Everyone at this location was so very helpful and all very friendly! I have, genuinely, never had a single bad interaction with anyone who works here! They're all great people! This location has the cheapest rates of all the enterprise locations nearby and was easily accessible from my home! The location is very clean and easy to find. The lot is easy to get into. When I needed to extend my rental, all I had to do was call and they happily extended my rental without issue or question! When I dropped off my car, I accidentally left my garage door opener inside of it and all I had to do was call and they retrieved it from the car for me immediately and stored it in the lost and found until I could get there the next day to pick it up! They offer after-hours drop off, as well! I highly recommend this location and everyone in it!! I'll most definitely be back for all my future rental needs!! read more

We went to pick up our car that we reserved a few days ago, the lady at the front desk told us that our reservation was at another location. So we go there to find out that she lied to us... now we are having to wait for multiple hours all because she didn't want to do her job and just lied straight to our faces... unprofessional and a complete waste of time and gas. It's been a few months since I rented from here, but I still have a good feeling about it. Very strange to me since normally I HATE rental car companies. But here at Enterprise, there was no trickery. There was no attempt to ramp up my bill by $300 like everywhere else does. They didn't even try to talk me into adding on extra things. They emailed a receipt (of predicted price) beforehand, and afterward they immediately emailed a receipt of the final price. With other places it's almost impossible to get any kind of receipt, it's just SURPRISE your credit card is billed $500 more than you agreed to. The staff member I dealt with was very friendly and personable as well. It just felt like I was in a completely alternate world compared to typical car rental places. I took an Uber here to pick up my car, so I don't know about their pickup times, but they took me back to the airport when I dropped my car off. The trip to the airport was perfect, as quick as could be expected. No complaints at all. Now, there was still one problem that I have to mention for the sake of being thorough. Like other car rental places... they did NOT have the car that I reserved available. But I'm not a big stickler for which car I get. They had a cheaper one available, gave me that, and knocked the cost off my bill. So I wound up paying less than predicted, even though the car was a bit small and cramped. But this isn't a big issue to me, and even how it was handled is part of the reason I got such a good impression from the staff member. I've rented many cars for work at many locations, and this is by far one of the best and most professional car rental service locations I've ever used. I frequently rent from this location now, and have never had one issue. It's super convenient to get into, and only a mile away from the airport (and it's cheaper to rent from here than from the Enterprise at the airport). The car selection is always decent, and they are always clean and in good shape. The "You click we pick" option that you can choose is always great, as you pay a flat rate and choose what's available on the lot when you arrive. They are open 7 days a week, and their staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating with anything situation. read more

Then when you ask for explanation they want to get defensive, they stated they only charged my card for $800 , but they tried to charge it $863.51 & then $884.91 , but on the receipt says they only charged it $800 . Giving discounts and free upgrades will Never Solace a customer when given blatant bad service. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to pick me up from a 9 minute distance. Now brutally behind schedule, I was pretty much forced to take the vehicle I was picked up in. After a "quick" vacuum , the employees Arby's lunch leftover tossed in the back seat, along with severe body odor, I left the site. No, ...none, windshield wiper fluid and any other safety measures that could have been missed, left me very disappointed in Enterprise. Oh and by the way, THIS Enterprise makes you sign a waiver that you have been in Nashville at least 24 hours and not just coming from the airport, hence saving on airport taxes and fees. This place is horrible. They call you the night before to confirm availability and then when you make it the day of they tell you they have no cars available . It is ridiculous that they even call you to confirm your appointment then tell you to sit and wait for something to be available which they have no control over. I would not hesitate to do business with this location of Enterprise in the future. I actually travel alot as I manage a rental unit in Florida so have to fly to Florida sometimes on business. I have had some bad experiences with rental car companies in the past, but this location of Enterprise is EXCELLENT. Extremely professional and helpful, easy to work with and went out of their way to ensure I had the best customer experience. I had wrecked my car (totaled) and the other driver who was at fault filed a claim with his insurance company who were paying for my rental. It was easy. Donelson Enterprise even called me before I got there to say Hey we have a car for you and it is ready. When I arrived, Colton, Evan and Angela were the main employees I dealt with . The Nissan Pathfinder was ready and they even went as far as driving it to the front door and making it easier to get to since I had a broken hand. (I saw them do that for all the customers). I could of easily walked across the parking lot but they go above and beyond. They walked around the car with me and I specifically recall Angela even helping me hook my seatbelt since my hand was in a brace and still difficult to do certain things. After a week of rental, I still had not found a new car for myself, so I needed to return the Nissan and rent another car on my own dime for another week while I hunted for a new vehicle. Colton and Evan both told me all about Enterprise's vehicles they sell at the lot in Madison and how they are very dependable and I should go by there and look at them. They even talked to me about what vehicles they like and thought were safe and good cars. I ended up buying a 2021 vehicle, but had I not bought new, I definatley think I would of purchased in Madison Enterprise just becuase they were so kind in helping tell me about them . They are excellent employees and it is hard to find staff like that anywhere. The only thing that comes to mind is Chic-fl-A or Disney. I had to deal with Colton many times by phone becuase my car was being extended a day or two. He was so pleasant and professional. When I returned the 2nd vehicle to Enterprise I had no ride home and live about 6-8 miles away and Angela, the Manager offered to drive me home and drop me off so I would not have to take a Uber. As soon as we arrived at Enterprise we were welcomed by Angela. Unfortunately she was in a rushed situation with being the only staff member at closing time with a room full of people but she handled it with grace, friendliness, and professionalism. My friend and I thought her customer service was phenomenal. Then when it came to returning the vehicle, Julian greeted us and was friendly and saved our lives when he offered to drive us to the airport because we were running late to our flights. He was cool and laid back to talk to and got us to the airport in perfect time. We arrived at airport security with 10 minutes to spare and Enterprise at Donelson Pike is a big reason for getting us there on time. Overall, top notch customer service! Everyone was super friendly from pickup to drop off. I think they upgraded me from what I paid for, and the guy who helped me at pickup was very thorough with checking the car before I got it which made me not worry about getting unnecessary charges at the end. I paid for a full tank of gas upfront, not realizing the Altima made their tank bigger (you can get almost 600 miles/gallon!), and the gentleman refunded me for half the tank since I barely used 1/3 of it. I took an uber from the airport to this one and saved a ton of money. I would recommend and/or use them again! read more

This location is extremely busy. I had a long wait for their courtesy shuttle due to them being short staffed. The guys there all remained professional. I even received a call from the manager, Kunle. I told him about my wait. He apologized and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Had a two week rental in an economy vehicle for business purposes. Great rate compared to other nearby options. Quick check in and attendant helped me select the right vehicle and quickly handed over the keys. Very friendly check in process. I would have liked to have thought more about the prepaid gas option before I accepted the terms quickly because my tank was 3/4 full upon leaving, but the rates were less expensive for the entire tank. Soon after, I was off driving. I was met with professionalism during the check process. No problems at all with vehicle. Great two weeks renting even with the massive snow storm this week. I was impressed with their focus on customer service with the courtesy calls they gave me asking if they could assist my check in or return process during the snow storm. Return was easy. Convenient location. Return associate asked me how they could better my experience which I appreciated and made this rental experience extra great. They helped me refund a bit of the gas cost. I have rented here numerous times and usually I am beyond satisfied, but last time I went to rent my rental car was not there as there was a car shortage in Nashville (I called other companies and there really was one.) Even though, I had to wait for about two hours, the staff did go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and even remembered me when I brought the car back. This was a disaster from the beginning. We were promised no drop fee since this was a one way rental from Nashville TN to Charlotte NC and full coverage insurance at no charge. When I turned the car in, the Enterprise employees refused to change my credit card and told me I would have to contact the controlling office in Nashville. Once I called the controlling office in Nashville, the Enterprise employees told me he could not take a credit card over the phone. I had to wait for a manager to call me back to take the payment. Then when I looked at my Enterprise receipt I had been charged for the full coverage insurance even though we were told no charge. I did get a refund but it was ridiculous how much of a headache this was. read more

The price was excellent for a 5 day business one way rental. Car was a 2016 Toyota Camry in good shape. I had to visit 3 factories in Tennessee and then go to fly out of Memphis. The vehicle we rented was very nice and clean. The two gentlemen who helped us when we rented it were both very professional and polite. We waited just a few minutes while they retrieved a vehicle for us from the nearby airport. I returned the vehicle promptly when they opened on Saturday at 9 am. The same gentleman was there, very professional and polite. I was traveling with my Dad who is 75+ years old. We asked for a ride back to our hotel after turning in the rental car so we could catch the hotel's airport shuttle. The gentleman said he'd ask his manager who was inside. He came back out and stated she told him he could not drop us off at our hotel and that we could call Uber or Lyft ourselves if we wanted a ride. I could not believe that Enterprise would not give a ride to a local destination (like Hertz does), especially for an older customer with mobility issues. Upon arrival into BNA, I called the facility to make sure everything was set. When they finally answered after 10 minutes of hold music, I was told that since I was 47 minutes later than my original requested pickup time, they had given my car away due to me being a "no show." I find it absolutely ridiculous that I was less than an hour behind due to a flight delay, and they gave away my car. Keep in mind it was 12/23, so I had to shell out 4x more to get a car that was in stock with the always reputable and accommodating Hertz. I've been hosed by Enterprise in the past, and this pathetic service level solidifies the fact that I will never use them again. read more
