I went there to get a car for my brother and they end up running my credit around 15 times without telling me. I would never agree with having to run my credit so many times if I had the choice. Then they told me I had to purshace an extended warranty in order for the bank to finance. That's not true! I talk to the bank directly and is not true. Now they were suppoused to cancel my gap insurance back on december and I was suppoused to received a check by mail 6-8 weeks. It's been 3 months and they are not doing their part. I drove with my son 2.5 hours to see a car that was not on the lot. When I got there , There was another customer waiting to see the same car. He informed me he had been waiting for 2 hours to see the same car. The attendant said it was a 45 minute drive from the other lot and the car should be there any minute. The first customer said he had been waiting for two hours and the guy had said the same thing to him when he got there. I walked around the building to use the restroom to find a customer so angry she was almost in tears and I overheard her say the fumes were so bad in her car she could not ride in it and she had been trying to get ahold of these people to fix it. Geeze, they actually come to my house and pick up the car to do regular maintance and inspections. Really? Who does that? Ken and Charles took TONS of time with me in the last 3 weeks while i looked for a new vehicle. They did EVERYTHING to make sure i could get into a car. My credit isn't perfect, and they had to jump through hoops to find me a lender. But they did NOT give up!! Not only did they get me a lender, they got me a car with NO money down, it's a Mercedes in PERFECT condition, and I am ALL smiles!!!! Ken was so patient and accommodating! I had to redo my review because of my experience these last 6 months. First, shortly after I bought my 2008 Honda Accord everything was fine, until one morning my battery didn't work. I told them that I was having issues and the mechanic kept telling me the battery was fine. After a week of being late for work and constantly telling them I needed a new battery they changed it. So everything went back to normal, had no issues. Now a for the past couple of months my AC has been going in and out. After being inspected twice, I was informed that I now need a new compressor for my air conditioner. Oh and did I mention I need a new ball bearing for my front right wheel and possibly the left. I don't abuse my cars. I drive to work, which is 15 minutes away, to school, and back home. I respect my vehicles. I traded in a 2004 Ford Taurus with over 100,000 miles and it lasted 2 years without any majors problems. I've only had the "new and reliable" car for 6-7 months and I'm already having these problems. I expect to have issues but not this much this soon. I've tried calling, but like always with this location, never got a call back. This is by far the WORST experience I've had with a dealership. Maybe the other locations are better but the one on Cottman Ave is a no go. Seems like they're very attentive to you when they're trying to get you to buy a car. But once you sign those papers and they get they're money, you aren't of any importance. And in my case, doesn't seem like they car about the quality of the cars either. read more

Was in the market for a used vehicle. Noticed they had a great price on a low-mile Nissan. But when I called to inquire about it, they told me that it would cost $2,000 more than the asking price. Their explanation was that was the downpayment, and that it was explained in the seller notes. It wasn't. I told them I don't do business that way, and they sent me several emails accusing me of being prejudiced and insensitive. Avoid this dealership altogether. Not sure if it's because I'm a female, they thought it was my first time financing, or they're desperate to make a sale but there are so many red flags. First off I known credit wasn't the best but this dealership isn't the only option. I was looking for an affordable car. They gave me two options. SEVERAL times I asked for the breakdown of the cost and APR. Not once was I told. Simply this is how much you would have to put down and what the monthly payments would be. They would write down the down payment and monthly cost on printer paper and would haggle me to sign without even test driving. I refused because I'm not signing something in which I don't know the actual cost of. I left and came back a few times. And the final time I was basically told I was a waste of time because "I didn't have the money to put down" in which i did but it's a big decision and I had yet to recieve any info on who the finance company was, apr, and actual cost of car. I talked it over with other people and was told to go elsewhere in which I did. I ended up going to the Hertz dealership and it was a total 360. BIG difference. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the door I was able to test drive, got breakdown of cost, and got a way better deal than Fellah. Fellah wanted to put me in a 2017 hyundai accent for $500 down and $330 a month and insurance being around $250. Ended up getting a 2018 Ford Yaris low miles $500 down $280 a month including gap and 2 year warranty with insurance being $180. My advice RUN unless you have money to throw away and don't care about what you're signing. read more

I don't understand I see lots of reviews with people happy that they were able to work with them with bank for good financing and get a car with very bad credit and get good pricing. Unfortunately that was not the case for me they could not give me any kind of approval under $5,000 down even though their ad says the home of no money down- false. I was ready to buy a new car I had 1500 to 2000 to put down right away even to hold I have a car to trade in and they still would not work with me I don't understand why. The only person that tried to help me and kept in contact with me was Lindsay she is great but unfortunately she can only go so far. I work two jobs I'm a healthcare worker I've been working in the field since covid.i need a new SUV since I'm due with my second child in November but nobody would help me. My credit score is in the upper 560s but I work two jobs as a nurse and I have the money to afford a new car Im just paying for mistakes I made in my twenties with credit cards. So unless you have Immaculate credit you will never be able to get a car from here and I don't understand how some of these people were able to get cars from what they said based on their credit when I was clearly not helped at all. And so much for their ad for extra discounts for essential workers cuz I definitely did not get any discounts either. It's just not fair I work my ass off I need to get a new SUV and I can't even get one and this place is recommended to me by many people..false false false.. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Fellah!!! We decided to buy a car at this dealership after further review we saw that the muffler on the car was very badly rusted. The dealership kept saying that the muffler was fine, after a day of them look in the car over they decided to call us back and say that they will replace the muffler but they were wondering if we would pay half of it. He worked out a deal where they would decrease the value of the down payment if we replace the muffler. Once we set down to sign the papers they increase the price of the car the exact dollar amount that they were going to get on the down payment. And then turned around and said that they got us a better interest rate on the car but the interest rate was lore however they increase the price of the car. As if we would not have recognized. Then turned around and said the price of the car increase because the bank fees but could not show the bank fees in the documentation. read more

I was sold a LEMON car from Fellah! After just 1 month the cars check engine lite started to come on and it was idling rough. Took it back to their Cottman shop and I was told it was taken care of that it was just a cam sensor issue; got the car back and two days later the same issue came up again. I was going back and forth to their shop trying to get it fixed for months; I was even told by Asi himself that they replace the engine and still that week the issues came back and had gotten worse. They have horrible customer service, the car should have never been on the lot for selling; Asi never returned any of my calls or texts which I was trying to explain to him numerous times of the cars issues from just after a month of owning it. I should have never bought a car here, do your research first before buying a car here please. I was sold a Lemon car and now I am stuck with it not running right. I'm going to send it back to them with a note because they knew after a month all the issues with it; Asi even told me he was going to put me into a new car after 6 months only to find out he was going to make me buy another car and at this time I was going to need a co-signer. I couldn't do that, it's crazy how he still wanted me to buy another car after he just sold me a lemon car and then to make matters worse he wanted me to "pitch in" with the so called engine overhaul he said he did but I don't believe that since the car was doing the same issues it did before. To think I thought of him as a friend and how nice he was to me, later I found that he overpriced the car nearly $4000 in the condition it was in and now that I am looking at it I can't believe this car would have ever passed inspection in the first place. I think all those receipts he shown me were lies and that's all they sell over there is lies.
