    Enterprise provides the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My experience with them was very dangerous and Extremely Unprofessional. Me and family rented a car for 15 passengers, 1 disabled, and 4 children included. We drove 48hrs from SAN DIEGO to MEMPHIS and in the middle of driving the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON! and THE BATTERY LIGHT SIGNAL CAME ON! In full disappointment we've learn that they've provided an UNSERVICED VEHICLE to me and my family which Very Unsafe for the amount of days we paid to use the vehicle. To correct this issue we went to the Enterprise in the Memphis Airport and informed there staff member "Jordan" about the issue. Jordan DID NOT!! provide good customer service AT ALL!! 1)He made us drive the car OURSELVES to Pep Boys to be serviced. with the estimated wait time of 3hours 2)Enterprise DID NOT ACCOMMODATE ANOTHER VEHICLE for the 3 hour wait 3) My family of 15 (1 Disabled + 4 children) ALL WAITED AT PEP BOYS and HUNGRY! DEHYDRATED! With out a vehicle to travel else where for the inconvenience, we've lost our time of site seeing, and most of what was planned for our time in Memphis. We also asked Jordan to contact the Enterprise location that accommodated with the unserviced vehicle. He told us that WE HAD TO CALL THEM OURSELVES TO HANDLE TO ISSUE. WE ALSO ASKED FOR THE manager on Duty named " Megan" but Megan was unavailable. ENTERPRISE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

    Rick was great at the front desk. Never had a problem in Memphis and this is my 5th rental at this Airport. 5 stars!

    I've been a customer of this Budget franchise twice…read more The first time, about ten years ago, they quoted me a price on the phone that included mileage at no additional cost. Then they charged me $600 more for mileage after assuring me there would be no charge for mileage. The perky lady on the phone and the small print in the contract told ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STORIES. The second time -- today 3/1/21 -- I brought a rental in to extend usage for a few more days while my truck gets repaired. They had been charging me $40/day -- fair enough -- but suddenly they raised the rate to $120/day for the next 5 days. So I dropped the vehicle off and went to Enterprise. This may not be TECHNICALLY dishonest, but it reflects a pattern of what we attorneys call SHARP DEALING -- on the very edge of dishonesty -- that seems to characterize this Budget franchise. It is owned by a group called The Memphis Landsmen. Don't do business with this company. They are out to deceive you and empty your wallet -- by trickery.

Marcus got us off on the right foot by helping us find the perfect vehicle for our family reunion a Honda Odyssey, which was a fantastic upgrade from the Pacifica we originally expected. The real star of the show was Miss June, who made us feel like family from the moment we met her. She not only welcomed us with open arms literally but also gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It was like getting a warm Memphis welcome from a long-lost relative! When we returned the car, Victor ensured everything wrapped up smoothly, making the entire process seamless. All in all, we had an extremely positive experience. Five stars, hands down, for the wonderful team and the fantastic service at Alamo in Memphis got my pictures I would have more but Mrs. June got me wrapped up in her stories I wish I recorded it...

She questioned me to be sure I was me, even after printing out the documents and while holding my ID and my real credit card. She asked me a couple of times , my information as stated on my ID and on the paperwork. I prepaid for everything, weeks before my arrival therefore, I'm not sure why she treated me like I was trying to break into ft Knox. I low-key wished that everyone was like her because, she was very professional and did her job as if, she owned the joint. If everyone were like her, we'd never have fraud going on. I noticed that she didn't treat others this way which was a little questionable but I could only think that it was probably because I appeared to be a youthful human trying to rent a vehicle under someone else. I didn't take it Personally but did wonder why me. Lol The 2 lady's who worked this shift, were moving as quickly as possible. It was nice that a 3rd fella joined the 2 ladies to help speed up the line because that was a super long wait. They all deserve 7 weeks off with pay honestly because they worked hard! I tried to "skip the counter" as I always do when renting vehicles but, it never works online when signing up with Alamo and on top of that, I find that, you still have to go to the desk to go over everything again anyway... please fix this system before the winter Holidays. Sheesh! It's really nice when you're able to skip the line and walk right out to get your vehicle! I found that no one was able to sign up during this trip and that we all had to wait in line to greet our car and keys I was grateful to be able to get into a brand new vehicle with only 7 miles on it! I was the first to drive it and loved it!!! When I walked out to get the vehicle, the car attendant was bringing a car up to another customer but made me walk all of the way to the front of the garage after pointing for me, to go get my vehicle. WOWWW!!! I was like, "oh so you're really going to make me walk all of the way over there with my broken wheel suitcase, and carry on bag, to get my rental" lol What a rough experience!!! Happy it was a brand new vehicle #Blessed #Blessed I will definitely need to look more grownup returning here, so that, these humans respect their elders sheesh!!! The only problem was that as I was driving out of the airport and already on the freeway, I noticed that the hood was up, in which, I ended up having to get off in a sketchy part of town to close it, at a gas station surrouned by police who weren't in site. A homeless guy sitting on the step in front of the caios seen me get out of the car and told me to be careful because, someone might kiss me, but take the car. Lol I shut the hood down, locking it, and jumped back into the suv and zoomed outta there fast, quick and in a hurry! It was super late/ early morning out and humans were coming from bars and clubs I reckoned. The SUV itself was nice and served it's purpose. I'd rent with ALAMO again as I've done many of times but next time, I'll try to look more grownup, to avoid the interrogation. Lol I'm just glad that our plane landed before closing time because Alamo was closing as I was leaving in the rental. The lady at the gate who checked me out of the lot, was amazing and such a sweet human. She deserves a year off with pay because she was just a great soul. I'll be returning and when I do, I'll try to get there earlier. Hopefully by then, the "skip the line" will be working properly without pause. Thanks to the entire crew except for MRS YOUR CAR WAY OVER THERE, GO GET IT I would've given you guys 5 stars had " skip the vounter" worked

    I've had only good experiences with car rental companies, even when I returned a brand new car with…read morea dent in the side [they let me off]. So I guess my number had to come up. I reserved with Payless via Priceline, where my quote was $344 for 9 days. A few days before our trip, I called Payless to make sure they had my reservation and a car for me; Yes, we have them both. Good so far. When we showed up at the rental desk tho, the attendant said he has no cars, but that one would surely show up in 30 mins. At 8pm, this sounded doubtful, so I surveyed the other rental cos there: Avis, Budget, Enterprise. All were too expensive so we chose to wait. A car did show up, and after the paperwork, we were off in our Sentra. Nine days later, we brot the car back. Return was efficient, and I was presented with my receipt, which I packed away for later. Next day I happened to read it and found I had been charged $465, not $344. So I filed claims online with Payless and Priceline. After a week, I also filed a claim with my credit card co., Citi. Today, a month later, I heard from Payless: I had *agreed* to the CDW insurance charge of $12 day, which resulted in the added amount. I NEVER pay the CDW, as that is covered by my car insurance, also my credit card. And I am SURE I told the attendant I did not want it. But the box got checked, and in my hubris, I signed the agreement without reading it. SOOOO - it appears there's been a gotcha. And I'm stuck. Lessons learned: 1. Do not book thru Priceline. Their price was NOT the lowest, and you don't know what company you've contracted with until you've booked. Seeing all these 1-STAR reviews, I don't think I'd book with Payless. 2. READ YOUR AGREEMENT before you sign. 3. In the future, READ REVIEWS before you buy. Payless has well earned their 1 STAR, which is still generous.
