I was pretty shook when I went in their store due to a plethora of reasons, the biggest being my best friend coming to visit me, then my vehicle breaking down leaving us pretty much stranded. I am very pleased with my experience here. Although located in Orange City, this Enterprise will pick you up at the DeBary SunRail station. I cannot tell you how much easier this makes my life. I call just as the train is about to arrive, and I have not waited any longer than 20 minutes to pick me up. I have had no issues with the cars, and everyone is really positive and friendly. Enterprise does place a $200 hold on your card that is then credited back for each rental. This is not something I have experienced with other car rental companies, and even though I use my corporate card to reserve and pay, its not something I like. read more

I reserved a car for an important trip. I was prequalified for the vehicle by Enterprise. The staff was clueless. The acting manager was rude. I ve rented 4 times in the last 5 months. Well they refused to give me a rental causing severe stress as this trip I was under a time restraint. I didn't want to use my personal vehicle but because of both the location and corporate indifference I am forced to use my car. I was kept on the phone over an hour on 2 separate calls on a Saturday. The location is closed now until Monday with no response. Terrible!!! Stay far far away. Fire the entire Staff. read more

Enterprise Rental Car has, hands down, the most abysmal customer service in the industry. Employees are uninformed and under trained. Managers are useless is conflict resolution and supervisors are rude and arrogant. Reserved a car for two weeks, six months ago, wanted to add a day two weeks before the rental date and they will charge me 3 times the daily rate to add that one day. Done with their garbage. Next time its Hertz. You have managed to lose a long time customer and you make it clear that you couldn't care less. Neither do I. Your JD Powers ratings are bolstered and anyone with access to Google can quickly learn that I am not the only person who has had a problem with your customer service. Bye Felicia. read more

Horrible! I've rented many cars, here in this country, and in others around the world. This place has been the worst experience I've ever had renting a car. No manager, no organization, not enough help. I realize that we are all dealing with the COVID but we should have to deal with this? With a few days' notice, I reserved a car for 8:00 am (as soon as they opened) on a Monday morning. I told them that my car was going into the body shop so a small car would be fine. No worries they said. I pull into the parking lot at 8:00 am, per our agreement, and I see an old Chevy van parked in the center of the parking lot. It's surrounded by, approximately, 15 young adults (hard to count them all as they were wandering around the parking lot). Other customers are pulling into the same parking lot but had to park in the adjacent business lots as the van was blocking access. I walked through the crowd and into the office where I waited for maybe 10 minutes when a young man with an Enterprise shirt came in the back door and told me to get out and wait with the others in the lot (due to COVID). I mentioned that it looked like a Temporary Labor Pool was picking up workers in the old van, but it went over his head (It looked to me like the old van was picking up workers as there were so many people wandering around). When I was back outside, it was absolute chaos. No line, no taking tickets, nothing. One of the young guys (only 2 on staff) would come out and service whoever he happened to bump into. I can tell you that at least 5 people jumped ahead of me. They arrived after me but the dude took care of them first. Okay, Not very good service. I noticed that the folks that jumped ahead of me were still waiting for a car. That's when we all noticed that, apparently, every car scheduled to be picked up had to be detailed first. So the cars were lined up in the garage where one young girl was trying to wash and vacuum by herself. When my turn came, the same process. I had to wait for the car to be washed and vacuumed. I wanted a small car but they gave me (my guess) the next to come off the line (it should have been an upgrade, but I didn't care). Time wasted: about an hour and a half. Finally, one of the young men from the business moved the van. It was 9:00 am. (Blocked the parking lot for an hour). On top of all this, the car given to me was a smoker car and it stinks to high heaven. Newer car but you have to crack the windows. I sprayed with a deodorizer when I got it home. It still stinks. Bad, Bad, Bad. The place does not have anyone to manage. Waiting for the cars to be detailed? Bring someone in early to clean and hire more help. Maybe cleaning the cars when they are returned would be a good idea. This place is a mess. Try another location or another company. You've been warned. read more

I visited this location and was very pleased with the service. The agent that helped us was Victoria and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She checked us in very quickly, we didn't have to wait at all. We did have a little problem with the car and had to bring it back, but again her customer service was exceptional! The only reason they are getting more than one star is because the service that the ladies gave was great. The way that this store is managed is terrible. I waited 30 minutes to get my car, the phone rang off the hook, the staff looked overwhelmed and the manager walked in and sat in his office. This will be the last time I come to this particular store. This is a pattern that doesn't seem to be changing soon. read more

This is my second time using this location. I really like that they come and pick you up, however, you still need to wait in their office for at least an hour (sometimes more) before you can be helped. The staff is friendly but overworked. There just simply isn't enough staff at this location to get someone in and out in a timely fashion. It's good that this is a great location for business, they get a LOT of it! However, it's creating a customer base that knows all about the pain-in-the-butt process of getting a car, here. read more

Great service, great employees. We rented a large 8 passenger SUV for a trip to our family reunion. The employee was knowledgeable and helpful. She showed up all the features of the vehicle and made sure she answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Orange City Enterprise and will use them for my future car rentals. read more

I would give a better review but it's almost impossible to get a call back. Although it is entirely my fault that I left something in the car, I was promised that I would get a call back after they researched to whom the car went to next and they would try to get my stuff. 2 days later, no call. I call and speak to another person that says "let me check lost and found." She gets back on and says "nope there's nothing there." I explain that I would like C... To call me back because C... Said she would locate the renter and try to get my stuff. I give my info again, and it's now 730pm and no one called. My fault I left it in there but customer service is lost once they get paid. On June 16th, I called this location after reserving my rental online and was asked to be placed on the hold; I obliged, but after about 10 mins waiting/listening to the blasphemous falsely advertised looped recording about customer value, I made a 20 min drive to their location and to their shock and amazement and my disgust, I was still on hold. They asked if I called customer service and when I showed them my number the young lady who placed me on hold and was standing at the computer looking as though she saw a ghost picked up the phone and hung up...offered no apology or acknowledgement of her lack of professionalism...just a look of shock and being dumbfounded. Next I was told they didn't there were no compact vehicles as requested but they could offer me another type for an additional cost...as if it were my fault they didn't have compact vehicles and my fault I was placed on hold for almost 45 minutes. As I'm waiting for the associates to sort things out, I witnessed a very disgruntled individual disputing hidden fees that he repeatedly stated he was either told he wouldn't be responsible or was not privy to at all before. The coward that was assisting him I suppose grew tired of being asked to explain those charges and gave the man's file to another associate telling him to take over so he could handle me. To add insult to lack of professionalism the associate then asked me if I had "the documents". When I asked what documents he directed me to a list of documents (I was later advised once I left and called customer service) that are required when paying with a debit card. 1. Had my call been properly address, I would've asked these questions and known what type of documentation I needed to have with me; 2. Instead of explaining why the documents were required the associate just said, "I was willing to work with you and give you the other car for the same price, but you have to have those documents" 3. Customer service and professionalism are both piss poor at this location; this entire transaction severely disrupted my travels plans causing a domino effect of costly repercussions. This branch/location did a great job. My reservation was at another location. Was on my way, noted it was already closing time (noon Saturday), tried calling to ensure they would wait for me, could NOT get thru the phone system (too many loops and no results), noticed this location and people were there, turned around and even tho it was just after closing time, they adjusted my reservation on the spot, had a vehicle ready and they were very professional and pleasant.
