I needed a car right away for work and made a huge mistake by going through Avis! I was given an initial quote of $31 per day and of course has to extend my rental out multiple days while waiting for my car to be repaired. I was never told the daily rate would increase which caused overage charges above what the insurance company would allow. I was also charged toll fees on the car and I'm pretty sure those don't exist in Omaha or Nebraska at all. Needless to say I'm still fighting with them about these charges and getting nowhere. The manager at this location talks in circles and is no help whatsoever! Please rent your cars elsewhere!!

I felt it was dangerous to drive on, so I tried calling the Eppley Field office. THEY DON'T ANSWER! I tried customer support. No help. I tried calling Roadside Service. No help. I finally had to buy a tire, so I could make the trip back. The local office and the company customer service will not respond to my requests for a reimbursement for the tire I bought. The car also had a cracked windshield, no lug wrench, no jack crank and three inches of water in the spare tire tub. NEVER rent from Budget!!

They never fulfilled my reservation and they said they would pick me up, but never showed. Not only…read moredid they not show, but they never followed up and they stopped answering my phone calls that day. This location is not to be trusted with important travel plans. What could improve? Be honest about availability, follow up with your customers, show humility when you're wrong, and at least attempt to make it right.

I rent for business and for personal reasons and I've never been disappointed. For the most part the location has always been clean and everybody greets you properly when you arrive. There is always parking available. They always offer to pull the car up for you and make sure your expectations have been met before you leave. They've always made a good effort for providing rides although during the Covid it has been a little more difficult. It's a real treasure to have this high-quality rental service in West Omaha and I hope more people support it so we can keep the business in our neighborhood!!!

All of the clerks we had interaction with were pleasant and helpful. I spoke with a woman on the phone the day prior and dealt w/ 2 different gentlemen during pick up/ drop off. The car was clean when we got it and the man we dropped it off to thanked us for giving it back clean. Overall good experience, would rent from this location again!
