Honestly, a well deserved one-star location. Renting a car is the most time come consuming, taxing, drawn out process you can ever endure but this location is absolutely ridiculous. I came here to pick up a rental car per an insurance provider while my car was being repaired. The stipulations the insurance provided was that it had to be a compact car. They set up the reservation and we came here to pick it up. We waited an hour and a half on the first day to pick up the car only to hear that they had no compact cars available. Luckily we were already warned by the insurance provider to not take no as an answer so they gave us whatever they had available that day and told us we would need to come back the next day when they have a car available and switch it out. Next day, came back only to wait another 2 hours (which people arrived after I did and were in, serviced and out) to switch out cars finally spoke with someone and they again said they had no compact cars. At this point, the fault was no longer on myself, I insisted once again in giving me whatever they had. Waiting for 2 hours day after day. Completely unacceptable. I do get that things happen but the staff was completely disorganized and do not seem as though they take the volume of people into consideration when staffing. Overall, if you really need a rental car from this location be prepared to wait 1+ and no communication or gratitude is extended. There isn't any order or system in place. I called and they kept putting me on hold and eventually transferred me to the toll service number that obviously had no answers. THEY GAVE AWAY MY RENTAL probably to make more money. I spent 45 minutes on the customer service where the first representative said "there's nothing I can do. Good luck finding a car" this was so unprofessional from beginning to end. The person making the reservation has no way of knowing what cars are available so they will book your car and have no idea if any are available. Ass. manager Ozzie is the worse and should be termindated for his unprofessionalism. On November 24, 2020 I went to pick up a rental vehicle at 12:00pm. However, I was told that neither reservation was available. This caused a grave concern to family and I as we were traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday. The sales associate by the name of Sean stated that there was nothing that he could do, because there were no cars available to accommodate our family size. Even though the reservations were made on October 26 and 27, 2020. I asked to speak to the manager, and was assisted by Ozzie. Who refused to give me the area manager information, his personal employee id, and last name. Which is against company policy in addition to not helping us find another vehicle. Instructed us that the only option was to go to the airport to see if we could obtain a rental there, since they have the largest fleet. He was rude and condescending and not helpful at all. I would like to file a personnel compliant against this individual as he made the situation even worse. In addition, I called customer service for further assistance with the situation, since I was treated very rudely and provided no empathy for the situation that the location had put my family and I in. They escalated the situation and I was to receive a call from a manager. I still have not received a call or any correspondence to date. Location: Miramar S. State Road 7 Address: 2150 S State Road 7 Miramar, FL 33023 So, my family and I drove to the Fort Lauderdale Airport to have the reservation transferred as Ozzie stated that they would be able to do onsite, but he couldn't do so from his end. Only to find out that no cars are available after speaking to the manager. Who then stated we should not have been told to come there, because that is against protocol and recommended that we go back to the original location and asked to be put on a priority list. He also asked who we spoke to, replied Ozzie the manager. He stated that Ozzie is an assistant manager and Demetri is the manager of that location. This was very upsetting and it is now going on 2pm. My family and I tried several other rental car companies and they asked $2,000 plus for a SUV. This is so frustrating, we go back to the original enterprise location to secure that we are put on the priority list. No cars are still available and no manager has reached out to us to assist. I call customer service back again, they call the location to verify availability and to make sure we are on priority list. Then the representative searched other locations in the area for us. She was able to find availability at Palm Beach International Airport 2125 Belvedere Rd West Palm Beach. Florida 33406 However, this reservation was more money went to $373.33 from $337.28. We were supposed to have unlimited mileage as on the first reservation. However, the price was not honored. In addition, to travel 65 miles each way to pick up the car, round trip 2 additional hours. The trip to fort lauderdale airport 30 minutes each way and another 22 miles each way. On top of gas and tolls and the family member that had to take me to each location. When I have been told that our original pick up location should have looked for us another car and then taken us to that location. No policies and procedures were followed correctly and my family's holiday trip was altered by a day and I spent 6 hours Tuesday, November 24, 2020 looking for transportation. read more

This has always been my go to location when it comes to car rental and I'm slacking on writing this review. Yes this is a very busy location but it has to be due to the great customer service and great selection of cars. I won't put it on Lady Luck because I'm very salty when it comes to winning things. But somehow I always get a great deal and a great car. The branch manager Michelle is always amazing. She literally know everyone who walks through the door on a first name basis. She has definitely been an asset to this branch. On special occasions there's always something lined up for the employees and/or guests. CUPCAKES, COOKIES, RICE KRISPY TREATS! Yum. Any who it's always a great idea to call ahead and give them the heads up in case they are running low on cars. They didn't have the type of car that I had reserved online and the young and condescending lady behind the counter was not helpful at all. In fact, when I asked if they thought the airport location would have it, since they would not check the airport or any other location, she actually said, "they may rent to you". WTF does that mean??? BTW, I had tried to call the location at least times on my way there, but no one would even answer. I rented a car at the 2150 S SR7 location due to my insurance company. Initially I was given a car that needed an oil change and filter. I was not told this, found out when I called them because I did not receive any paperwork regarding the rental. At that time I was informed I needed to return the car. I will not go into the series of events that declined from there. My only reareason for this review is to give honor to the employee named Nathan who rescued me and delivered another car to the me where I parked as my glucose levels were dangerously low and I could not find the location. Nathan was very patient and saw to it that I made it safely to a restaurant to eat. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and deserves 10 stars. The staff in office was friendly. It doesn't let me put zero. Scammers! No Customer service. I got to the location because of my insurance, my insurance told me i only had to put a 50$ deposit and return the car in 30days... at the moment of getting the car they brought a giant Nissan Armada and said it was the only car available and that it was the car my insurance choose for me. At the momento of making the deposit they charge me 158$ saying my insurance was wrong.. i paid.. thinking it was miss communication with progressive.. the next day i got charge $17 and the day after $47 when i call progressive to find out they told me i was being charge $40 over the $50 of what my insurance was willing to pay for me because i had choose that car... i explained to him that not only i didn't choose the car, they told me it was the only one they had available.. plus that it wasn't $50 but $158 that they charge me for deposit. He called again and they told him it was because i choose a Nissan armada "a luxury vehicle" and that was the deposit required.. my insurance agreed with me that i had to return the vehicle due to them not following the agreement. At the moment of arrival, the so called manager didn't let me enter the office, so i asked for the manager which he answered saying he was and that delivery are in the back. I told him i was returning the car because a mistake and he answered that the store was only taking cars not solving problems.. so like he didn't wanted to take the keys i left them on the sidewalk and left. Called my insurance and the got me a better car with a discount at another location! Please do yourself a favor.. dont go with this idiots! I got an online reservation to rent an Enterprise car for Maroone Auto Plaza in Pembroke Pines, FL, and when I called to the location to pick up the car, the representative told me they do not have any car I claimed him it didn't make sense that the system let me do a reservation if there was not any car available, and he rudely responded like it's not his business to take care of my service, that they just don't have cars available I then called Enterprise customer service and explained what happened, the guy told me he was going to call the location and put me on hold for half an hour just to get rid of me, he never got back to me and I had to hang up So I'll never try business with Enterprise again and will provide all possible bad online reviews read more

I was sent to this location by Hollywood Kia. I got to the location and reservation was ready. Walk outside with the representative who then turns car on and I proceed to see the car being dirty so I ask if this is how they rent vehicles and she stated this was just cleaned. I thought to myself this has to be a joke. I sit in the car and you can tell they just sprayed air freshener, however the car smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back in and asked for a Manager, and Kelly the manager goes out checks car and comes back to say the car smells fine, but I will switch out the car. Needless to say the second car was just as bad with the cigarette smell. The manager did not even walk out and inspect the car before me leaving. I called to get the number to corporate as it is only fair to get quality service and a good smelling vehicle when customers rent, and Kelly told me no to just return the vehicle, which in my opinion that's poor service. The people who clean the cars need proper training on car detailing. I have been to several other Enterprises and never had this experience ever. In the past I've experienced extremely long waiting times at this enterprise. Many years have passed and I decided to give them another try. As usual, they had a room full of customers and no cars. I reserved a minivan 2 weeks in advance through Orbitz.com. I called through Orbitz the day before and was told my car would be ready an hour before reserved (6pm). I called them around 4pm the day of pickup, no answer. I arrive around 5pm and was told they dont have any minivans and that if they don't have any by now, I can't get one and that all those people waiting were waiting on vehicles as well. I contained my anger and hoped it paid off because I was offered a suburban instead. After waiting over an hour for it to be cleaned, I was told it was their "pick up" vehicle which meant it was being driven around all day to pick up customers.The gas was on "E". I couldn't believe that I couldn't get half a tank full of gas. I asked if the tires were reviewed, she said they were fine and did a walk through. After driving off, I checked the vehicles info. The oil level was at 14% which dropped to 13% after driving for about 20 mins. The tire pressures were 36, 35, 36, and 44! There was no wiper fluid either. Imagine not being able to clean the window when needed. I dropped off the car at 3:03pm. I was 3 mins late and the same guy who assisted me during pickup told me he was sorry, but they were closed. I mentioned it was only 3 mins and he took the key with attitude! This place treats people like subjects and not paying customers. I have used Enterprise over the past 30 to 40 years. But this time after I had a car accident and needed to rent a car I was lied to by the employees and I was told that I had to buy their insurance because I did not have Rental Car on my insurance. I told them I had full liability on my car and I was still told that I needed to get their insurance. I was also told not to worry about it because it was the other person's fault in the accident and their insurance should cover it. Well guess what people it didn't and I have emailed several times to Enterprise and have left messages with corporate and nobody seems to be able to back with me to discuss what happened. The auto body shop where I had my car fixed drove me over to Enterprise because that's where they send the people that come into their shop but that's going to end very soon because of what's happening to me. Mr. Jessy was a life saver, first of all the reservations I had made at the Enterprise location in NW Miami was cancelled 20 minutes before I was to pick up due to no vans avaiable. Mr. Jessy not only found me a van but matched the price of the other location. I also showed up 15 minutes after they had closed on a Saturday and he let me in. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any rental location. I did have to wait but that was only a short amount of time because they were cleaning the van for me.
