With my travel across the states, every location has been exceptional BUT this one. I asked for a Toyota sedan. It was new and it had Apple play so I can use the map. So I'm waiting while she says they're going to clean my car. A lady drives up in an old Toyota with the old version of Apple play. I've been waiting for nearly an hour and they get hers in and cleaned instead of giving me the car I deliberately asked for. I get in and tell them this doesn't have Apple play with maps. I again ask for the car I wanted and the guy, Josh the manager, says all their models are the same in the lot like I'm some kind of moron. I pointed at the grey one and said that's the car I asked for and it has the new Apple play. He told me oh, I didn't know that. Mouth breather alert. So he says it's not clean. Tell me why a car that was sitting in the lot that I wanted was never put in the bay to be cleaned yet a car someone just drove in was cleaned and given to me as they said they were currently cleaning my car? These scum employees are more interested in getting a mark up rate for a newer car, it probably came from National, than giving a long term customer what they wanted. They gave me a battered car that hadn't been cleaned or the tank filled up. That's not even the icing on the cake. I'm driving the Malibu Chevy they forced upon me and all of a sudden it starts beeping, the dash lights turn on, and my power breaks and steering go out. I nearly smashed into the car ahead of me while attempting to stop the car. I had to pump the break so hard over and over. So I'm driving to my destination with my hazards on and being super careful with my distance to other cars. I then drive to the Spanish Fork location, I recommend it, the people actually have a pulse and a backbone. They lent me a van so I could get to the SLC airport to get the car I wanted. Today's the day, I'm returning a brand new Toyota Corolla to these ungrateful mongrels. I walk in and ask for a ride to my hotel. They promptly tell me "no rides after 4". Ok first and last time I will rent from this location. Orem, Family city where you can rent a car you don't want and potentially die!

I would've filled the tank if the Enterprise rep had mentioned "gas is not covered by the insurance company", but nothing to that effect was ever said until after the bill was closed, and they said there was "nothing" they could do but apologize for their mistake.

Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities.     Save yourself the headache and rent from literally anywhere else…read more After multiple mistakes (and I do mean multiple), I was actually told by the "manager" to try a different location because this branch is essentially a training ground and "not equipped" to handle things. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. We rent cars regularly for business and gave this location chance after chance for over a year. Like clockwork, every single month came with a new issue--overcharges, missing deposit refunds, conflicting information, and zero accountability. Just when you think things are finally sorted, they find a new way to mess it up. The experience feels less like customer service and more like a game of "let's see what we can get away with this time." Cars were consistently given to us on empty, then magically documented as "full" so they could tack on fuel charges. Rates we were told were "locked in" (confirmed by multiple employees) changed without warning. One car reeked of cigarette smoke, and when we pointed it out, the response was essentially, "Yeah... we have a rule about that, but we don't enforce it." Inspiring. Policies seem to change depending on who you talk to, which means you can't trust anything you're told--today's answer won't be tomorrow's. The cherry on top? When I asked to escalate my concerns, I was told the manager had no manager and was the highest level I'd be "allowed" to speak to. That's not leadership--that's avoidance. We even followed their suggestion to try another location, only to be sent right back to the same branch a couple months later--the one that openly admitted they couldn't handle the rentals. At this point, it's not bad luck--it's a pattern. Whatever deal you think you're getting, you're not. (This review was originally on Google) Update: Their local manager Lauren Utz is now attempting to threaten me with collections after failing her chargeback. That's the level of service to expect here. They tell you to contact customer support and then customer support will tell you that only local managers can do anything, even though it's the local manager that's scamming me. After much hassle and fully explaining the situation I won my dispute. I owe them nothing. They have attempted zero communication or resolution outside of threatening me with collection letters after failing their chargeback attempt. Disgusting management and company customer service. THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF BLATANTLY SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. Charging for damage they didn't do, adding on charges randomly, misleading customers with misinformation about their policy etc. Please read others 1 star reviews on here, they pull this a lot! And there is absolutely no working with their management. Zero possibility of resolution through them. That's a huge risk to take in a rental. In fact their manager Lauren waited an extra 4 days after I called asking why I was being charged at all before updating me. She purposely let my charges stack up knowing I was blatantly misinformed... Original review: I had an incredibly frustrating experience due to a complete lack of communication and misinformation. With uninformed hostile staff and an inconsiderate manager (who ghosted me immediately) I had zero possibility of resolution. I was charged for something that I was never even informed about. My rental was supposed to be completely covered by my insurance. As I was walking out the door the employee kept guaranteeing it was already confirmed for a set amount of days. He also explicitly told me to ignore any automated texts from Enterprise as they were standard. Enterprise without my knowledge switched my rental from being covered by my insurance and then sent me one automated text to update me of the change. Outside of the automated text that I was told to ignore they claimed to have contacted me in other ways. But this is 100% untrue. I do not have a single call, email, text or voicemail from them until charges had already been accruing for over a week. And I made sure to give them my other details while checking out. I called them after I started seeing charges on my account to ask if this was a mistake. Lauren Utz waited to contact me 4 days later to update me that Geico had stopped the rental. During those 4 days I racked up charges that I had to deal with. They essentially threw my money away due to their complete lack of communication. When I reached out to let them know Geico and Enterprise had mistakenly not updated me about the change in rental I was met with hostile responses from the front desk and no effort to take accountability for the misinformation they gave me. Geico (because they had reached out to a family member instead of me) made up for their mistake and extended out the rental days for me. Enterprise made no such effort. No resolution offered. After one email from me explaining to them the explicit miscommunication on their employees part Lauren Utz ghosted me completely and left me to dispute the charge myself. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO WORK WITH YOU TO AMEND THEIR MISTAKES. ITS NOT A RISK WORTH TAKING WITH A RENTAL CAR. ESPECIALLY WITH THIS LOCATIONS HISTORY OF SNEAKILY TACKING ON HUNDREDS IN CHARGES (check other negative reviews!)
