They sat me down to try to get me interested in buying a car first which I had a legal reason I couldn't. We needed a front passenger tire replaced. With the new truck purchase, we also purchased the wheel & tire replacement coverage. Would you believe they charged us $342.67 for a 17" tire? There was NOT enough coverage, to cover the replacement, we still had to shell out additional funds to cover the full replacement service. I checked the tire at two places, it was only $167.00ea. at retail. Not only did they charge an unreasonable amount of money for a car size tire, their Service Dept. was completely unorganized and unprofessional. I stood there waiting at the Service counter, the only one there. As the counter person searched & searched for my paperwork & then he cold not find our key. To make matters worse the employee did not know how to do his job. He was stumbling around with the shops computer, as i held up from behind the counter, the paperwork, to point out notes that were written, he fired back, "GET THAT OUT of MY FACE!" with a very rude & threatening tone. Mind you, I'm on the other side of the counter, 2 feet away. As I continued to wait, he finally called another employee to ask more silly questions on the final bill. That's it, I'm done with Mears Nissan. In my opinion, they just robbed themselves of any future business. Do yourself a favor, don't even waste your time or money there. It's ridiculous.

I brought the car in for warranty service and drove 45 minutes to get there trying to be loyal to this dealer as my sales experience with them was great. i was told they don't do loaner cars, which I know to be false because I was given one when a mover hit my car with a desk and made a small scratch the day I bought the car. They also said they couldn't even give me a ride home, so now I am driving a car with issues through the safety system until I can figure out how I am going to deal with the situation. Until now I would have recommended this dealer with flying colors for sales, but not impressed with service.

Long story short we agreed on trade in allowance and sale handed over finance manager. I thought I was signing a contract that was what sales manager and I agreed to. I was handed a fist full of papers to sign. Without studying the contract as I should have I signed the contract. After I got home and finally read the contract they had cheated me out of nearly $2000. Because of my stupidity. my advise to anyone interested in buying from Diehl don't trust them as I did because you will probably regret it. Good Luck!

Boy did i make a mistake Quick and skinny is I went to look at a used Honda Civic, I would be trading in my Ford Focus. The original offer that they came at me with was to roll over 3500, $3000 down, $460 a month for 72 months. Needless to say my jaw hit the floor. The car was only 17,500. I told them the math doesn't even add up. That had to be almost 30% interest. 30%...WTF! I got 4.5% on my last loan for a used car. I should have used my credit union as I could have done even better... Quite honestly, at this point I'm p***ed. If my sales girl wasn't so damn hot, I would have left. Now she didn't set up the deal, her finance manager did. I guess he thought I was a 19 year old kid sweating a Honda Civic.....I'm 38, I don't really sweat anything anymore. I ended up dealing with her boss, who wasn't a terrible guy. She wasn't either. Just the point I had to argue the point of interest to these people. They wouldn't tell me anything about the way they structured the loan...I had to pull out a Calculator to figure out what they did. In the end, they wanted 25% interest, they hadn't even formally ran my credit. I'm sure they probably got everything off the balance of my loan on the Focus...In the end I got a good deal on the Civic I picked up. My payment were where they WERE SUPPOSED TO BE, actually cheaper then I thought. In the end they got me to sign. I was tired, hadn't ate all day, hot girl was going home, just a bunch of things working against me. Not saying don't go to them, as they do have good deals to get you in. Just line up your own financing, or take a good payment Calculator and be ready to use it. Only reason they got 3 stars instead of 2 was my sales girl was hot. 2 stars would be more accurate of my experience, hot girl has to count for something.

I had already left my partner at the dealership before realizing he was stranded there in the cold.. so I had to rush back to pick him up. called today to let them know the inconvenience caused and barely got an apology and was told they'd let someone know about the issue with the incorrect time displayed. No offer to make up for the huge inconvenience. This is not the first time we have had issues like this here. I do not recommend this shop.

This was not a one-off mistake. It was a pattern. They have taken zero responsibility for the failures. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. When issues escalated, they simply stopped engaging. Even more concerning, there were repeated attempts to overcharge the insurance company, which raises serious questions about how they conduct business. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no ownership at any point in the process. Just poor work, poor communication, and complete disregard for the customer once problems became apparent. This place is a disaster. I have no confidence in their diagnostics, their repairs, or their integrity. I would not return under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I have been doing this for years and I can honestly say the dealers in smaller towns will give you the best deal, if you are willing to travel. Two weeks ago I contacted over 20 dealers and by far the best deal and the nicest people were Diehl in Massillon. Thorne Silvius was great as was Tim Smith the sales manager. No bullshit, no games. Their pricing was excellent and they were very easy to deal with. I drove down there, the car was ready, they got me through finance fast and away I went in a new Outback. I highly recommend you to them if you are thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru. Great dealer, no hassles at great prices ... cannot beat that from Buffalo to Chicago.
