Outstanding customer service at this location in Millard. I was greeted by Rickie and from there my rental experience was nothing but completely satisfied. The car (Jeep Compass) was very clean, excellent on gas and very comfortable. Rickie thoroughly explained the costs and additional insurance options (I always purchase the DW(Damage Waiver). Upon return, Rickie quickly checked me out and had the full receipt in my mailbox within hours. I see negative reviews from this location, but from years back, so with no doubt, service has improved. The whole process was spot on. I needed to drop off my vehicle at a body shop for a lot work on August 6th, 2025. Cameron was on the phone and in person to cordially help me through the process and give me the loner car. The next day, my vehicle was ready, but the drivers for this Enterprise location were all gone. Luckily, Cameron went above and beyond to use that same rental car to give me a ride to the body shop nearby. Cameron needs a raise for that alone. Great job! read more

Just returned a rental I'd used for a week. Great experience. The pick-up process was quick and seamless. It helps to be an Emerald Club member. The branch manager, Tim, handled the process well. He also seems to have put together a good team at this location, because the return process this morning was also very well done. The sign on the door, and the info here on Yelp!, says they open at 9:00, but when I pulled up a few minutes early, two team members were already helping people get started on their rentals. That's great customer service. I had a flat while I was out East, and Enterprise is good about covering tire repair costs, which helps. The attendant who checked the van in today took solid notes as I explained about getting the tire repaired, which I appreciated. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Had a reservation at Omaha airport, enterprise car rental is SUPPOSED to be open until 1am. I made the reservation to pick up at 12....after getting our bags from baggage claim and hiking over a mile to the car rental area it was CLOSED!!!! Why did I put my flight number information if these guys aren't going to look at the information to know what's happening with my flight. So here I am STRANDED at 1am as a woman. This is HORRIBLE and dangerous. Thank God I have Costco, they will be hearing about this. read more

Enterprise rental car did a very sneaky, unscrupulous act by billing my credit card under the pretense of providing supplemental coverage that they claimed would be covered by my car insurance allowance. Now they are claiming they never stated that when in fact, they did or I would have never authorized the extra coverage. Beware of these tactics when renting from this car rental agency. I usually go with Hertz but chose to support the collision repair center where my vehicle was housed for 15 days. I won't rent another vehicle with Enterprise due to their sales tactics of gaining extra money from customers. read more

Made a reservation a month prior. Got a call 20 minutes before letting me know the vehicle I was getting was getting an oil change and wouldn't be ready for another 5+ hours. Small suv not even in the same class as which I needed. But wasn't going to tell me that I just happened to ask. No vehicles available in my area. Stop taking reservations if you can't fill them!!! So frustrating. Go else where to make sure you'll have a vehicle when you need it!! read more

As has been my past experience with Enterprise, I found them not very helpful with James the manager bordering on rude. When I informed him I needed a GM vehicle, he smugly asked "You NEED a GM vehicle, or you PREFER a GM?" There were other ways to ask that question. When I informed him that I am a consultant to GM and that is part of my contract to drive GMs whenever possible, his response was rude and irrelevant. He told me he has mostly Chrysler products because he does more business with the dealer. I really don't care. I WANT what I WANT! I also asked for an SUV because that's what I drive, and because of surgeries and a bad knee, they are easier to enter and exit. I got a Malibu. So the saga of mediocre service and not listening to the customer continues with Enterprise. They could learn a lot from their sister company National. Rest assured, I will continue to avoid Enterprise renting at ALL COSTS! read more

First of all nobody answers the phone, so calling them is useless. They called me and told me the car needed to returned 2 days past the day they called me without any warning and threatened to charge me. They called me not 10 minutes later and said they will be charging me. I returned it that night. Bryce left a very disrespectful voicemail. If i ever need a rental car again i would uber before using this place. And stole my $50 deposit with no explanation. read more

I am sitting here with a rental from them as we speak. My car is in getting fixed from getting rear ended and the body shop uses this rental place. My husband and I go earl to pick up our vehicle Friday 3/20/21. First the SUV needs are in the tire. Ok no big deal because it could be due to the cold air like the guy thought. Well lets see have had it for 3 days and have had to put air in the tire at least 3 times. We fill the tire up to at least 36 like the car says. Within 24 hours it is down to 24. Yeah not the cold air genius. Not to mention the suv smells like pot that is trying to be covered up with some God awful floral smell!!! I had to leave the windows open in the car over night in the garage to try and help it. My husband calls them today to tell them about the smell and the tire. (we were out of town over the weekend) They said if I wanted to on my way home from work I could come by and switch out. Well that's all good however it is raining and I have a sick child at home. So I get home my husband puts air in the tire AGAIN and we can hear the air coming out of the tire. I got it on video. So he calls and asks for someone to come bring a different car to switch it out. The guy tells my husband that they are unable to do that right now and when my husband asked well what do you want us to do when the tire is flat in the morning? The guy had the nerve to tell my husband that there is a spare in the back. OH HELL NO!!!!!! It is one thing if we had gotten a flat while driving it, but it is a whole other story when there was an obvious issue when we picked it up! Oh and the car needs an oil change as well, guess they would like us to take care of that for them while we are at it. What a joke!!! I rent from Enterprise often and here I was in Omaha on a Monday needing a car, he really when above and beyond to see me in a vehicle and getting me on my way. This place is a joke. I had a reservation a week in advance and the day I show up to pick up the rental, I was advised "ummm we don't have any cars." Then they tried to further explain that the "attempted to contact me via telephone. Total BS. I searched call history for the past week... no calls. I have been using enterprise for many years for both personal and business trips but because of this location I will take my future business elsewhere. read more

We rented a car from Saturday at 11:30am to Sunday at 3:30pm. For 1 day and 4 hours we were charged a 2 day rental. The online price with tax was about $90 and the day we picked it up the price was also $90. Monday when they opened they left me a message about the price being $159 a 2 day rental because they were closed on Sunday. We took out the insurance which was $18 but on Monday it jumped to $22. I called on Tuesday to complain about it and the lady said she would look into it and I am still waiting. The last 3 rentals from enterprise have not been great so I am done renting from them!!!! read more

I rented a car here through insurance while another car was being repaired. When I picked up the car, the young gentleman was not very personable. Perhaps having a bad day? Having rented hundreds of vehicles over the years, I was a little concerned when he looked over the car in an unusually thorough manner. He noted that there were 3 gravel strikes on the windshield. I was like, huh? I thought to myself, you would consider a 4th gravel chip damage to the vehicle? This should have been foreshadowing for later. I turned the car in a week later. No communication from this local enterprise location. 9 days later I get a letter from their HQ saying that their "damage recovery unit" has received notification of damage or loss. No inkling as to what the damage may be. No pictures, nothing. Now, on Sunday evening, I'm left wondering what shenanigans this company may be up to. Why, if there was a problem of any sort, would the local people not contact me and notify me of any claimed damage immediately upon receipt of the vehicle? Reading the other reviews, it appears this location has "people problems". Needless to say, I know I have choices. I won't be choosing enterprise for future rentals. If I can't trust the people I'm renting from, I will another company that values their customers. UPDATE: So I called the Damage Recovery Unit. They were as surprised as I was that the local site had not contacted me. They put the claim on hold until the local office contacts me. But they said that would take 2 weeks. I told them I couldn't wait two weeks and they said I could call the site directly. I did. I spoke to an apparently lower level manager first. He first tried to tell me that they were not making a claim against me for damage, but that they had to note that there were some hail dings. When I convinced him that in fact there was a claim letter from the DRU, he discussed the process they do for claims. Ie: they take it to a shop that makes an assessment of damage, including pictures. He named two shops that they use for this. He then transferred me to the branch manager. I discussed my dissatisfaction that I had not been contacted immediately about any claims of damage. The BM claimed he left me a message. When I told him I had not received a message, he insisted that he had left a message. When I asked if he was calling me a liar (which his tone suggested he was), he conceded that maybe he had dialed the wrong number. He asked me if I had any missed calls for July 5th. I looked at my phone and advised him that I did not. I think we were both in agreement at that point that I had not been contacted and that he made no follow up attempts to ensure that I knew of their claims. EDIT: Afterward, I realized I had not dropped off the car until the evening of the 6th. With regard to the damage, he claimed that there was sufficient damage to the point the car was not rentable. Moreover, he claimed the repairs had already been made and were done "in house". I responded that this conflicted with what the other manager had said, that they get repairs done at one of two body shops, he then changed his story and said repairs were done at Omaha Dent repair. This change of story was troubling. Further, he said that, after repairs, the car had been sent to another Enterprise location rather than being returned to the Millard location. So, to summarize, I wasn't advised that they were claiming there was damage after I dropped it off, then they told me they weren't making a claim at all, then they said they were going to make a claim but couldn't give me pictures or specifics because that is done in the future at one of the two repair shops they use, then a different manager said the work had already been done in house, then when I challenged that assertion, he said the repairs were not done "in house" and instead had been done at a different repair shop not previously mentioned. I suggested that since the repairs had been done, he should have no problem sending me copies of any documents as well as photos of any damage that had been repaired. He was evasive saying he didn't have that. At my insistence he indicated that he might try to obtain the documents for me. We will see what he comes up with. If this all turns out to be just a couple dings, then I think it would just be a matter of poor strategic customer service; do you really want to nickel and dime your customers? read more

I truly wish I could give -5 stars. I reserved a 15 passenger van 6 months ago for my wedding, which was yesterday (yay!). When my father went to pick up the van, they told him they had no van at that location, or anywhere in Omaha. The whole reason we got the van was to be able to transport the wedding party to and from events, and transporting gifts. Not only did they say they didn't have a van, but they straight-up lied and told us they did not have my contact information "because we went through a travel agent" so they couldn't have given me a heads up. Which is totally false. I have been getting promotional emails from enterprise for the past 6 months. I also know they had my phone number because I had been calling every month to make sure everything was correctly reserved. I also called last week to make sure we were ready to go with our 15 passenger van, which they said we were! We got multiple confirmation emails reminding us as well. They said the reason they did not have a van was because all of their vans were hailed out from a storm 4 weeks ago. All of the vans were hailed out...but the sedans and SUVs were all fine??Sketchy. So they lied about that as well. They probably just totally forgot, even though I had called every month, and the week before to remind them. Let's say they did get hailed out-which they more than likely didn't-this was 4 weeks ago!!! How could you not get another van from a different enterprise in that amount of time?! 4 weeks! The worst part was, they did absolutely nothing to try to fix the mistake. I called and asked them to ask other renters if they had a van they could borrow, and then call me back regardless of the answer. Never got a call back. I ended up calling them back and telling them to just forget it. I will never do business with them again. Ever. Under any circumstances. I suggest other people steer clear as well! read more

I had an accident and found that Enterprise had a location with B Street Collision! It was so great! I didn't have to work with the insurance company except for a couple of calls. The car I got was nice and got great mileage and once Enterprise got confirmation from the insurance company, my small deposit was refunded! Great experience! read more

Sadly I'll have to give one star to this review, I had rent cars from this location without incidents, and I can tell that with a very good service, but all that good impression can be put in a trash can with one simple and almost incredible action. Today I was returning a car, car was parked within their parking lot and I was inside the Enterprise office when a shuttle for Werner Enterprises suddenly move backwards and hit the car that I was returning causing some damage to the car's grill, believe it or not.. the Enterprise personal witness all the action but they told me that since they haven't finished yet with the car returning process I was responsible so that they have to charge me 1,000.00 dollars (my insurance deductible) and then see if that can be recovered... really ?? just a little of common sense!! Car parked in their own parking lot, customer returning the car.. they saw what happen and they did that to their customer?? Unbelievable. I talked with the Manager and he told me that technically since the return process was not finished, I still was responsible for the car... well technically he might be right. but under the circumstances I think is totally unfair what they did to a customer... a little bit of common sense please! Anyway, I hope that this situation can be solved in a good way and they return to me my 1,000.00 USD that now I just feel as they had been stolen for me. Francisco J Garcia. read more

Long story short. Went to this location on Sept 10, 2020 to pickup reserved rental car. My wife commented on some of the associates NOT wearing masks. Branch manager became hostile and eventually refused service. After complaining to Enterprise Escalation and speaking to the area and regional managers, I learned that the manager accused my wife of making a racially insensitive comment or racial slur and that was why service was refused. The area and regional managers would not tell me what this alleged comment was and that they were backing their associate. This incident was NEVER about race, but rather the lack of compliance with the City of Omaha Mask Mandate. After having been a loyal Enterprise customer for at least 20 years, this incident will keep us from ever using Enterprise or Alamo again at any location. If I knew we were guilty as charged I certainly would NOT have wasted so much time on this incident. AVOID THIS PLACE! They turned their non-compliance issue into a racial issue, which it certainly was not. read more

I had made a reservation 3 months ago at this location; less then 12 hours before scheduled pickup, they call me to let me know I wouldn't have a car available until nearly 3 hours later. They left a voicemail with a number to call back( this was at 5 pm) of which the number was disconnected. So, unable to reach the location I call the 1-800 number listed on the website; after 3 different people are unable to help me; stating there are no rental cars in a 50 mile radius( of a major metropolitan city) I ask to speak to someone with higher authority. They transfer me again; the next person states someone from the original location will call me back and help navigate this problem. I have yet to hear back from anyone nearly 18 hours after the first call and have had to rely on family members for assistance in driving from Omaha Ne to Kansas City, MO( a 3 hour drive). DO NOT Use this company; I'm not sure how a company like this remains in business but I will not be using them again and will make sure I let friends and family know to stay away. read more

The only issue I have is when I rented a full size car for my boss and myself they gave us a Malibu which is tiny and nobody other than a child could fit in the back. I asked about this and they informed me that Impalas are now Luxury cars and Malibu's are full size. So this was frustrating for my boss 6'2 and myself 6'4. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My company reserved a car to take on a business trip. When I got there the attendant told me that they did not have ANY cars to give me. So why would you take a reservation if you had no cars available! The attendant rudely told me that I should have my ride come back and get me because there was nothing they could do for me. So I drove to the airport location AND they had no cars available!! Needless to say I rented a car from AVIS for my trip and they promptly accommodated me. I wouldn't even give it one star. This Enterprise absolutely SUCKS........ I was in an accident and they were suppose to pick me up from the body shop at 4:45pm which is LITERALLY no more than 3 minutes away from this location. I called when i wa son my way there and nobody answered. I called 4 times and nothing. When I get to the body shop the lady called a couple minutes before my scheduled pick up time and the manager said someone was on the way... Well the body shop closes at 5:00 and at 5:05 someone FINALLY gets there. Keep in mind the lady had called again at 5:00 and was told someone is coming and they were extremely busy. So they are 20 minutes late picking me up. We get to the location and there is NOT 1 single person in there. It literally looked like a ghost town. I said I thought you were busy the manger rudely said you just missed it........ REALLY your telling me everyone just left at the same time. I don't buy it. Then as the manager was helping me he took a phone call on his cell phone... EVERYONE there was rude and because they were late picking me up I was 20 minutes late getting my daughter from kid club and had to pay for every minute I was late which resulted in me forking over $20 because of them. read more

I would have given them 5 stars but the car was a little dirty on the inside and there was not a lot of gas in the car. I was able to get a vehicle on short notice on a holiday weekend. There were three people in the office either being served or waiting for a ride. Two people were working the desk. It took me about 45 minutes to get out the door! When I returned the car I was asked about the service. I told them about that situation. The attendant was insistent that they want everyone to be 100% satisfied. Instead of just apologizing for that or offering any concession he persisted in asking me what they could do to make that situation right. I don't know how you correct a situation that is in the past without offering a concession and an apology. read more

horrible customer service, will never use enterprise again, first off enterprise needs to correct their website, and notify people to bring in a paycheck stub or bill in their name if renting a car with debitcard, second the staff was so rude and unhelpful it was humorous, third even their employee herself told me to go to hertz or budget! as a former repeat customer after this experience i will never use them again! fourth reason the place was a poorly lit mess, employees standing around and talking customers out the door! lol way to go enterprise overall im glad the lady told me to go to budget because now i have a rental car for the week! read more
