I needed a car right away for work and made a huge mistake by going through Avis! I was given an initial quote of $31 per day and of course has to extend my rental out multiple days while waiting for my car to be repaired. I was never told the daily rate would increase which caused overage charges above what the insurance company would allow. I was also charged toll fees on the car and I'm pretty sure those don't exist in Omaha or Nebraska at all. Needless to say I'm still fighting with them about these charges and getting nowhere. The manager at this location talks in circles and is no help whatsoever! Please rent your cars elsewhere!!

If you don't like anything in the lot you can order from a nationwide database with the security that every vehicle was taken care of. They will bring it to you. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.
