She explained to me that because they close at 12 pm she has to charge me for the entire weekend including Monday. Not only did I get a horrible attitude from her I was practically accused of lying to her because she said I couldn't prove that I'm returning the car this evening after they close. So who's fault is it that they don't have a system to show when rental cars are returned. To top it off I work for an insurance company who feeds Hertz rental cars all the time.
