I have never had an issue when renting a car at this location! Jordan and the rest of the crew are truly amazing always going above and beyond. We had some scary problems come up while in one of their vehicles and the manager there really took care of us. Horrible and rude customer service. Kaely, the person "helping" my friend, wouldn't let my friend rent the car because his license wasn't in their book. He just saw that my friend's license was from Mexico and then refused to help him any further. My friend has rented from here before with no problems. My friend ended up having to go to a different Enterprise location to get someone that would actually help him, and he was able to rent from the other location just fine. read more

Roy, the gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and accommodating. I give him five stars. However, the manager, Adam, told me I could come in with debit card and they would run the deposit for $1 and the remainder when I got paid. When I arrived at the store, he claimed he could not do so due to the risk mgmt dept. I waited 30 min for them to pick me up at repair facility. It took another hour for him to renig on his word. So I deposited the funds for the deposit in my bank for deposit and now they dont have a car available. So, Adam gets a one star becausd zero stars is not an option.le available for me. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. I booked a mini van through Costco with this Enterprise location nearly 6 months ago for my family's road trip vacation, and when I showed up today they had nothing on the lot. The guy behind the counter basically shrugged his shoulders and offered me the lone Chevy Malibu they had-- even though we need a vehicle to accommodate 6 people. They left us with hotels booked and paid for, and no way to get there. We've spent the last couple of hours scrambling to find an alternative as we're scheduled to leave tomorrow morning, and the best we find- and I wish I was exaggerating when I say this- is 6x the price of our original reservation. So ridiculous and disappointing. I understand there's a shortage, but they had plenty of time to make sure there was an available vehicle. read more

Wish I could give a 0-star review. I have been very loyal enterprise customer for the past 5 years not even thinking about any other rental agency cars when I need the rental car. But this was a very bad experience I have ever experienced when I rented the car from this location. Took the 7 seater rental car from this location on 12/8/2017 at 3:58 PM and when renting the car I made sure with the branch staff if I can drop off the car on the same time next day and they said YES and showed the drop off keys counter for which I paid 150$ (Hold Off Money) + 75$ (Rent for one day). Next day 12/9/2017 i.e., I dropped off the car at the same location at 3:05 PM which is 53 minutes earlier than the time when I rented the car. Called back to the store location to release on my hold off money (150$) got the strange reply from them this time. Since I dropped off the car late by 5 minutes after the location is closed which is 3 PM. They are saying that they will return the 1 day hold off amount (75$)., and I am being charged for two days (150$). I spoke with the branch manager got the same reply., spoke to the customer service people said she will forward the case to corporate headquarters and they will get back to me in 5-7 business days. Still, I haven't got my answers: 1. Why am I being charged for two days? While renting they could have told me that I need to drop off the car before they close? Why did they mention I can drop off before 4 PM (since I rented at 3:58 PM on the before day)? 2. Why did they showed me the dropbox counter while I am renting the car? If they have thought that I should have dropped off before 3 PM when the store is open? Then whats the point in showing me the dropbox counter? Feeling that I have been cheated by these enterprise rental location #cheated #pathetic. Upon saying that "I have been loyal enterprise customer from past 5 years, will be posting a review, will complain to the customer service, will complain to the consumer forum". I made a reservation online for a full-size car. When I went to pick up the car, the employee there showed me a standard size one. I told her that my reservation was for a full size. At that time, she told me they didn't have a full-size vehicle. Her demeanor was "that's what we have, take it or leave it"!!! I refused to take the car, and what motivated me to insist on this is the inappropriate employee reaction to the situation. I called the Enterprise corporate office to report this situation, and then the branch manager decided to act after I made the call. He offered to provide an SUV instead. I took the car, and went on with my trip. I am not done yet! when I went back to return the car, I was charged an extra $80 for insurance which I have neither been told about nor have I approved to take. I told the manager I have provided 2 insurance policies at the time of the car pick up (my car insurance policy and another insurance policy I purchased online specifically for the rental car via Allianz). Also, I told him that the other employee who completed the paperwork never told me about this additional insurance. I Added that I have rented from other Enterprise branches in the past, and this insurance is totally optional. The manager then decided to remove the insurance fee. I've been to other Enterprise branches before, and the guys there were super nice and the customer service is over the top. But this is my first and last time to this branch on Metclaf. read more

Failed to properly serve the customer. So disappointing today. Normally, my experience with Enterprise has always been great; but unfortunately this time, they failed to even be slightly helpful. I called to ensure there was availability. Reached a remote location who took my information and ensure me there was a vehicle available. I asked if a member would be able to pick me up; and received and answer "Yes, within a five mile radius" (Only 1.9 miles away) Upon calling for a pick up from the mechanics, I am told there were no drivers available on the weekends, and the location will be closing before I could walk there with my kid in 96 degree heat. Unable to meet the business model they preach. What irrigates me the most is when you listen to their hold messages about immediate pick from several places which anyone could be at and would require a ride in order to rent a car; It must be the heat, but what a crock... read more

Had USAA give me a reservation to pick up today. Received a call that they won't have any cars until Monday and when would I like to pick up Monday. My car is not drive able, so cancelled reservation with company... wish they would've told my insurance company that they had no cars for me today. read more

In all my business travel adventures I've always rented from other companies. The few times I've needed a rental for myself its been with Enterprise. They seem to have a better selection, plus they will totally pick you up. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are certain to offer you options like insurance, but not pushy. Their cars are well maintained and only once have I had an issue that required attention. I'll explain... My sister's wedding and I'm in charge of getting the Best Man to the venue. I thought it would be nice to ride in luxury so I call around to see what's out there. I'm asking specially for a Caddilac. I reach the agent at Enterprise, "Are you looking for something nice? Because we have a C Class Benz?" SOLD! I take the Benz and add the optional insurance. Fast forward to the drop off and the tail light has a hole in it. I sure didn't do it, and it was raining out when we inspected the car for pick up. Matter of fact, I didn't notice it when I'd dropped it off. About thirty minutes after I got home I received call from Enterprise wanting to know what happened. I shrugged my shoulders, "I dunno. I didn't do it." "Okay Mr. N. Thank you." And that was that! I'm thinking it's a good thing I picked up the insurance, but regardless I'm confident that Enterprise would have been hospitable and not taken a tone with me over a silly tail light. Our most recent rental was arranged my our insurance company after my wife's car took a spill. Another wonderful experience when using Enterprise Rental Car. I got a great deal online for my need for a car for a trip from Kansas City to Wichita. I was offered a free upgrade when I was in to pick up the car. The employees were extremely friendly and very helpful and when they saw me waiting outside for my ride after dropping off the car they came out a couple times to make sure I didn't want them to take me somewhere. Rented a vehicle for business purposes. I have rented multiple vehicles from this location over the years. The vehicle was not clean and I asked to switch out. When I drove back over to switch there were two other vehicles available. One smelled of smoke and the other was in worse shape than what I had. I just elected to keep the vehicle I had. I wish I had just took my own vehicle on trip. Very disappointed. Enterprise wanted to knock 5% off my rental (big deal) and ended up taking 10% off. A whole $15. I will not rent again at this location. Vehicle was not at all worth $50 per day. This Enterprise location has lost a loyal customer. read more

They were very helpful and friendly. I was able to make my reservation online and pick up was very simple. Even though they did not have the vehicle size that i had reserved they were willing to honor the pricing with a larger size. When I returned the car and had a question about my final bill they were very helpful and willing to work with me. Will definately be back! read more

I have had many great experiences with this location of Enterprise that keep me loyal to their company. Most recently, I rented a mid-size SUV and was comped a full size Tahoe (which I fell in love with) for just $10 extra per day. The guys working there have always been super friendly, and you can tell customer service is important to them. Even the guys that have picked me up and dropped me off have been really nice. It's always such an easy process, and they've accommodated me on short notice repeatedly. And while you can tell they are told to upset the damage waiver (which you don't really need if you have comprehensive insurance and/or a major credit card), the pre-paid gas, etc. but if you clearly know the game and aren't interested, they aren't pushy at all. I've even heard of some great testimonials to buying a used car from them because of how well they're serviced that I will consider them when it's time to get my next vehicle (that Tahoe). read more

Service was poor and disappointing. A young man named Tate was especially unpleasant. I hope Enterprise addresses customer service concerns. I had taken time to make an extended reservation online and was called the day prior to confirm pickup location. The day of, I was told I lived .7 miles too far to be picked up. This caused a lot of time and energy on my part to call other locations, etc. I eventually had to take an Uber to get vehicle and was told by Tate he wouldn't rent me a car because of how I had spoken to him on the phone. His poor attitude and inability to accommodate a customer's need/admit a mistake were appalling. I will not use this business again. read more

I scheduled a time to be picked up. When I called back to change my pickup location, I was told that they could not pick me up at the new location, or at my originally scheduled location. Had I not called, I would have been stranded and not notified by the company When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told there were none available. When I returned the vehicle, I was charged for an additional day of rental because the car was dropped off in the afternoon, even though I was not originally told when the car needed to be returned. I was also told that I was being charged a fifty dollar smoking fee. The manager told me that all customers are told about this fee at pickup, although I was not. He also rudely waved a sign at me to show that it is posted in the store. As another reviewer mentioned, the overall staff attitude was "oh well." read more

I had the exact opposite experience of the previous reviewer. The approach was high pressure and although I stated that I wanted a mid size or smaller vehicle, I was put into a full size car to the tune of $10+ more/day. Tony was the most pushy - and the sales person who upgraded the vehicle - and rather than walking me through how car insurers cover rentals was confrontational and somewhat condescending. This time Brian helped me with my reservation and got me on the road in just a few minutes. This location has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I was rear-ended in May and the lady that hit me, her insurance was paying for my rental while my car was at Bob Allen Ford. I was told Enterprise needed my card on file (I'm not even old enough to rent a car, so this was my first experience with this comapany, and it made sense) but then I was charged $200 without the guy telling me until after the fact saying it was "For the day" because "I didn't have a reservation" (yes, I did) and that the money would be returned after the car was returned (still am missing about half of that amount). Fast forward to May 31st (had to have the car a week while mine was being fixed over the Memorial Day weekend holiday) and I returned it that morning as they were not open on Memorial Day or the Sunday before. Here we are now, June 15th, and they have been trying about a week and a half now to charge me an additional approx. $150 for "insurance" because "my liability wasn't enough". I gave them my declarations page twice, the first saying it wasn't good enough, saying my limits were not present. I am an insurance agent - I highlighted the limits and sent it back. Even so, Nationwide said they would pay this ridiculous charge at least 3 times, and the 3rd time the adjuster told them to direct bill it to them and/or include it on the invoice, yet Enterprise was still calling me for this payment. Enterprise said my Nationwide adjuster said they weren't paying it - my adjuster and his supervisor both told me they hadn't said anything of the sort. When my adjuster finally got a hold of the manager, they said the charges were because I "returned the car a day late on June 1st". One, there was no set time limit, two the car was returned on May 31st, when I was able to pick my car up from the dealership, and three I was never told about this "day late" fee. And Enterprise has called me a lot in the past couple of weeks. Let me tell you, I will never use this location again, and definitely not Enterprise as a whole, either. I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. Like other reviewers have said, they all have a very "Not my problem" attitude and won't work with you. read more
