Worst experience ever. Rented a car on the websites, pre-paid it, couldn't pick up at the airport (had a problem with my card). The manager didn't even try to help. I asked for a refund, he practically told me to f... off. I rented a cart in the next booth (Sixt), everything went smoothly there. My Enterprise reservation got cancelled, and I couldn't get my refund. Called 7 times, got redirected to several departments, they 'escalated' my case twice, promised somebody would call me, but nobody did. When I went in to pickup the vehicle, the store clerk stated that the vehicle isn't available and instead offered the opposite of what I requested. The lot had more SUVs than compact vehicles but yet I was told they were booked in advance. I asked if they could check other locations and told me that I needed to call around. I never received a call in advance so I can plan properly. Please avoid this place like the plague as they seem to partake in favoritism and discriminatory practices. I had to put my company vehicle in the shop earlier this week - it was going to be a couple of days before it was ready - so I was assigned a rental by the Fleet Management company. The location was fantastic! Right around the corner from the Manassas Dodge dealership. They officially close at 6:00 pm - I rushed to get there before they close - but they did not close the doors immediately at 6:00 pm - which is a good thing as folks were still rolling in at 6:15 pm. The Enterprise agent that helped me was friendly and outgoing, he processed my paperwork and got me going in about 15 minutes or so. When I returned the vehicle two days later, there was no one available to shuttle me over to the dealership - so they told me to drive the rental over to the dealership and leave the keys with the cashier. Scheduled a pick up at the auto body shop the week prior called the morning before to verify that they would pick me up at 4 PM. Called enterprise at 4 PM for pick up took them over an hour to get there.. Once picked up I asked the driver why it took so long the auto body shop called at 4pm we were told it would be 15mins! The driver advised well they LIED to you! Driver had to stop and pick up another client on the way. When I finally got to Enterprise I was upset because their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and they were VERY RUDE!! Treated me HORRIBLE then REFUSED to rent me a car!! Because I was rightfully upset ! By this time all rental places were closed! Service at this location is top notch. My rental was reserved for me here by my insurance company after an accident & it was super close to my place. After picking up my rental I realized I didn't quite like how it drove and I asked them if I could swap it out for something else without any extra charges. This is about the location at 9018 Centreville Rd., Manassas, VA. My rating of the location is 5 stars though I've heard they don't always post the 5 star reviews for some reason. Had never been to the Enterprise location before though when I arrived on 01-31-2022 they had enough employees to help everybody. All of the employees who helped me were professional and courteous. Additionally everybody was patient with me when I was asking questions and they were honest in their answers. The car they rented to me was in good shape as far as I could tell and I didn't have any problems with it. When I returned the car there were enough employees at the location to give me a ride back to where I live. My recommendation whenever renting any car from anywhere is to do a video of the inside/outside of the car and also do a video of the mileage/fuel level at the time you rent the car. When you return the car do the same videos when you arrive at the location - that way even if the employees make a mistake or it gets dinged while it's in their parking lot you have a time and date stamped video of the condition of the car. read more

" I don't think so" They put a claim in my insurance company, and are trying to pull out money unauthorized now. I spoke to a customer relations person who said we never check the roof our cars, and if it was dirty how could they know i did any damage to it. So I escalated this matter even higher, because they office and employees in my opinion are not helpful, are not courteous, and could careless about a customer's feelings. I am taking this matter higher if they do in fact try to get money out. Stay away from this place, if your insurance company tells you rent from there, rent somewhere else, this office is dirty, dirty, and the cars are worse, I ask is this the reputation Enterprise wants to leave a customer with. I think not. I have tried to call that branch to speak with the person who called me about this and I am told he is always busy. The facts are this when you rent look all over the car or this could be you fighting with Enterprise who is trying to get me to fix something that was already there. Needed a rental due to issues with my car. Rented on 1/27/16 a Silver Nissan Note; agent that helped us was Blake I believe. He was awesome; very professional, gave us a better rate than what I pulled up online, he was SUPER QUICK and had us in & out within 10 mins! Enterprise, you better hold on to him if CUSTOMER SERVICE is top priority bc he reflects the "will go the extra mile to make customer happy" attitude. BLAKE personally gets 6 stars; my reasoning for only giving this review 4 stars is because of all the extra steps required if paying with a debit card!! Enterprise used to be SO easy, hassle free and that is why I continued to rent from them!!! It seems as if company policies have become "not so convenient" for the customer, requiring extra documentation and extra steps to get a rental. Need to renew the rental for another weeks so making a trip to Liberia Ave. location this morning. I am just hoping the rental renewing goes as smooth as the initial renting process....hopefully Blake is in this morning bc I know he will do whatever he can to make sure we are in & out. I usually have no issues with this branch or their very nice employees, but I was very dissatisfied with my recent experience. My car was filthy inside and out. Granted, it snowed 3-4 days prior to my rental, but that was ample time for the car to be cleaned and vacuumed. Additionally, the brakes skipped my entire trip, which was very scary on the highway! In a nutshell, I paid good money to rent a dirty car that had bad brakes or rotors on a trip all the way to PA...not good or safe. Once I arrived at my destination, I parked that car and di not move it one time the entire weekend until it was time to return. My nerves were SHOT by the time I returned. Unreal. read more

If I could give a negative star to this place I would. If you need a rental avoid this place. They are not honest. They charged me for a rental I needed because my car was in the body shop. Even though my insurance covered the rental 100% Enterprise charged my card. Yes, my insurance company called them but Enterprise told them they couldn't reverse the charge once the rental was closed. My insurance is reimbursing me but what a headache. My insurance also said Enterprise should have called them but they didn't. When I called Enterprise to complain about it the manager said she could reverse the charge. She also claimed she met me at another location which wasn't true because she said she knew about my accident from the other location. Well, I haven't been to that location since my accident. So, someone at Enterprise is lying. Also, the car had an odor to it. They didn't do a good job in deodorizing it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Enterprise has mastered the old Seinfeld joke about car rental agencies. They'll gladly take your reservation (and your money if you pre-pay!) but not actually keep the reservation. When they fail to live up to their obligation, instead of doing something reasonable like calling a regional manager to try to resolve the problem, they will tell you to try renting from someone else at additional expense (to you, natch). Save yourself the trouble and just rent from someone else. I guess now I know why Enterprise is rated F by the Better Business Bureau. If you are foolish enough to still try to rent from Enterprise, avoid working with Emily Cox at all costs. While not keeping my reservation, Ms. Cox is apparently perfectly content to keep my money, despite claiming that she will refund it. read more

Please read for more information about my experience. So i got into a car accident and needed a car for about a month. When i got here for the first time, i was well greeted with a hand shake and a big smile. Made the office feel like a comfortable environment for me. They set me up right away with a car that was right for me and the price was alright. After about half way into the month of renting the car, while i was getting out of my house for work, the car was gone, apparently it was towed for having dead tags. Well that made me very upset because i had to ask my one of my good friends to take me to work. I went to retrieve my car right after work from the tow company for 150$. The next day i returned the car and explained my situation. They sincerely apologized, upgraded me into a luxury car, and promised that they would reimburse my money within 2-3 weeks. I didn't even have to fill up the Half used tank of gas from the other car. The things i gained that day were just enough to wipe their record slate clean. Now here comes the reason as to why i decided to give it 3 stars, The 150$ dollars that was supposed to me reimbursed to me took 6 months to get into my hands. That is half a year, and nearly long enough for me to apply for a passport and receive it. After the 2-3 week period of not seeing the check come in, i would come back in and check up with them about the check, they would apologize and tell me to expect it next week. Well it did not show up the next week. So i was like, "hey maybe the mail is just running slow ill give them another week". Still did not show up. This exact process happened over and over within a 6 month period. They told me that for some reason something was going wrong with their financial department, but they will continue to get my check to come in. I understood that it wasn't the employees fault that the higher ups couldn't do their job right and getting angry about it was not going to make it come faster. After 6 months nearing in, i decided that i have been lenient enough with them and decided that will act if nothing was going to be fixed. The manager and i were on good terms so he was just as mad that i have yet to receive the check. After about waiting 20 minutes in the lobby the manager assured me that i will receive the check ASAP within a week. The next day it was in the mail. My experience with this company as a WHOLE was not too good, But i would like to give a shout out to their great customer service. If only i received my check on time, i would be able to give them 5 stars! read more

My husband picked up a rental on Sunday at the local Budget/ Avis center at the Manassas Mall. You could not get anyone on the phone and when we arrived there we were informed the rental was $80 per day for a jetta. And when I called to extend a day they made me call back and then took another 10 minutes to complete the task. After talking to our Ford dealership we were referred to Enterprise on Euclid Ave. I called over and Taylor got the ball rolling, the young man who picked my husband up could not have been nicer or more polite and the manager got him into a truck for half the price of the jetta. My husband said the whole experience could not have been more night and day from his experience on Sunday. Thank you Enterprise for hiring talent for customer service. Once there, I was informed the representative would not be there to look at my car and sign the paperwork to turn it in. I WAS NOT GOING TO TURN IN A CAR THAT THEY COULD DAMAGE AND BLAME ON ME LATER. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. 2. Went to the branch and wasted 30 minutes of my time. Drove THEIR rental vehicle there, someone finally looked at the vehicle to sign it over, and then they gave me a ride back to the shop. 3. They have not yet given me back my $100 deposit. I had an excellent customer service experience with Enterprise at this location. My car was totaled in a car accident which came with so many emotions. USAA, my insurance company, got me a rental through this Enterprise. Enterprise scheduled for someone to pick me up at my house and take me to their store. I arrived and within 10 minutes (maybe less), after signing some paperwork, was in my rental. It was such a fast, quick and seamless process. The gentleman who helped me, Colin, was very informative and had great customer service, making my dealing with Enterprise phenomenal. I would recommend this place to others. read more

Absolutely terrible. I had to rent a car for around two weeks because someone ran into me. When I picked up the car, the girl handed me the keys and said "here you go" not looking at the car or in it. As I was getting in the car, I noticed the license plate was dented but didn't think much about it since they "know so much" about their vehicles. I go today to drop it off and the man tells me that I don't get my deposit back because I hit someone. Me, shocked, ask him what in the world he was talking about and he said that the bumper was off track and the plate was dented. I told him it was like that when I picked the car up. He also said the girl who gave me the car said I did it when she NEVER looked at the car. He told me it was my fault and that I'm not getting my money back and "we were done talking". He put his big boy boots on and took care of me.....swapped my vehicle out also because the plates expired on 2/29. Gave me a newer car, same size and now a better price now that my Enterprise Plus member # has been applied!!! The representatives at this location truly do go the extra mile for their customers...because I am actual proof of that. They have done nothing short of being wonderful to us and making sure we are all taken care of. There is another person in the office that is super nice also but I do not know HER name! I used this location with a nationwide after a car insurance claim. I needed to extend the rental a week after nationwide would stop paying. I called for the rate and was told $98 for the week. I agreed, my card was charged and I returned the car Friday as agreed. The next Monday my card was charged $225 and they stated that was the total for the daily rate. I told them if I would have been given the correct amount then I would have not extended. They refused to acknowledge that the associate provided me an incorrect amount or that they made any type of mistake. Do not use them. Frauds. read more

Chose this Enterprise because it was within walking distance from the Amtrak station, about 20 mins. I was in and out within 15 min, with a relatively new car, in fact upgraded from economy since they were out of the compacts. Upon returning the car, all the paperwork was accomplished within 5 min and I was given a ride to the Amtrak station. Great customer service. read more

I was very satisfied in the beginning it wasn't until a few days later when the vehicle was towed from my home due to the fact it had expired tags I cannot believe that they would allow a car to leave the lot with dead tags I did not want to get an apology however they did say they would only charge me for a few days not the entire time either way I feel that this is very dissatisfying myself as well as my family have been using this location for quite some time my father's company also uses it for business purposes now after this event they may not have only just lost one customer but possibly an entire company support . I dropped off my car and was picked up by John who brought me back to the office. Wait time was ok, wasn't long and good thing because I needed to get to work. The line at the office was a little long and caused some back up. All in all, they gave me a car and I was on my way. I didn't have any issues with the vehicle so when I dropped it back off the body shop told me that I can drop it off at the shop. I got a call the next day saying they got my car and that they are waiting on some information from the insurance company. Hidden Fees, Timothy, Walsh OMG I called 2 weeks ahead of my trip to find out the cost. I even asked "is Hertz or Avis on site with the FBO there at the airport". I usually use Enterprise(I'm an Emeral Customer) so I made the mistake of choosing them. The Cost of the rental $41 but the $50 drop off fee; that I knew nothing about til I got the bill was terrible. I recommend Avis now in Manassas. Even the Dullis Aviation (The FBO) felt bad for me and apologized. I'm so dumb; I even filled the car (Dodge Dart) up more full than when I got it, trying to be a good customer. I was a sucker! Please use any other Rental at Dullis Aviation. Also as note...No customer service to my e-mail or phone call as an apology of the confusion. They were flexible working with me daily because I wasn't sure how long I needed the rental for. They even picked me up from my nearby auto-shop and dropped me off at the end. My parents and my company have rented from this location since it was really one of the only places to rent from that was close enough. We never had a problem with the process of a rental but this time, I rented on my own and was very disappointed and shocked to also find out that they did the same to my step-dad without him even knowing. The big problem that they really need to fix is making sure that whoever is checking out the car and giving it should always ask what kind of coverage we want and if we will be going through our insurance or not. These guys failed to ask me that and I blindly singed the papers without being told that they wouldn't give me my deposit of $200 back when I returned the car because they signed me up for basic. I specifically told the man I wanted to do what my parents do which was go with the insurance. A girl claiming to be the manager named Nichole said that since I signed it, she wasn't refunding me anything and had the nerve to get an attitude with me during the process. All she said was to go or call back on Monday so she could talk to someone, which I wasn't able to call till Tuesday. I spoke to a guy named Matt who told me Nichole no longer works there (surprise surprise) and told me pretty much the same thing but added that also because apparently, my dad rented in november and was charged the same without him knowing. Since it was a business card, he didn't really see much of a change in the charges so wasn't able to catch it. Well, I'm stuck here with only $65 back of my $200. And guess what, I will never be renting from them again. This rental was for a vacation I finally got after 4 years of working and they totally ruined it just by doing this. They really need to teach their employees to make sure they ask everything properly and not skip and make people sign to scam them and get more money out of the rental.
