We had a great experience with enterprise this trip. We typically use enterprise and did not originally as the online price was more than another company, but once we got to Orlando and realize the other company was shady, we called enterprise and they were able to give us a lesser price same day as opposed to two months earlier, which is a little strange, but it all worked out. Chris, who is one of the managers there was able to help us out with a different drop off location to save us some time and we much appreciate that! What has happened to Enterprise? I had a one way to Orlando; the car I got was without a headrest, dirty but rode well. I dropped the car off at the s Orange Blossom branch where three young men were sitting. I requested a ride to the JW Marriott 2.2 miles away and the manager said that it is too far and out of range. I remember a day when this was automatic as long as they were not jammed. There was not a customer to be seen. Kudos to the Sun City FL branch for communicating the shortfalls Of the vehicle. Without doubt, the location of this place is just terrible. Hard to pull in with limited parking spots. The associates are clearly not trained to the level you'd expect from Enterprise. In addition to not having a clue how to pull a booking, they often try to fear monger you into getting their insurance even when I had my own. Please be attentive to what they charge you; ask about what the breakdown of your bill before you swipe it. I had to argue with him and explain how chase reward program works and then some senior had to instruct him on how to retrieve such reservation. The associates act like salesmen rather than assist you into a smooth pick up. He tried to convince me that pay for the gas refill is cheaper than refilling it myself. How sad! I've had previous experience with Enterprise at different locations and I must say this is 180° different. Here is my review below: This location does not treat there CUTOMER RIGHT AND HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I was already in a tough spot because my car is in the shop at the Jaguar dealership and I needed a car while my car was being fixed. I had no choice but to accept the loaner car complimentary of the dealership, but only to be blind sided with an $205 toll charge due to there representative not informing of the policy. I was told there would be a flat rate of $4.95 a day as long as I did not exceed $30 daily. So on top of paying for my car repair I am out $205 for the employee giving wrong information. To make matter worst when I call the manager Romel he was not helpful and told me I was informed like he was there to hear the conservation. I been waiting for hours for the area manager Lainne Vega to call me back. All Romel can say is she too busy to talk to a customer. ******Do not rent from this location**** You think being a family owned business they would provide great service. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!! This place is the worst! Booked a mini van months before - girl at the counter said they had no minivans. Sorry. After Me telling them they better have a minivan, one magically showed up. Then they let us drive away to call us back saying they never gave us the keys so if we turn the van off the car will not restart. Had to turn around then wait and find someone to help us again getting us the key! Soooo frustrating. With so many car rentals find another one. read more

The people here are VERY nice but there is major issue with staffing, every time I come here to pick up a car they have very little selection and I always have to wait 20-30 minutes even though I have a reservation. Again, staff is A+ but obviously there is a management issue because people should not have to wait almost a half hour when they have a reservation. read more

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car a few times a few years ago. I had nice Ford explorer limited with all the bells and whistles on it on this occasion. The SUV was really nice, you would of got 5 stars if the vehicle would of been cleaned before you give it to the me. At least a vacuum would of been nice. Employees on the phone are great and informed. Personally I don't think you need to pay 13.99 a day for only 500.00 deductable on my own insurance,but that is just my opinion. Other than not cleaning the car before I left, everything else was great! read more

My vehicle needed some warranty work done and they had this enterprise come get me and took me back to this location to pick up a rental for the day. I have rented from enterprise many times in other cities but the staff at this location is outstanding. This location is very busy so be prepared for a short wait. My only issue with this office is I wish they would vacuum the carpet. Otherwise I highly recommend this location. read more

We had a one-way rental from Orlando to Dulles Airport in Washington. Return was very quick as well. Attendant when we returned the car was efficient and pleasant. Weirdest phone call I have ever received . I made a reservation for an full size SUV at this location couple of days ago to be picked up on Friday march 17th. Yesterday I received a phone call from enterprise at this location , asking me to confirm that I am coming to pick up my reserved car , she followed up by asking me if I have a credit card because this SUV is not to be rented unless you have a major credit card , my answer was yes I do have a major credit card , she continues with are you sure ? I replied yes , then she asked again it doesn't say a debit or check card on it right ? Here I felt offended and degraded , coz she is assuming ahead that I am stupid , which I really do not appreciate that . Well you want to ask a question you need to be careful not to offend the person . So I quickly ended the phone call coz I started to be agitated . I waited 10 min and I called back the gentleman who answered the phone call was defending in a way the action of the lady that called me , yet he try to make things nicer to me , but kept offering excuses , some are understandable and some are not . Point is do not judge people you don't know ,and be careful how you choose your words , don't assume that people are stupid .because may be they are way smarter than you are.
