It's always been a great business model! So easy and convenient and usually needed at a time when everything else is anything but convenient! My recent experience proved to be excellent. At the last minute found myself needing a car...husband out of the country, not knowing my neighbors and not having friends nearby, having Enterprise a call a way was total peace of mind. This place has excellent customer service! We were very happy with Marley, as she went the extra step to meet us at our dealership, when we were having our car serviced for a few days. The other ladies at this site were also extremely kind and helpful. My son actually lost $20 while we had a short wait in the lobby and they were kind and honest enough to return it to him. It's the little things that make a big difference and I feel this team went the extra mile to make our experience the best it could be. The staff are quite friendly; this location's policy though of charging an extra $300 onto my card just in case, is a no go. This "pending" charge sat there a week after I returned the car and paid my $55.00. I'll avoid them in the future. For example, I rented an Enterprise car for 8 days in Phoenix, and was not charged a pending fee. read more

I recently used Enterprise to rent a car while mine was in the shop. They luckily had a rental that is the same model as my own car, but a few years newer. It was easy peasy getting the rental! When I returned the rental, I made sure to call ahead of time and let enterprise know that I would need a ride to the body shop. When I arrived at enterprise, the SWEETEST woman greeted me, checked the rental, and volunteered to drive me to the body shop herself! They boast "We'll pick you up!" The caveat...if you're a fifteen minute ride away. Then I'm told they can drop off at Gerber auto repair. All set. I call GerberAutoRepair they okay it. Enterprise calls me to state they can't drop it off if I'm not having my car repaired their...what? They surely do not believe in customer service. Keep in mind I was 2 miles from Gerber. Rented a vehicle through insurance during a repair. Had to pick up the vehicle a few days early due them having no availability on day of repair. Later found out they were charging us directly for the extra days and was never communicated that could be an issue when we schedule the time. When I called to question, they were VERY rude and somehow tried to shift blame to me. Apparently they aren't responsible for communicating what is being charge, you the customer should know. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never rent from this location again. Got there to get our rental only to find out it was "cancelled." They said we called and cancelled which we absolutely did not because we had a trip to Florida planned. When I logged in online my reservation was visible and when we called their corporate office they could also see our rental reservation was still active. There was never an apology or admittance that they may have made a mistake. Then they said our reservation was for the day before which also was a lie. Sat there all day with our 4 year old with everyone else getting rentals but us. Customer service at their 800 number tried to help us several times but this location again did not get us a rental even though they were supposed to expedite us. Super disappointing, would absolutely not recommend. Horrible customer service at this location, don't risk it get your rental elsewhere. My 4 year old was crushed. These people try to get me to pay 5k for hail damage. Guess what that's false because it states it happened days later. I had another car that I bought from the dealership. I am going to be going to triple BBB complain to corporate. I also have a disability you take advantage of me even after my car accident I had my brain was not even thinking right. Terrible experience. Reserved a car online, was dropped off at the address in the reservation which was a satellite of this one. No one was there. I called the number on the window only to find out that my car was not available (this office). In fact, no cars were available. Apparently "a glitch in their reservation system". I was left stranded and the Enterprise representative could do nothing to help me. read more

We LOVED the car we finally ended up & would rent again but would doublecheck availability prior to pickup as I reserved 2-3 weeks ahead of time for an intermediate car for a 2,000 mile trip as we wanted good gas mileage and when we arrived the only thing left was a mini-van. (after debating as to whether we would exchange at another Enterprise which would have been a big inconvenience or skip the rental altogether and take our own vehicle they were able to find us a car). On the way we had to stop for an oil change as the maintenance light came on & also had to wait for 2 new tires but Firestone was pretty quick - just a minor inconvenience on the way to our destination. Staff we encountered at both Enterprise & Firestone were very friendly. read more

What ever you do - do not forgot anything in the car as you will not get your forgotten merchandise back. I accidentally left a very very large IKEA bag in the trunk with over $200 of dishes in it. Hard to miss!!! I noticed immediately that I had forgotten it and called and left a message on the answering machine within 10 minutes of my departure. This was on 4/13 - since the following day was good Friday I waited till Monday to stop back to pick up my back and was told they never even looked in the trunk before they gave the car to another client. Now of course I am being told by the same employee that he did look in the trunk and their was no bag. Funny how the story changes now. Will never ever rent from them again!!! read more
