We should have read the reviews prior to using this location. We booked a van for our trip to Florida, when we got there we were told there are no vans available and were offered a mid size suv. we declined and were told they would locate a van . five hours later a van was found at CVG airport, when we asked if we could pick that van up we were told we would need to pay an additional 230 dollars because we were picking it up at the airport even though the manager "set it up" with their manager.The reservation was made a month in advance, if they knew vans were in short supply because of recall issues being fixed, we should have been made aware prior to the day of pickup so we could have made other arrangements. This Enterprise location is FAMOUS for taking more reservations than they can fulfill. There at the end of the delivery priority of cars, and Enterprise as the parent company, frankly, doesn't care. The staff is excellent, but the leer just aren't cars available often. Kinda like the great Seinfeld episode.... They're really good at "TAKING the reservation..." They're not good at "KEEPING the reservation..." That sort of defeats the purpose of the reservation. read more

The customer service at this location is consistently bad. Every time I've gone, there's only one agent staffed, even during holiday weekends, which is ridiculous. This results in people often sitting around waiting. I called to see if I left something in a rental I returned last night. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes without anyone answering (despite calling right at open), I gave up. read more

The followup from management on 11/25 was to refund me some of what I thought I was overcharged. As of 12/6 there has been no refund. Charging my credit card went through immediately so there's no excuse for this. One star for the Lebanon location. read more

Holy Cow! The Lebanon Enterprise Rent-A-Car is amazing! Excellent customer service! This was actually my first visit to this location, I typically rent at the Kemper (great service too) location because it is close to my work. This time, I chose the Lebanon location, because the hours worked to out where I was able to pick up and drop off the same day and they are conveniently located close to home! From the time I walked in to the time, I was greeted and welcomed warmly to their location. They were able to search my previous rental history to see what kind of car I typically get and what insurance coverage that I usually take when I rent (I rent from Enterprise for work) and get me set up right away. They gave me a choice of several cars and I was on my way in a matter of a few minutes. I returned about 5:15-5:30p Wednesday evening to drop off my car and entered a full lobby. I was promptly greeted by name....and asked how the rental was..... say what????? Wow! That's awesome! They told me I could wait for my receipt or if I prefer, I could just receive it by email by the end of the evening....okay, now your just being cray cray! Definitely, earned my repeat business!! read more

These people were the most unprofessional people I have dealt with for a rental car. I will never rent from Enterprise again after this experience. They were rude, unhelpful and when I was inconvenienced and asked for them to waive the fee for the additional driver they would not. Then when they wanted me to buy their unnecessary insurance they offered and said they would waive the additional driver fee if I purchased it. They obviously could have done that when I requested it if they could then. Please go to Hertz or Avis. read more

I rent here on average once a week and they have always taken good care of me. They have gone through several managers but the service stays consistent. Certain times of the day are busier than others but they always seem to stay calm and take care of their customers. I will continue to rent here as long as possible. read more

Worst experience I have ever had! Form the time they picked me up until I returned the car. The guy that picked me up drove like a crazy person, every time he took off he had to mash the gas pedal. I went picked up my car and the staff was nice. I got home parked the truck and was in for the night. I went out the next day and when I backed out of the driveway noticed there appeared to be a leak. Got to work noticed a I had terrible headache my throat was sore. When I went home I thought this truck smells weird. Of course it did it was air freshener covering up the smoke infested interior! Got home they were already closed. Called the next morning after seeing yet another leak in the driveway and with the smoke residue I called for an exchange. They had no cars in which to exchange! Sorry it is Spring Break! No cars in the Enterprise System. I call back in the afternoon and was told I could go to another location. I explained I had another job in which I worked and that was not convenient. Mind you this location was no where near an interstate, it was Friday nearing 5 pm. The manager said Just go there and take the back roads to avoid the traffic! No can do. I parked the truck for the weekend! I tried on Sunday on my own to locate another car to no avail. Monday afternoon I call...guess what NO CARS! Try this other location. I just don't get it why did I need to call? Could I get some customer service here? I guess not. I call drop the truck off and finally get a decent car for the remaining duration. I wouldn't even give it a one star. I was quoted a price of $44 per day and than I was going to book it and they had none in that size but for $70 I could have a truck. Customer service minus. I have been a loyal customer to Lebanon enterprise for 6 years and they even have the records and told me. I would not recommend this place now not even to any enemy. read more

I have rented 3 cars this year from Enterprise on Columbus Ave in Lebanon Ohio. Every time I go there, they give top notch service. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I do wish when you reserve a car online that it would tell you in BIG BOLD LETTERS that you need a credit card (no debit/bank card) in order to reserve the car. This happened to me the first time I went to rent a car but fortunately, I had a phone bill that they could verify my address with on my phone. The last time I was in there, another guy had the same issue. It's not the sales associate's fault. The website isn't clear about it. Otherwise, amazing experience all 3 times! read more
