Rented from them multiple times over the past 10 years and consistently disappointed. Inventory is poor, cleanliness and quality of the vehicles are lacking (always finding issues with the cars), quoted various prices and always end up paying $100-200 more than the original price and get different excuses everytime for the reasons. Give certain people preferential treatment, fake smiles and a facade of hospitality everywhere. Save yourself the trouble and time and go to the airport locations or choose another rental company- zero stars here. read more

I had a reservation to pick up a car and on the day I was to pick up my rental I received a call from the location I had the reservation at and I was told that they had no cars available at all. I was told they should have some cars in that afternoon and they would call me back and let me know when they had arrived. I never received a call. What really upset me was not that they did not have any cars but that they did not call me and let me know that I would not be receiving a car so I could go somewhere else and reserve another. By the time I realized that I was not going to get a call it was too late to get another car so I ended up driving my personal vehicle on a business trip. Do not rent with enterprise they will over charged, not have the car you reserved, offer zero customer service or support. I spoke with more that 15 different agents all promising a call back and solution and received nothing. read more

This is closest location to us and significantly cheaper than the airport. Luckily we aren't flying. Everything was perfect. They even upgraded us to bigger vehicle since they didnt have what we reserved. Yay i can pack everything i want now. read more

Delivered me a car to my dealer for a 1 day rental. An employee of Enterprise drove the car to me. I put maybe 50 miles on car and I returned car to my dealer when I picked mine up. 2 days later I received a message from Enterprise saying they were filing a claim for a steering issue and alignment. Filed claim and charged me $500. Beware shady company at best. read more

I used to always recommend any and everyone to use this branch. Not after today. I wrecked my car and my insurance company arranged this branch to be my pick up location for my rental car. Per my policy I get $100/ day for 30 days. I took possession of the rental on 02/25 so that gave me until "technically" 03/27 for my allotment because there only being 28 days in February. Throughout my possession of the car I had to have it serviced and the folks an enterprise were great with working with me on that. I got it serviced no problem to where they had directed me to without any expense of my own pocket. Today 03/22 I received a call from the body shop letting me know my car was ready for pick up and I could just leave the rental at the body shop and they would take it back to enterprise. About 5 minutes later I received a call from enterprise, I thought the were calling me just to go over last minute protocols of the rental... well that's not what happened. The lady called and told me that they have been trying to be in contact with my car insurance company as my car rental allotment had lapsed 5 days ago.... I, in turn told her that was false as my policy clearly states that I have the car for 30/days at $100/ day.... she basically called me stupid and informed me that pretty much means nothing to them and they go off of the adjusters time estimates and it had lapsed 5 days ago and they just charged my card 500. They called to tell me this AFTER THEY CHARGED MY CARD! So let me get this straight... your calling ME, the customer to advise me that my insurance company didn't return a call or an email, so instead of looking at my policy that clearly tells you my allotment I'm entitled to, you chose to go rogue, charge my card and then call to tell me about it after the fact? If anything had lapsed on anything If I was in enterprise's shoes I'd flex my customer service skills (or lack there of in this case) and I'd call the customer DAY ONE to let them know of any lapse so we could get things straightened out. But no, no ma'am! That didn't happen. I was basically told "tough shit, call you insurance company." I hung up the phone, called Enterprise corporate and told them the situation and then called the local branch back and was instructed that they were finally processing my refund.... (I did all of this without even calling my insurance company by the way!) Someone messed up big time, got click happy and it was at my expense. Avoid using this branch if you can afford to drive a few extra miles up the highway. There was ZERO remorse or an apology from anyone at this branch.... avoid it at all cost if possible. I have had the worst experience! I reserved a car and when hubby showed up he was told no reservations and this is what we have! Ended up in a car that was uncomfortable. When I call the next morning I was left on hold for so long that I was disconnected 3 times, it was over an hour. No help and the staff was very, "sorry about your luck!" Positive first. They picked me up at the collision center. The representative told be I would love the car. It had back up camera, navigation, blue tooth and heated leather seats. He had no idea. It had blue tooth. That's it. The car rode like an ox cart. It was positively painful. Hit a bump and the car tried to change lanes. They exchanged the car. The second vehicle was better. Both vehicles were clean. That is the end of the good. I called them on the way to pick up my repaired car so they could pick up their car at the collision center. They were there a few minutes before me, but they did not wait. The next morning I received a phone call asking where their car was and stating the insurance had cancelled the rental a few days earlier. Apparently, they don't check their emails. The insurance company had notified them the rental would be extended. They proceeded to bill my credit card $119.92. The insurance company could not persuade them to credit my account. It had already been "closed". The insurance was rather frustrated with them . Hertz would have cost me a few dollars more but would have been worth it. read more

Just tried to rent a car from Enterprise at the Middletown, Ohio location. I asked the reservation center if they were sure they had cars available. They told me that had several cars available. So, I completed my reservation and made plans to pick up the car they promised me. Then, someone from the Middletown location called to tell me that there were no cars available. Enterprise is usually pretty knowledgeable and very nice. The men inside at the computers took care of me quick, considering I had arrived five minutes before they closed for the day. The man who drove me back to the car shop where my repaired car was waiting a few days later was accommodating. He went out of his way to open the car doors for me. Not everybody goes that far. never rent a car from this place! I got a van with a cracked windshield and when we took it back they said we did it and charged us $250 . They said they don't rent cars like that but they did to us!!! They took the money out of our account and over drew our account. The manager wouldn't even talk to us.
