It was an easy process, fill out paperwork at the counter and walk out a couple of hundred yards to the rental lot to get the car. I needed to extend the rental. It was handled quickly over the phone and they even changed it the lower weekly rate without my even asking. The agent was a very pleasant guy. After I dropped off the car I realized I had forgotten something at the place I had been staying. The agent had someone drive me round trip back to get my item at no extra charge.
