Going to this Enterprise has been the worse experience ,the most rude manager her name is Emily ,she should not be working with the public ,I was charged more than once for a rental that was suppose to be charged to the insurance company who the person who was at fault totaled my car .I had asked about these charges ,she was short with me and rude and unprofessional this establishment is a joke and she should be fired I was told well that's the way it is " great explanation if your dealing with someone's credit/ debit card and your being charged for something you shouldn't be and also told "we called your phone a few times" but when she called today first time that number came up on my phone .nasty manager and nasty place to go read more

Great experience with the Enterprise Rental location in Orleans this week. My rental was ready for me as expected. I was in and out quickly. When I needed to return my rental car a couple days early -- they were very nice and easily accommodated the change. Best of all, they had someone drive me back to Wellfleet instead of my having to take a cab/Uber. Super nice people there. 5 Star rating. It's a small location, usually manned by one person, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in friendliness and customer service. I dealt with Mike who was very helpful. There were two people ahead of me when I came in but after a little patience, picking up my car was a breeze. Not only that, I was given an upgrade for the wait! The car was practically brand new! My own car broke down, and within 30 minutes of my call, Chris picked me up at my house, took me to the Enterprise office, and in less than 10 minutes we were done with paperwork and I left with an amazing rental. Ashley rocks! I was able to turn in my Alamo car (which had a slow leak in one of the tires) and within 5 minutes I was driving away in a new car! Staying in Dennis for a conference, called main enterprise number to get picked up and get a car. They sent a very nice guy named Tom. But the enterprise center was in Oreans! 20 miles away not Hyannis. Since I called the main line j would have thought they would have called the closest. Returning the car was a pain. 20 min out of my way, then called a taxi to take me to Hyannis transportations center. $90 taxi ride!!! Enterprise, you didn't treat this business traveler well. I will not be using enterprise again. I would have given zero stars but car was nice and Tom was a good guy. read more

While our car was in the body shop, our insurance company arranged a car rental with Enterprise.What started off with a delay being picked up, was quickly remedied by Ashley's amazing customer service. this place and the manager ashley sucks. been renting from them for years, had everything set up to rent, as always, then denied because we didn't have a major credit card only have a debit card never had a problem before when we rented for two weeks this past spring. if you think about it, the monies they want automatically comes out of your debit account. was okay when we reserved the car. all she kept saying is I'm the manager. she contradicted herself and said she'd call tom to verify but backed down. as we were walking out another customer said she's worthless. spot on. bye Felicia!! was surpose to get a call back from the regional manager, still nothing. wrote the better business bureau. maybe the can get an answer. read more

Worst experience ever! Ashley should be fired. Let me explain, We visited the Cape Cod area from Illinois and rented a Enterprise car for the trip. We experienced a very low tire pressure due to a nail, I aired it up and called the enterprise line, no problem great service the problem started the next morning when I arrived at the Orleans location. Ashley gave me a hard time and was adamant about me taking the car for the repair myself instead of just swapping out the vehicle like I was promised by the main enterprise folks the night before on the phone. We were due to drive into Boston that day and there was no way I had time to sit at a local shop for two or three hours. Besides the main enterprise rental people made all the arrangements the night before on the phone complete with a confirmation number, anyway after some haggling, more like arguing with Ashley I drove out of there with the car I was promised the night before, she acted like she did me a huge favor. The troubles with Ashley started afterwards when the next day while driving back to Illinois I noticed that in the hast of switching cars I left my Passport, keys and proof of insurance in the other rental car. I immediately called and spoke with either Alex or Matt and they acknowledged having all the items, they were discovered during a normal inventory/cleaning of the prior rental. They told me they had all my info and would mail the items to me, great right! wrong. A week passed by and I hadn't received my items or heard from them so I called and spoke to Ashley. She cleared things up stating that they don't mail items out that the customer needs to send a self addressed/postage paid envelope, ok no problem I'll get right on that, then I asked about my items and she only acknowledged having my passport. I said well either matt or alex stated they had the other two items my keys and proof of insurance. She was sassy said she didn't see them, but would look around and call me back. She never called and so I called back the next day and she said nope nothing found. I said well how could that happen, why weren't the items immediately set aside all together, again Ashley was sassy and told me she was very busy and hung up on me. I sent my postage paid self addressed envelope via USPS priority mail with tracking number on 8/21/17 a whole week went by and I was expecting at least my passport any day so I checked the tracking number and sure enough it stated that it had arrived at Orleans Enterprise on 8/23/17 so I called on (8/28/17) and spoke to Ashley again and she adamantly stated that she had not received the envelope! When I told her it had a tracking number and it was delivered there on 8/23/17, she in her snob like manner said hold on! I just checked the mail and it wasn't there, but I'll check around, guess what ?she found it somewhere, really! this girl was jacking me around to no end. So she said she would mail it the next day finally I felt like I was going to get at least my passport back, I never even bothered to ask about my keys and proof of insurance again just happy to get some results out of Ashley. The story goes on! So another week goes by and no passport in the mail, I check the tracking numbers and it still is at the Orleans Enterprise, so I call and talk to Ashley again and she adamantly states she mailed it! a few more days go by and still nothing. So on Sept 12th I have to call the Orleans Police Dept and spoke with Officer Duane Boucher to report my passport stolen, I also explained the whole ordeal to him so he agrees to go over there and see what he can find out. He calls me back about an hour lateter and said that he talked to Ashley and she said that she mailed my passport that morning! really, So on Sept 14, 2017 I finally received my passport from Ashely a mere 23 days after she received my postal paid self addressed envelope. Not to mention I also contacted the US Postal Inspectors on the same day as the Orleans Police to see if they could also help. Talk about time and trouble I will never rent a car from Enterprise Again knowing that they retain people with the integrity and bad attitude of Ashley. John Miller read more

Poor customer service and follow through. I arranged with Chris, the manager of the Orleans branch, to have a car in Provincetown on Sunday, May 10th at the airport so I could drive back to Connecticut to spend Mother's Day with my kids (confirmation #9GX9BG). Keys to be at the Cape Air desk. When I arrived at the airport it was closed for the weekend and I had no way to pick up the keys. I was left stranded at the airport, no cell service, on a Sunday morning. I walked down to get a ride back to town and I left a message for Chris at the Orleans office (knowing he wouldn't be in until Monday) and called around to other Enterprise locations. I (thankfully) got Mike at the Hyannis branch on the phone (in the Barnstable Airport). I asked for help with my stranded situation and he told me that even if I could get to Hyannis, he didn't have any rentals available that day. He said multiple times that it didn't make sense that Chris would have made these arrangements for me, as it was closed on Sunday. He offered the suggestion to take a taxi to the bus stop to try to get to Connecticut. I asked if there was any other, more reasonable, solution... could he get get a hold of Chris and see if there were keys left elsewhere, were there any other places I could call to get a rental. He took my number and said he would call me back. He never called back. I figured that if Enterprise at the Barnstable Airport was open, perhaps there would be another rental agency. I called Avis and they had a car (at half the price Enterprise quoted me) and they would be able to rent to me if I could get to their location (an hour away). Imagine my frustration when I made it to the Avis location in the airport and saw that the Avis desk was right next to the Enterprise desk. Why didn't Mike ask the car rental company right next to him to see if they could help his stranded customer out? So I made it to Connecticut (very late) to be with my kids, thanks Avis! Mike never called back. Chris from Orleans never called back to check on the situation or apologize on Monday. I called him Tuesday and he didn't offer an apology, had a list of excuses, and lied about trying to reach me on Monday (he said my phone wouldn't go through after I asked why he hadn't called... but all my other calls came through fine on Monday and there was no message from him). On top of these two Enterprise employees not caring enough to follow up on a stranded customer I called Tim Cartland, regional maganger, to discuss this situation. I left a message Tuesday, May 12th and he has yet to call back either (it has been over a week I have been waiting now). So if you want to pay twice as much as Avis and risk being stranded - Enterprise is your company. They won't care to follow up on you either. I'm sure they do a fine job when things go well, but you will be out of luck if they need to think out of the box or help when things don't go smoothly. Customer service means a lot, and they failed me on multiple levels. read more

Rented here twice. Last year, a one-way to Fla. Tom gave me a great deal. Last week, my car was clipped in a lot. I brought it to Tin Knockers Auto-body next door (they too were awesome!).
