Even though our reception was on Broadway, they were ALWAYS on time and very friendly. They made sure all of our guests were on the final bus before leaving. Many people have complimented them and said they were also jovial and provided welcome info about Nashville during the transport. They were one of our easiest to work with and best vendors for our wedding which was so meaningful to us. It is not easy to plan a wedding and many vendors are not this easy and also don't provide this level of service. They also had very competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I think we confused them when we asked to go just a couple of blocks for an event at Bridgestone. I was never told over the phone how they charge so imagine my shock when they billed me 150$ to go 2 Blocks on the return. Again the purpose was to make sure the handicap traveler was picked up safely after a concert. Our driver Clint was awesome. He texted me upon arrival at the hotel & we were off! On the way back David was STELLER texting me where he was in the chaos around Bridgestone arena. We were confident this was the company for single travelers. NOPE Fast Forward just 60 some odd days to complete epic FAILURE!!! This time I was ready for the surcharges of some extra $100 knowing I'd be well taken care of. So Natalie asks me to email my request. EXCELLENT idea. How can anything go wrong when it's in writing right?? WRONG! I was alone at the Grand Old Opry for a show I booked Driving Nashville for my safety. NOT SOME JOY RIDE! Apparently the driver Mark? Went to OPRYLAND HOTEL?? WHY??? it was in writing. Plain as day clear as water. So Mark NEVER texted me. Have you Ever stood outside the Opry after it lets out during CMAFest week? Crazy packed. So I text the 800# driver is a no show. No answer so I call driving Nashville & Tim answers. I ask him about my driver. His answer is im busy you can text him with the number I sent you. Wait what??? Ok I do with no answer. Now the place is getting more empty. It's late so I ask a woman I had met from my group that day to wait with me. Tim calls Mark he's in the wrong place & for the life of him can't find the Opry to pick us up. 90 mins later the desolate once packed pop up stage outside is now dismantled & gone! We are ALL ALONE IN A PARKING LOT! Finally Tim gets everyone else on their way while he stays on the phone with Mark til he finds us. I don't live in Nashville. I work in Nashville as a mtg planner I only know group disembarkation locations for buses so when no one recommended where to find Mark I picked that location. They're a transportation company I thought they'd know. NOPE! I did request a phone call to discuss a partial refund for the epic failure. Tim called back once but it's been non stop work & family since June 4th. As the entire experience boils still inside, this is a better route. If you are a single female traveler I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company for you as it's just too inconsistent! I did find another Limo company while in Nashville for the week! Wonderful first impression so let's hope for the best! It's not about the money it's about safely traveling as a woman in a unfamiliar city!

For starters, I expected live music throughout the airport... There was nothing. Also, the transportation pickup was so different from every airport that I've ever visited. To catch an Uber, Lyft, or cab, you had to walk about 5 minutes outside and away from the airport. It is very inconvenient when carrying bags, especially for those with small children. Hopefully, since the name is going to be renamed in honor of Dolly Parton, positive changes will be made.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the pull shades on the window, which kept the light from outdoors completely out of the room so I got a good night's sleep. The queen sized bed had four LARGE pillows- usually, I have to ask for more pillows, but not here. The shower had quality toiletries and fair water pressure. Everything was VERY CLEAN. The breakfast at this hotel sets it apart. You can get made-to-order omelets as well as breakfast potatoes and French toast. Plus, there's a yogurt bar with Chobani and the usual bagels/croissants/cereal/fruit that all hotels offer. I appreciated that it was included in the price and not an extra cost. Since I only stayed here for one night, I did not take advantage of the outdoor pool, exercise room, or bar, but they all looked inviting, clean, and nice. This was my first experience with an Element hotel, and it is a part of the Westin and Marriott brand. I will definitely be on the lookout for this chain in my travels and highly recommend this location.

It was my first time staying at an Element, and we really liked it. The woman at the front desk called it a "low key Westin" and she was right. It wasn't super fancy but it was clean and comfortable. The heavenly bed felt just like a Westin. The room was very spacious. The bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was included and they even had an omelette station. Not a huge fan of having to pay so much for parking, but that's just what you get sometimes at a city Marriott. Depending on your situation, it may not make sense to rent a car and just use the Uber option because you're going to be paying about the same as it would cost to Uber or Lyft chewing from the city as you're going to pay in parking daily. This is not necessarily a detraction. It just is the reality.

The bar had one restroom (lines will form with your group) or there are porta-potties as well. The bus itself was okay. The music wasn't loud enough on our bus. But the ride was smooth. Our group of 15 bought out all of the Jell-O shots ($4 a shot) before the end of the ride. But, they had plenty of beer, margarita cans, and seltzers left. I wish they had some zero-sugar sodas and offered free water on the bus. I'd recommend coming with a prepared setlist, so that you keep the party going because our driver let us control the music. But, we couldn't control the loudness. Decent price for the party bus and the price of the drinks on the bus were alright.
