Despite the situation being completely out of their control, the team at the Fulton Avenue Downtown location in Evansville went above and beyond to help. Alea and Oliviya worked every possible angle to find me a replacement. They located a van in Kentucky, personally went to pick it up after their store was supposed to close, and even cleaned it themselves so I could get on the road for my trip. I truly appreciate the level of customer service they showed. Their willingness to go the extra mile--literally and figuratively--did not go unnoticed. I would absolutely recommend the Fulton Downtown location every time.

The blonde lady upfront answered every single question and helped me to understand everything. Rented the hybrid jeep and thought it wasn't started back up, the man came down the road to me to help.
