me on the no rental list. I gave the location a call again today and spoke with Dave and ask for a manager he told me it was Miguel he would put me on a brief hold I was on hold for 15 minutes AGAIN! I hung called again and Miguel answered the phone he was VERY RUDE again and continued to cut me off and used to give me the number for his hire up he told me he was the boss and I let him know there's always someone hire then him. He me put on hold again and never came back to the phone. As manager representing a company he displayed nothing but bad attitude and entitlement if he was having a bad day all he needed to do was simply leave it at the door and pick it up when his shift was over . I made a reservation for an SUV for my 50th birthday trip to Lake Havasu for myself & 4 other friends who flew into town. We needed a big car to drive to Havasu to fit all 5 of us in it plus all of our stuff because my car wouldn't fit all of us & our stuff. I was so excited for my 50th bday trip & my good friends from back east coming into town. Well that all went to "bleep" when I got a phone call the day before my rental pick up date. I got a call telling me that they didn't have an SUV & they weren't sure if they would have one for me the next day (my pick up day) & I was told to call around to other Enterprise car rentals in town. I was like "what? aren't you suppose to do that?" "Your inconveniencing me & now you want me to do the leg work?" Ummmm NOPE!! I was told to call another location, the one by New Orleans hotel & given their number: 702-597-2515. I was @ the airport picking up my last friend who flew into town so I texted one of my friend's at my house who was waiting for us to come back. She called that number & spoke to someone & was told that they would have an SUV for us but when she asked about returning it back to this location since this one was closer to my house the guy told her we would have to pay a fee to return back to here. He couldn't tell her how much because it was based on mileage. Another big FAT NO in my book. You guys are making me do the leg work & now you want me go way out of my way to pick up a car & charge me a fee to return it to a closer & 24 hr drop of location. I called back this location & spoke the manager Edwin & asked him if he could call over to the other location & work something out. Apparently Enterprise locations don't work with each other out her in Vegas. He told me he would call & call me back. Well 3.5 hrs later I never heard back from Edwin so I call back & I'm told he's at lunch @ 3:30pm & he will have him call me back. Well an hour goes by & I hear nothing so I call back & get to speak to Edwin. Now I'm already not trusting this guy because he's not a man of his word. He tells me he can have the fee dropped down to $50 & I'm like NO then he tells me or he can have it waived. Really?? You can have it waved, then why didn't you tell me that in the 1st place vs trying to charge me $50?? No beuno!! Spoke to a rude girl @ the other location the next day who told me she didn't have an SUV & would have one @ 2pm. Well after all this BS we ended up going with Fox car rental who had a lot full of SUV's (& cars) and the service was way better over there. I will NEVER try to rent from an Enterprise location out here in Vegas again & I HIGHLY recommend you don't rent from here, the New Orleans location or any other Enterprise locations out here. This place and service needs help! We showed up for a reservation on time, and the vehicle was not ready.. They had to wash it? What's the point of a reservation? We waited 30 minutes longer then what we were suppose to pick up.. Car comes out and it's still dirty.. debris full in the front grill.. Service person just chuckled..I can't wrap my head around this place.. We are inspecting the vehicle for damage and all employees are out front smoking in fron of the rental..At this point I'm frustrated and service was not there.. I would rather pay more money at the airport then have a experience like this..Dirty Car Long wait times after reservation time(no one else) as in customers there..Employees smoking in front of business... I spent so much money with this company. I thought they were honest until I rented a car and it was a dent on the passenger door the girl Toca picture on a iPad. The mistake I made is to trust him. I did not bother taking a picture with my phone and the claim did I did the dent. I will never go back there again they put me on the credit report and they bang me from enterprise they send me a bill for $700 which I didn't do so as I'm concerned I do not recommend this place to anybody. They have so much competition and there is so many good people out there they claiming to be a family business, no it's a corporate business dishonest people, never succeed. Enterprise has been around for many years, and one of the best rental car services nationwide wide. I recently booked a car online at the Henderson St. Rose location, received an online confirmation, and was ready to pick the car up at 3:30 on Thursday. Instead, I received a call saying there were no cars available. I asked so how was I able to make a reservation then? I was told someone forgot to close the website out. So I asked for assistance with helping me find another location, I was informed I have to do it myself. Hmmm, okay, and wow was my response. I had reserved a full size SUV at this location because it is really close to my house. When I called the day I was supposed to get the rental to ask if they could pick me up since I live so close the guy asked me for my reservation number then he told me "Oh we don't have that car here, sorry." He didn't offer any other solutions or options just "sorry". So I guess if I didn't call they would have told me that when I arrived. Very poor customer service. I understand that these smaller locations might not have a huge inventory but there are many locations close enough to where they can get it delivered or arrange something not inconvenience customers like the other reviews I've read about this location. They discriminated against me, they lied to me and are extremely unprofessional and rude. First off, as soon as I walked into the door, everyone that was working there was talking and laughing at their desks. All of them had AirPods in and didn't seem to care too much about their jobs. When they saw me come into the door, they looked at me as if I were a bum off the street (mind you I have PLATINUM status, don't judge books by their cover) I walked into this enterprise to get a rental car because my car was in the shop. They told me they didn't have anything left whatsoever even though it said on the website that they had some available. I left thinking they were being truthful but when I had my assistant call them and ask them if they had any cars available they said yes!! It was because my assistant said that we were chartering a flight from LA to Henderson Executive. How can you lie to someone just because they of the way they dress and the way they look!! I love coming to this location of enterprise, not only the staff is so friendly and very professional but also the cars are always clean and ready to go. I have been renting cars from here for the past 4 months and I haven't had a bad experience. Dylan and Jacob always take care of me, given me good rates and cars that I'm comfortable driving in. If I have a problem they fix it right away and they always very professional. Specifically in this pandemic they follow all the safety protocols and I always feel protected. I been recommending to all my friends to come to this location because the customer service that Dylan and Jacob have to offer is extremely excellent. Edwin is a joke (unfortunately for them he's also their manager), don't go here and if you must, don't leave trusting his word, he'll screw you dry and never think twice about. (Warm Springs location was good.) Read your documents and don't let him rush you out without paying everything right then and there....he will purposely screw you and not care about it one bit. Heck, it's been a week, the DM was supposed to call me "immediately" after the shitshow Edwin caused me. On Monday I go get the rental, as we're looking over the car for existing damages, this man told me I could extend my rental if needed, specifically going over the prices with me...I'm a single (very frugal) mom who's always taking notes. That matters because I wrote down every single thing we discussed to the tee with the date, time, etc so him changing the price on me PISSES ME OFF. When I went in person to extend, he changed everything on me. All the sudden price wasn't what we discussed, weekly special no longer exists- everything. He tried to screw me over and I should have known right then and there that he's GRIMEY ASF. We finally come to an agreement (not short from basically exactly what he said on Monday). He's super busy and rushes me out, tells me he'll call me later with the exact cost cause he can't get his computer to do what he's trying to do. He doesn't call me later. Well, not for that. He does call on a "false alarm." (I'm guessing that means he forgot to extend out my reservation and was calling to tell me I didn't return the car. duhhhhh) There's a lot to tell, but to cut it short, after I finally track him down the next day at closing, he TRIED to rape my wallet and completely take advantage of me. On Monday I rented for 3 days plus full coverage. $289. On Wednesday I extend out to get the weekly special (pay5get2free) so basically I should be charged 2 days plus 4 days coverage. He tried to charge my card $480! Thank the world my bank flagged it. I flew my undressed ass on a rampage straight there, in full panic mode as I'm also with my toddler. Edwin was just a jerk. He doesn't belong working in customer service. The way he told me to just leave the keys; it didn't bother him at all that HE PUT US in this situation by making arrangements he couldn't even remember. "i got $40 taken off" mfer eff you and your $40. i threw my card down and he kept telling me to just leave the car, as if he left me any choice. I did have to keep the car, with him doing this shit right at closing, I had no time to make any moves. He cornered me, I mean I was rushed down there in pjs with my child. He put me in a situation where I had no choice but to keep the rental and that wasn't right. Then to carry on and insult me to another guest as I'm walking out. After he basically stole food out my kids mouth. "not everyone can afford to rent a car." prick. yeah, that's the audacity of the manager there. I could absolutely afford the prices we discussed, but I'm not about to sit here and close my mouth while some asshole tries to take advantage of me. He will make arrangements, he won't remember them so you may or may not be accused of not returning the rental, then he'll charge you up the ass, he'll lie and stare blankly in your face. He'll agree to shut you up, get you gone then he'll f*ck you raw again the next time around. He really does make it count. I lost work over the anguish this "man" caused me. Customer service seemed to be very sympathetic when I called, but then I find out the first person didn't even note it, so the second person didn't know why I was so upset and I had to go over it again and again and again. she was useless... its over a week now and the District Manager who supposedly cares so much hasn't reached out not once. I would like to give a shout out to Kai and Cherisse for an outstanding customer service! We rented a mini van for 4th of July week, we had to come back because the A/C was not getting cold. Kai was very apologetic and immediately switched us to another mini van, we were reimbursed as well for the gas that we had already put in the van that had broken A/C. When we returned the van, both Kai and Cherisse were there to assist us. Transaction went on smoothly, so overall it was a great experience for us in this location. I've rented cars from Enterprise for years. They have always been reliable and service has always been great ....until now. I reserved a car a couple weeks in advance and was given a Toyota Corolla. It drove fine , except for the fact that the front bumper was not attached securely. It was a windy day in Las Vegas but it shouldn't affect a car's bumper. After picking the car up, I took it back a couple hours later when I noticed the bumper on the driver's side. The person named Kai ( don't know if that's his name since other employees were wearing the same name tag) helped me originally and said he would have clips installed to fix the bumper issue. (this is a common issue with Toyota Corollas) Once again I left and the bumper was not attached at all. In fact, it was worse. I was really upset that they would even rent this vehicle to anyone. 'Kai' didn't apologize for this big inconvenience. He seemed pissed that I didn't want to drive an unsafe vehicle. I finally was given a safe car by another employee whose name tag said 'Kai'.
